So glad that there's a location down in McDonough! It's smaller than the Doraville one which is understandable. Both don't have a substitute which is the only reason why it's missing a . (Ding Tea on the other side of 75, does have vegan .) The vegetarian bánh mì looked and tasted like meat instead of a white rectangle of tofu. There wasn't enough bread for my tastes but I know that's the recent trend. I'm used to old school bánh mì like Huy's and Lee's. How have I not had a pâté chaud all my life until now?! Highly recommend! I went in the morning which was perfect because they were bringing out their freshly baked pastries and I didn't mind having a genmaicha. The pho is flavorful with the freshest ingredients. Banh Mi shredded chicken was soft and the pate was excellent as a spread inside the sandwich. Hubby had the garlic butter wings and jasmine green tea. He loved it! I have returned 3 times in two weeks to explore the menu. Everything I've tried was delicious including the fresh pastries. As a big pho lover I was excited to try theirs! We both had the meatball and tenderloin noodle pho and the combination bahn mi as well as two boba drinks. The pho broth was delicious by itself before we added our fixings to it like the sauce and the jalapeños and such. The bahn mi tasted super fresh! The service was impeccable. The people working were super friendly and nice and welcoming. We weren't expecting our food to be brought to us when we ordered dine in so that was nice as well. We felt very comfortable in the restaurant and the vibes were very chill. The music was soft classic cafe style music and the decor was very French cafe inspried and clean and not cluttered. We have been traveling on business since mid march dining in many a food establishments.EaWe have eaten at least once a week Pho or Banh mi sandwiches. We stop a couple of days ago late afternoon for a banh mi to go my wife had the shredded chicken and I the pork. We also each got and order of summer rolls with shrimp. First of the staff was very inviting, friendly and knowledgeable of all menu items. They offered different sauces as well as recommendations. Upon returning to the hotel the food was fresh plentiful ,well prepared and excellent flavors in all aspects. We highly recommend giving this fairly new establishment a trnotcit was so good we went back two days later for pho for dine in and two more bahn mi's for the road. Oh my god!!! The food is so good! Everyone was so sweet and accommodating and I left absolutely stuffed. From the pastries to the appetizers and bahn mi, I was beyond satisfied. The only thing I didn't try was the pho but I have a feeling it's really good. The ambiance was great; it's not often that you see really nice cafes and restaurants in McDonough and this was a breath of fresh air. It was my first time going to a Paris Banh Mi and it did NOT disappoint! I came on their soft opening where they offered a 20% off discount on your total. When I entered I was greeting immediately and was a bit overwhelmed with the amount of food and drink options they had. The young lady who helped me order gave me really good recommendations, I eventually ordered the B2.grilled pork banh mi (which is a hot sandwich) and the crème brûlée matcha with pearls. I took pictures while I waited to show how bright and pretty everything is. Definitely not what you anticipate from the outside. The ambience is great, everyone is super nice in making sure you have the best experience while you are there. When my order was ready I asked them when their grand opening is and they said next week so keep an eye out! Crème brûlée matcha was the perfect not too sweet drink and the pearls were good but a bit too soft for my liking. The banh mi was bigger than I was expecting it was about as long as a foot long from subway! The sandwich was fresh and hot with the perfect sauce a bit sweet which was good to balance everything.
