Have been here a few times and was happy with manicure. Last 2 visits I had an appointment with a certain nail tech and both times my appointment was given to another customer without any explanation. Jade worked on my nails. I had old clear nail polish that she didn't remove-she painted right over them. When I questioned her, all she said was "Don't worry, don't worry." I paid with cash and was going to give her a tip but she decided to keep the change without even asking me. That woman has a lot of nerve. She is extremely arrogant and entitled. Had such a lovely service here, I came back a couple days later to treat my mom. We each got pedicures ($35-$55) depending on your service. Gel polish upgrade $10. Complimentary glass of wine with your service and lots of snacks to choose from as well. I got the $45 volcano pedicure which included a hot stone rub and massage. I have gotten a Head Spa experience here as well as a Gel Builder Fill and a Bomb Pedicure. I loved the head spa, it was the first I have ever tried & I would definitely do it again if I am in need of some pampering. A bit of a high price tag but I would say it's worth it every once in a while. The Gel Builder set was good & I am happy with the way they look but unfortunately within 2 hours one of my nails cracked. The staff is super friendly and accommodating so I am sure they will have no problem fixing it for me but it is still inconvenient that there was damage so quickly. I've come here before for a pedicure and quite enjoyed it and thought I'd give it a try since I was at the DMV and needed my dip nails redone for the next set. I requested dip nails and then was told I should do Builder Gel or Gel X. I agreed and asked if they were strong like powder because I am very hard on my hands. They said they were. Well no short than 2 days later a nail already started to peel I called them and asked to come in on a Monday since they were closed on Sunday to have the builder gel removed and put dip on. The gentleman agreed, then when I showed up on Monday the tech Jade simply glued the pretty aggressively chipped gel nail back with nail glue, filed my nail edges back and then said some back in two weeks. This leads us to today. I am only ONE week post nail appt and I have FOUR completely chipped nails and my real nails are so thin because she sanded them down so much. I basically need to remove all of them now and have them breathe and heal before I can resume my dip nails. All prior to my upcoming birthday. Pretty shitty. read more

That being said, I really wanted to like this spot, it's right up the street from my home, they close late, the prices are reasonable, the owner is from the same place I am in the Bay Area, he seemed like a great guy, the place is clean. I guess the only problem I had was the service. I have been here about 3/4 times. I always feel like I'm being rushed out of there. 1 of the ladies was so rough with me one of those times, she seems to be in charge when the owner is not there. It's not a pleasant vibe the times I have been there. This was my last attempt. What a bummer, I was highly interested in their hair spa treatment. My search will continue for the right nail salon. So far Ombre nails + Nail Resort have passed my expectations. I would normally come in for a pedi and end up with the GelX just because Jade does great work. her husband, Dennis is hilarious and makes the experience even more enjoyable. Went in for a fill yesterday. I usually go around the corner but decided to give this new place a try. This place charges 12 more than the one around the corner for a fill, and while it's a lot fancier on the inside the work was awful. I knew it would be a problem when the technician told me "I know it my look like I don't know what I'm doing, but trust me I do" It literally took 2 hours for the fill. I've never had such a long fill in my life. She started painting my nails after one hour and 45 mins. Every nail is a different size to the one on the other hand. The polish is uneven on every finger. I was kind and left a 20% tip and walked out 55 dollars poorer and now need to go get them redone. I'm sure the girl doing my nails just started out and is practicing. Which I understand but don't charge full price and let clients know someone is new and a job that should take 45 mins would take 2 hours. It completely screwed up my afternoon plans as I spent way more time than I had planned for a quick fill. Maybe the other staff are better but at their elevated prices I'll stick with the place around the corner that's established and charges a lot less for higher quality work read more

I'm very disappointed I've heard nothing but great things about Paris nails however my experience was less then wonderful I called and made an appointment for the next day for a full set of ACRYLIC nails, which I went in I was very impressed with how clean and welcoming it was in the salon however after sitting down they put tips on and an uv glue then filed my nails and just painted them there was no acrylic involved at all overall they looked and were just as flimsy as the press on I can get at any store when I called back they stated they gave me gel x nails and that the tech spoke to me about doing this because it was better for my nails there was no mention of this at the appointment. I went back today to get my nails fixed and actually get the acrylic I asked for and the tech asked if I would like to keep the polish the same I asked if we could switch it to black she said okay and continued on. During both appointments the tech nicked and cut me multiple times. When I went to leave she told me that the polish change was going to cost me $20 dollars on top of the the original $50 I had already paid THERE WAS NO MENTION OF THIS WHEN SHE OFFERED ME A DIFFERENT COLOR! I'm beyond frustrated that I had to go two separate times and spend over two hours at the nail salon for the tech to over charge me cut me and not talk to me about my nails and I won't be back and won't be recommending them to anyone read more

I was very happy with the service that I received at Paris nails today. When I called for an appointment, they were able to get me in when I wanted to come in. Dennis greeted me and offered me something to drink, and made sure I was comfortable. The shop is a pretty setting with soothing, soft music. Misty did a wonderful job on my manicure. She took great care in making sure my nails were shaped exactly the way I wanted and that my cuticles were tidy. She painted my nails very carefully and made sure all the edges are just right. My feet felt wonderful after my pedicure, and my toenails are perfectly shaped and painted as well. I highly recommend Paris nails. This is my third visit and I now consider myself a regular, and very satisfied customer. read more
