It's lightly crispy on the outside and the filling is light and airy. Be prepared for a mess with all that powered sugar! The other pastries I've had have been hit or miss on the freshness but I do tend to go later in the day. The coffee is also really good but it is served piping hot. I've burned my tongue a few times. Service is quick despite how busy it can get. The inside is bright with a lot of available seating. Haven't quite figured out what the lockers on the left hand side are, I think they might be for order ahead? Anyways it is worth a visit to satisfy a sweet craving. read more

Busy opening day! The vibe was bright and cheerful, both from customers and employees. Self-service is used for pastries, and employees draw beverages and package up cakes. I had a brewed coffee ($2.39 but free with my sign-up on the PB app) with a Cherry and Greek Yogurt Danish ($3.69) that was delicious and of course very fresh. Looking forward to visiting again. The good: This is a Korean bakery chain that specializes in French pastries. I got a cherry soufflé cheesecake here for around $50. It's one of their newer creations and it was beautiful and delicious. It had a Sara Lee pound cake flavor and the texture of Uncle Tetsu's Japanese cheesecakes. It was topped nicely with a macaron. I like how a plastic cake serving spatula comes with the beautiful box and how the spatula has a match inside so you can light the complimentary candles. The interior was spacious and had lockers where you could grab pre-ordered cakes. They had a lot of gorgeous cake options with nice flavors like green tea or blueberry yogurt. The bad: They either ran out of or didn't carry purchasable birthday (or other occasion) cake toppers. I've seen these sold at other PB locations. The cheesecake was more expensive than their other cakes and is definitely more expensive than other soufflé cheesecakes I've had. 100% coming back!!! The pastries look and tasted out of this world!!! I love the concept that you get a gray and fill up to your heart desire then fill the box. The ambiance is truly on point!! I even met some amazing ladies who were just as excited as we were. The only down side, if I have to be honest is our cashier. You couldn't have made her smile if we tried. She truly shouldn't be at the register if that is her personality. We all have our strengths and that was NOT hers. We received an order from Paris Baguette as a Christmas gift which was left on my doorstep and the delivery person did not bother to ring the doorbell. The ticket indicated that 9 items were included, 6 of which were noted as "warm". However, these items should have been refrigerated upon receipt if not being consumed immediately as opposed to being left outside when the temperature was abnormally warm at 71 degrees. The smoked sausage bread was totally dried out and absolutely disgusting. The ham & cheese pastry was also very dry and was did not appear to be fresh. The strawberry croissants were acceptable although not the quality one would hope or expect. I was very disappointed in the quality of the items as well as the fact that Paris Baguette left perishable food at our door and did not bother to ring the doorbell or notify us directly. . read more

We've been to Paris bakeries in France and can say that Paris Baguette has a few items that are similar to those in Paris. Some items that Paris Baguette offers I would stay away from (talking about the cream filled and some other pastries that we would consider better ingredients be used. A brightly lit and inviting bakery in Parker. My first time. Lots of fresh bakery items for breakfast & lunch. You select your choices using tongs and place them on a small paper-lined tray. Nice and easy. I got the Smoked Sausage bun for lunch, a mini Raspberry bite and a small Watermelon Lemonade refresher. I had the sausage bun heated and my drink was freshly made. First impression was that trays were all wet. Kind of an issue when you need to put pastries on them. I got a bunch of items and all were mediocre, nothing stood out as amazing. The best thing was the sweet potato bun. The cheese mini tart tasted pretty good too. However the red bean bun tasted old and bean paste was dry. The Escargot raisin pastry was super dry and like a rock. Cherry and cheese danish was OK, not bad but not great. Chocolate croissants looked fresh, I didn't taste them. My issue was that everything tasted a little dated, not super fresh. The red bean bun expired today, while the sweet potato bun expired the next day. I thought they bake everything fresh daily? Hmm - not sure about this place. First time in and was a little confused on the service model. There are boxes at the front and seems to be self service bakery items. I was looking for a fresh made sandwich so I walked to the front register - asked and she pointed to the case with premade sandwiches - said that was only option. A lovely fast food way to do bakery. Select your own, then checkout. A few nuances I missed being a first timer:. 1. Each guest picks tongs at the beginning and there is a drop off bin up at a different eye level near the register. 2. Napkins aren't on the table or register where they would be helpful and are near clean up station. 3. Drinks are all behind the counter, mostly coffee. 4. Baguettes (in the name) are easily missed at the very front, very top. I got a raspberry almond croissant which was a little too crispy dark for me, but fresh and tasty. Raspberry was sweet like jam, almonds were not sugar coated so good balance. The baguette was thin and was pretty much inedible the next day so plan for same day. The sugar donut was a hit. Soft, sugary, fun shape and easy to devour. I liked the inside, tables with flowers and ambiance was comfy like a bakery should be. I kinda wished to stay longer with table service but it keeps people moving through instead. Honestly, im not sure if I'll be back because i have a closer bakery near me and I crave slow service for breakfast outings, but nothing to complain about. read more

I love Paris Baguette since I've had them in California. You can pretty much find something you'll like as long as you're into baking goods. Everything I've had tasted fresh and delicious. They have variety galore. However that's the biggest disappointment, why open until 8pm when the goodies are mostly or all gone by noon? If the cafe's going to open that late, continue to replenish until late afternoon (by 5-6pm). That should still allow time to sell out by 8pm because I understand the fresh baked concept. I got there around 1-2pm and there were hardly any selection. Basically only cakes and croissants left. Saw fresh baked goodies in trays in the back and employees standing around, but none of those came out while standing in line for 30-45 mins. The buying and selection process is really slow. They need to streamline the process better. The line is out the door and it's disappointing that when you finally get to look at the options, there are only a few options left. There's only 1-2 employees at the cash register and they're also packing the food and making the drinks which slows the process even more. Perhaps have 2 employees by the baked goods section where they can check out customers on handheld devices. Have a separate register for drinks and custom orders only. It gets crowded with customers standing in line and waiting around for their drinks. The ambiance felt chaotic because of all of this. read more

My wife and I decided to visit Paris Baguette, a fairly new (to us) bakery in Parker. Our nieces had told us about a bakery in California with the same name and said they have pretty good stuff. As you first entered the place, it is nicely lit with soft white light. The place has a fairly large counter space that goes around the corner and then the cashiers. As you get into the display areas, you should see pastries on both sides.  And so many selections! I can tell you what I liked. . .which is everything,  but it would probably easier to tell you I didn't like, nothing. Where have you been all my life? You wonder to yourself. The pastries not only have great tasting fillings, but they also are matched with delicate pastry shells. Their bakers did everything right! Been to this locations several times and I have always found the employees to be pleasant and the food very good. Depending on when you go there might be more or less of different pastries but I've found them to be very consistent. We've tried their croissants, cakes, breads and they've all been pretty good. The store has always been clean so I'm surprised to hear of people complaining of their cleanliness. Must have been a bad day and not the usual experience my family and I have had. Obsessed with this charming bakery. So much more than your average "bakery". Pastries, salads, cakes, sandwiches, coffee bar and much much more! Every time I come in I am greeted with smiles from a very friendly and helpful staff. They even warm up your item for you to eat there (if you want). I've met the owner and she is such a genuine lady! Very kind and runs her company with compassion and opportunity. I appreciate the variety in her staff as well. With a mix of younger people, older people, people with a rough past, everybody gets a chance! As far as the taste of the food, this might sound cliche, but these are literally the most delicious pastries I've ever had! Freshly baked every morning! And they donate the leftovers at the end of the day. On top of all that, the atmosphere is so charming, with textures and patterns and fresh flowers on the tables, it's a little slice of Paris to escape to for a nice brunch, or even dinner.
