From all of the PB locations we've been this one wasn't the best or the worst, but variety of the items was more limited than in Centreville, and the place was looking more like fast food joint then the French bakery cafe. This is one of my favorite places for pastries. I tried the egg salad sandwich for lunch and really enjoyed it alongside a chai tea.

By far the best pastry shop in the whole Tysons area hands down. Rows and rows of freshly baked, delicious pastries that don't compete anywhere else. My family and I are addicted! The Centreville location is my favorite in the area. It's always clean, service is great and they always make the perfect cup of coffee- hot, flavorful and their milk doesn't have that stinky smell to it like Starbucks often does. From their pastry selection their souffle cheesecake is my favorite - 5 out of 5! Second would be the mocha cake 3.5 to 4 stars. Rest of their cakes are very bland and have no flavor whatsoever. I ordered a cake and chicken Caesar salad for my elderly mother's birthday since I can't be in Virginia to celebrate with her. The delivery driver had a lot of issues getting into her building complex, but stuck with it (thank you so much!!!!). My mom called me as soon as it was delivered to tell me how gorgeous the cake is -- it really made her day. I'm so grateful that the Sean and his team took such great care to decorate it for her birthday. She also said the salad is wonderful. Paris Baguette - Bakeries Near Me - McLean, Virginia

So let me start by saying that the pastries where so good that I didn't even get a chance to take a picture, alas that will have to wait until next visit. Today's visit was my second time in about 6 months at Paris Baguette due to me working from home the past few months as a result from COVID-19. This go round I ordered cheese tarts and a small café mocha ( Free birthday surprise when you download their app). The cheese tarts were like fireworks in my mouth, I love all things cheese but these had the right amount of sweet/tangy with subtle hints of lemon. The tart crust was buttery and so flaky. I honestly demolished them within 5 minutes as I made the trek back to my office. The café mocha was delicious as well, the right amount of chocolate flavor, not overly sweet as some of these drinks tend to be with the perfect strong taste of coffee. Looking forward to making this place my once weekly sweet treat to go spot and trying the many other goodies that have to offer. Visited last Saturday morning since we love the one inside hmart fairfax. However, our experience was not we had expected. Overall, the pastries are not bad but employees do need more training and be more organized. It wasn't even busy while we were there. Here are the issues we had: 1. We picked out some pastries, a breakfast sandwich, and two cups of coffee. We were asked if we would like the pastry items and sandwich toasted and we said yes. The pastry items came out ok since they were pretty fresh from the oven, but the sandwich was still cold after being toasted. 2. We ordered two cups of coffee both in medium but somehow she took the order as one small, one medium. To make it easier on her, we just went with one small one medium. Somehow, the small cup fell onto the floor, and she just picked it back up from the floor and put it right back onto the table. Pretty sure the lady used the same cup to make our coffee. 3. Without paying much attention when we paid, we realized we got charged an extra item (mind you, we got 2 pastries, 2 coffee, and 1 sandwich, so it's not really a huge order). We went back to them for a refund. She gave us cash refund for the item but didn't refund the tax. It's not a big deal but the process seems a little broken here. Given all the debacles, we didn't want to press further to give room for more mistakes. 4. She didn't really ask if we were eating there or if it was a to-go order. She just put our order in two plastic bags. A lot of people are pretty environment conscious these days including ourselves, so I felt really bad to have wasted two plastic bags when we were eating there. Overall, the food and coffee are ok. We understand the place is new but there is a lot of room for improvement. We were there for a good 20 mins and they seemed very disoriented. It probably would help if the supervisor was there to help out but we didn't see any supervisor there as they probably didn't think Saturday morning would be busy? read more

Pastries here are amazing! Favorites are: the croissants (all), cronuts, sticky milk buns, and packaged soft cheese cakes. The place is very clean and cute and the staff are very nice and accommodating. Parking is available in front of the store if you are lucky, as well as in the lot and the garage. Prices are a little high but definitely worth the deliciousness of these pastries and treats! Cakes looked amazing too but I did not try them. read more

This bakery does something really well, which is their pastries! They have a wide variety of pastries that actually taste really good. However, their coffee prices are in par with other coffee shops in the area but the taste/quality of the coffee is similar to come you'd get at a gas station/7eleven. I think they should rethink their coffee supplier asap. As someone also said in a review "the coffee tastes like brown water" even their drinks that have espressos. read more

If you like pre-packaged, plastic wrapped pastries that came out of a box, then this is your place. I ordered a chicken pesto sandwich that was so dripping with oil from the bread, I could have squeezed it out. The chicken inside tasted like it had been made days ago. That was a total waste of $8.50 Sausage bread? really??.. more like a hot dog wrapped in doughy white bread. In short, there is NOTHING Paris about this place, except maybe the ultra high prices. The most amazing new bakery at the Boro! My boyfriend and I stopped by around 9 - they close at 10pm. They were so friendly and willing to answer questions about the delicious pastries. The BEST new bakery to open in Tysons! They also have a full coffee menu!!! HIGHLY recommend!! Will be back at least 4 times a week!! read more

Nicely and conveniently situated within a bustling new development off Solutions Drive in Tyson's Corner - the restaurant is good for coffee and a pastry. As someone that works in the area, I'd expect it to be a destination for lunch - eat in or take out. That said, I wouldn't recommend it for that purpose. This is specifically on a recent order for their raspberry roll cake. I had high hopes on it since it's almost $21 but when I got it HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. I was expecting a thick round roll cake with cream in the middle and raspberry jam worthy of the $20+ instead, it was just average size, light raspberry jam and no to very little cream (barely). Not sure if I recommend ordering this particular item if they come this way to anyone. read more

This place was recommended in a foodie group I belong to in Facebook so I went yesterday. Everything had very nice presentation and (coming from a baker & cake decorator) the desserts looked phenomenal, although I didn't try any of them. I got the Thai Chicken Sandwich on a baguette for my lunch and the Mango Chicken Salad to have later for my dinner. The baguette was absolute perfection, as was everything on sandwich, with the huge exception of the chicken that was clearly processed meat. Why would you craft this beautiful sandwich, with all fresh ingredients (including the amazing baguette and a lot of other veggies) but then use crappy chicken, not to mention a very SMALL amount of chicken on the huge baguette?? Rotisserie chicken from almost anywhere would have been fine, quite possibly great! I was just very disappointed in my $10(!!) sandwich. The sauce/dressing was also too spicy for me, but that's due to my personal tastes. The salad was mostly great, except it had the same crappy chicken and some of the salad greens were a little wilted. It was a decent amount of food for a $10 salad. I will probably go back to Paris Baguette but will likely only try the desserts/bread items because they really did look amazing. read more
