One came off only after FOUR days of getting my nails done and now since its been only a week, two nails have come off and one has chipped in half. Don't come here if unless you want to risk getting an infection. I came in with my niece to get full sets. The two nail techs didn't know how to do simple sets. I was passed to another nail tech and she tried using this used rusty nail clipper on me. I told her to open a new pack at which she got up and got another nail tech instead. She got an attitude because I asked for new sanitized nail clippers. She packed up her things and refused to do my nails because of that. The manager got involved but at that point, I didn't want anything done at that salon. The nail tech that was working on my niece had to also be told to open a new sanitized tools. I will not be returning to this establishment. read more

As a new business the salon is clean, well staffed, and very polite employees. When I checked in I showed a picture of ombré nails and the owner/receptionist said no problem. It was clear half way through the painting process my technician was not comfortable doing this and it shows. I will go back again but ask for a different technician. Was proud that my daughter called and made an appointment they day before and asked what the price would be for a pedicure $28 for basic $7 more for French style so $35 total. She wanted to go alone but I warned her to be careful they always up charge. So she leaves there and they charged her for gel so $50 in total. So I called and Sara said well I asked her if she wanted gel, my daughter said she never said yes she was already nervous that she was doing this for the first time alone. How are you going to take advantage of a young girl in HS and squeeze her for that's kind of money. Sara Kept interrupting me and telling me to come in. Why? I'm on the phone with you and you keep interrupting me. Never going back! Makes me so upset when adults do this to the younger generation, any generation for that matter!! When I told her I was not coming in and I was done with this conversation and have a nice day, she started rambling something. When my daughter got back she told me that she went back in there and said I was told $28 plus the $7 and Sara shut her down and said no you got gel and then she started rambling after my daughter walked away. Very unprofessional. Remember ladies and gents. A place can look and seem nice on the outside and be ugly and scary inside. Wish my daughter had a better experience, but we all need to learn hard life lessons which teaches us. Unfortunately we will not support this business. Word of mouth travels fast. read more

This place is really clean and nice. However, I Went for a gel manicure and gel pedicure. My nails are short and on the thinner side. Got asked to try the Gel hybrid & told it'll make my nails stronger and last longer so I said sure. I left with two bleeding cuts from filing. It's two days and my nails have been so uncomfortable. The gel hybrid is super thick and not only on my nail but my finger as well. Putting pressure into the cuts and my fingers. They started to lift day 2 morning. Night of day two and the gel is completely off. Also disappointed my nails are now thinner than they were from all the filing he did. $92 for the hybrid gel manicure (that lasted 2 days) and a basic gel pedicure. read more

I wanted to like this place because it's very cute and clean. But I went in for a Dip manicure and Paul was rough and hurt me the entire time. I've been getting my nails done for 10 years and have only bled one time and the tech was very apologetic, but Paul made 9 of my 10 fingers bleed and put super glue to stop the bleedon my ring finger. It was the most painful manicure I've ever had and my fingers are still throbbing the next day. read more

Being new to the area I'm so happy to find a place that is clean and friendly. I made an appointment and when I arrived 15 minutes early they got me right in. Tram did my Pedi and she was very sweet and did an excellent job. I also got a brow and lip wax (I didn't get the ladies name). It was quick and almost pain free ; ) I was a little sticker shocked by the prices but only a little. And I'm willing to pay for a good pedi and a clean atmosphere. So I've recently moved to the area and was looking to try out a new nail salon. My friend found this gem of a place and we were very pleased with the service and the ambiance. If you are lucky enough to get David for the pedicure he does the most amazing pressure point massage that makes you just sink into your chair. I also had Kevin do a gel fill and a patriotic nail design which I love. This salon is very well managed. All of the technicians that we interacted with were amazing. I had eyelash extensions at Paris Nails for the first time today with Jackie, and I was so impressed! Scheduling was easy. The salon is spotlessly clean and well decorated. They were following the current Covid protocols. Best of all, my lashes look amazing. They are perfect, even though she just did a hybrid fill and my old lashes looked really awful when I walked in. This salon is careless and sloppy.ive been here twice and will not be coming back. My nails looked horrible, uneven and sloppy. I received hard gel that I didn't originally want but they said it was better than dip powder. My nails were peeling within the week and the tech cut me several times, it was painful and I was bleeding. This was my first time coming to this salon and I will never go back. I went in asking for gel x and a pedicure. My pedicure was basic, nothing special. Vincent did my nails and they're bad. I had originally asked for gel x but then he informed me the hybrid gel was "healthier" so I went with his recommendation. He placed the hybrid gel so close to my cuticles, that it looks weird. I asked for a deep French on almond nails and they look horrible. My hands are different shapes and the "deep" French is so thick and sloppy. Vivian is very impatient and does whatever she wants. My mom and I came in and I had asked for two full gel x sets. I had asked them to take off my old set as I want a new one and my mom had no nails so it was just going to be new too. They just gave me a fill so my nails don't even match each others shape & they gave my mom poly-gel. I had told Vivian that she was not doing what we asked as the nails she was putting on were glued like acrylic tips. At least the lady who did a fill on me was putting on gel-x tips. She claimed that it's better but I told her it's not what we asked and told her we wanted to do the same and she still continued to do what she wanted. She filed the nails very uneven and when my mom kept telling her they're crooked she lost patience and had Tom come to finish because she no longer wanted to work on my mom. We were not rude at all for her to just get up and give up. I would never come back here again as they don't listen to what the clients needs are and they were very rude about it. Except for Tom, Tom is really nice and very patient and corrected what Vivian messed up on. I would just say Vivian needs to learn to not do what she wants and do what the client is asking for moving forward. Tom & Jenny are kind Vivian needs a lot to work on. read more
