We are so happy that Paris Baguette has an expansionist business model. We have tried several items and have been happy with all of the goodies we have purchased. Our favorite are the plain crescents. It is so difficult to get a good crescent. There are breads shaped like crescents that the French would be offended that they carry this name. Great place to get good baked goods despite the high prices. read more

I bought a strawberry mini cake for my son's birthday. We celebrated his birthday and cut the cake to share to eat. But we found a fungi inside. At first time, I thought it was seed from strawberries. But the color was blue and there was no strawberries near to the fungi. I returned the cake immediately and got refund. However, there was no apology for the cake that ruined my family party. My son could not have his birthday cake. Without any apology from the store, a staff asked me if I wanted to have another cake. OMG. How can I have another cake after seeing fungi from the cake. I am very disappointed with this situation. I cannot the place any more. read more

Paris Baguette is a solid spot for a quick sweet treat. The pastries are fresh, beautifully displayed, and there's a great variety from croissants and cakes to sandwiches and drinks. They seems to be riding the Dubai chocolate wave as a popular item for everything Only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is some items are a bit pricey for the portion and I've had better. Order online doesn't mean you get your order. Placed large order more then half out of stock. When arrived to pick up the guy at counter said he'd swap out because they did not have the ones picked. Well prices vary from low to high so just swapping for what left overs are sitting there not ok. It's bright clean looking place. Prices too high for some items that are similar to others priced lower. And to be honest the base of everything tastes the same. While the cake look pretty and unique for sure the extreme price is questionable. It's a good place to buy from if showing off in a conference setting. But every day treat not so much. read more

It's been 5 days since Paris Baguette totally screwed up my Christmas Eve order. I haven't received my refund yet and had to make yet another call before I get my refund. Why is it so hard to have proper customer service? I would have ordered on every occasion and they messed up when they lost this customer. I guess I'll stick to small business owners in Mahopac. The pastries are delicious!! The ambiance is bright and happy, the service went smooth and helpful as it was my first time visiting and I love the little station where I can add more simple syrup etc to my coffee! However...I went with my baby girl and honestly was very upset to see no changing table in either bathroom. I wasn't expecting to have to change her but babies are unpredictable. I truly think this place would be a hotspot for moms to come have a coffee with their mom friends & babies so it was very inconvenient to have to DIY a changing table. If BJs has a changing table...why doesn't the bakery? It has more than enough space in the bathrooms too. Again, the food and service were above and beyond. But no changing table for potentially a great mom meet up location? One star off for that :( read more

The food and drinks are great and the prices aren't too bad for the quality. The only reason for 4 stars is I'm worried about the lack of employees. A few times I have gone and there has been just one employee working while it was busy and they've had to multitask the drinks for multiple customers. Someone usually comes from the back at some point but I definitely think having more than two people on a shift would be awesome for the popularity of this business. But other than that, the environment is super clean, the food is good, the display is amazing. read more

I went to get a cake midday...asked for them to put the chocolate happy birthday square on the cake and " all the bakers were gone". Those squares are not produced in the moment, every time I pick up a cake from their bakeries in the city the team will just grab one from the sets the bakers make in the mornings and place it on the cake.
