My child got a coupon from a school function for a free regular sub. He REALLY wanted a meatball sub, unfortunately, they do not offer these here. He picked a buffalo chicken sub instead. Unfortunately agin, we got to the register and the girl notified us that the free sub coupon wasn't for this location. (OMG!) She said that each one is individually owned and they couldn't honor the coupon. I didn't want to spend $11+ for a sub we expected to be free. Luckily she mentioned the app and I fortunately had enough points I could redeem for a free regular sub! So needless to say, the staff were friendly, wish the coupon could have been honored and personally I wouldn't have paid $11 for a regular sub but that's just me so I doubt we'll be back. read more

Ok so I've been to this Jersey Mike's several times and each time it's been a solid choice. I usually go back and forth between the Italian sandwich and the beef cheesesteak. Both are so good. The Italian has so many meats on it and it's such a filling meal. No matter which sandwich I get, I always add mayo, lettuce, pickles, chili peppers, salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar. The people making the sandwiches always ask about the toppings whether it's a hot or cold sub. But this last visit was very different. I think the guy helping us might have been new, but honestly, this might have been my last time going. I'm not sure I can look past what happened. It was hard for him to even take the order. He couldn't hear the people in front of us or anything we were saying. We had to repeat ourselves more than once. That part is fine, not really his fault. I finally get my cheesesteak order in, and while that's cooking, they start making my husband's sandwich. The guy is wearing gloves, which is good, but then he stops and adjusts his hat without changing them. Then he goes right back to making the sandwich. At this point, he has mayo and toppings on his hat from the gloves, and now he's using those same gloves to keep working. While I'm watching all this, I miss them wrapping up my sub. But it turns out they didn't add any of the toppings I asked for. The girl rolls her eyes, tears the sub open, and has the same guy start adding the toppings. Still using the same dirty gloves he touched his hat with. Maybe that doesn't seem like a big deal to some people, but to me, it's just gross. read more

Consistently solid. The subs are fresh, made to order, and piled right not skimpy. Bread is soft, meat is quality, and everything tastes clean and balanced. Service was efficient and polite, and the place was well kept. When I want a dependable sandwich, this is it! read more

The sweetest lady making my Philly actually brought me my sandwich. Very sweet. Couple suggestions: Cook the cheese on top of the meat on the grill so the cheese melts. Place the bread on the grill to toast it and make it hot. Just wasn't use to the cheese laying on top not melted and the bread room temperature to the touch. My two cents worth. I first tried Jersey Mike's Subs many years ago in North Carolina. When it comes to sub chains, Jersey Mike's is at the top of my list. For a couple of reasons. First off, the set up is similar to other chains. Check out the menu and then they will make your sandwich for you based on your specifications. Jersey Mike's has both hot and cold subs. For the hot options, cheesesteaks make a part of the menu. After you select your sandwich, you have a choice of bread. The bread is good no matter what you choose! Fresh and filling. After your main ingredients have been made, they'll ask you if you'd like your sub Mike's way. If I'm remembering correctly, that means lettuce, tomato, onions, cheese, oregano, and oil and vinegar. Say yes as it takes your sub up a notch. Compared to other sub chains, I've always been impressed with the quality of Jersey Mike's meats. And their bread. Combine that with a solid marketing strategy and you're in good shape: "A Sub Above" and Danny DeVito (a national treasure). My go-to's are the club on a sub or the Philly cheeseteak. read more

This lies somewhere between subway and Grace Market (for all my Pearlanders). Absolutely delicious, fresh yet simple. Not as artificial tasting as subway and not as ultra bougie as Grace. Price was a tad steep but they are so generous with the protein that to me it was worth it. Sweet young men making the sandwiches too. Definitely a plus. The staff member who completed my transaction at the register then went to start finishing off my sandwich with the same gloves he managed my money with. When I asked for a new sandwich he left the front and went to the back. I asked the other staff member who was making sandwiches and he appeared to not be sure of what to do. I then asked for the manager and the sandwich was made again. The food may be good, but I won't be returning to this location again. read more

I love Jersey Mike's and they are always consistent no matter which one I visit. I've been waiting for this location to open and was glad to see that it's up and running. I placed an order through the app and it was ready when promised. This location is a little hard to find. The sign is in red which isn't easy to spot from 518. It wasn't busy when I stopped in but it was a little early before lunch rush. The staff is friendly and they even gave me a coupon for $2 off my next sandwich! I can't wait to use it! read more

The big kahuna sub is what I ordered. It's like a Philly cheesesteak. This one had mushrooms (even though I didn't see or taste any), cheese, jalapeños. It tasted okay because of the jalapeños, otherwise it was pretty dry. The jalapeños gave it some flavor. I feel like there was a cheese sauce rather than sliced cheese on it but I could be wrong. I don't know if I'll order this sandwich again. read more

Just ordered 2 giant sandwiches 1. Italian, 2 cheesesteak. It was absolutely amazing!!! Portions were great, and the sandwiches tasted so fresh. I ordered my Italian on the rosemary cheese bread and it was insanely delicious!! Sandwich is a bit pricey, but well worth it for a traditional east coast sandwich. Well done Jersey Mike!!! Jersey Mike's always comes up as one of the better sandwich spots but Pearland has never had one till now. They are supposed to have subs like the East coast. Nothing wrong with that! This place is brand new so they still have some kinks to work out. Service was slow but everyone was friendly inside. We ordered the Original Philly which came with your choice of bread, steak, provolone, onions and peppers. They have different varieties of Phillys to satisfy your taste buds. Our food was fantastic. Kind of took me back to Philly. The bread was fresh and they don't skimp on the meat. Every bite was delicious. The sandwich stayed hot even 30 minutes after we got it. Today the service was below par. They sold me two dry sandwiches. Then when I went to return it, they (1) said it was my fault cause I should have watched them make the sandwich and (2) called me a liar when they inspected my sandwich. So the message is normally no problem. Yet when you do have a problem expect them to blame it on you. Then expect the manager to intimidate by calling you a liar and saying she will "look at the camera". All that was necessary was, sorry about the problem let me make you another sandwich. Nothing else. I hope you never have to tell them that they made a mistake. read more

Wow! Service here is amazing, I had three boys that I just have to say were outstanding there was a tall man, a short man with an afro type hair, and another short boy slicing. I ordered a number 2 with green bell peppers and the staff had great smiles, and amazing energy. I will most definitely will be coming here again!! read more

This location is new and easy to miss on the left edge of a strip of retail stores. Look for Sugar Rush in the middle of the strip where Jersey Mike's is located. I ended up having to call them because their online ordering system was down, but eventually I got through to a person. I persisted because this was the day all proceeds go to charity which is a great thing and worth some minor inconvenience. I got the #8 which was delicious and made to my specifications. The place was totally full when I arrived during the lunch rush. Every table had people. There appeared to be only a couple of employees making sandwiches and one cashier. The cashier seemed harried though not rude. They were not wearing gloves, however and appeared to be handling both food and cash. I took off a star for this. If it had not been Giving Tuesday, I think it would have been easier to place an order based on past experience with Jersey Mike's. They have the best subs I have ever had so I will be back. read more

We went here this past weekend for the very first time and enjoyed the visit. The choice of subs is extensive and I like they have hot and cold options. They cut your meats in front of you and customize your sub just as you wish. The meats seemed to be high quality and tasted like it too. Certainly on the pricey side for a sandwich but recommend you go into this expecting a premium experience! I've been eating at the Jersey Mike's on Pearland Parkway since it opened, and the food is head and shoulders above the competition. Until recently the service has been top notch, and the employees have been friendly and efficient. Recently I've noticed that the original employees were replaced by a new crew who weren't as efficient or as engaging as the original folks, and the overall feeling while dining in went down until it reached an unpleasant peak today as two of the female employees behind the counter got into a fist fight during the lunch hour. The fight ended with one of the employees yelling,"Your fired", and the other employee throwing bread at the first woman. I'll still eat at Jersey Mike's, but I think I'll order on line and take the food out from now on. I'm sad that this took place as the Jersey Mike's experience has been outstanding until this downturn. If I owned this franchise, I'd want to know what was going on in my business so I could take steps to fix the problem. read more

We called to place an order and was told "we're having a major rush now" then was place on hold. So we figure we'll just drive over and wait in line to place an order for food. Showed up and no line or customer. There was no employee at the counter, but we did see 1 employee in the back, 1 on the phone in the dining area, and another employee outside on his phone. This is a franchise establishment and new to the area, if this keeps up the business will probably fail. I feel bad for the owners. read more
