My best friend and I came here on a Saturday morning just as they opened. The salon was empty and the staff was immediately welcoming! They offered us drinks and allowed us to sit right next to each other. (We previously came from a salon that wouldn't let us sit next to each other when we wanted to be able to chat). They clearly explained their prices before the service. They had lots of great color options and even offered their opinions when asked. The place itself was beautiful! I paid $55 for tips and gel manicure. My friend just did a gel manicure for $35 total. My friend didn't know it at the time, but these were the nails she was going to be proposed to in later that day. I used to come here all the time for at least a year. I stopped coming to give my nails a break & came back 2 weeks ago to get dip. My nails lasted less than 2 weeks before they started lifting and coming off. I ended up going back to soak them off and thought it was $15 since it says that online. They ended up charging me $20 which is absolutely insane for a soak off. Mind you I told them that they were hurting me while they did my soak off and didn't care. read more

I asked for a manicure and pedicure and this is what I got. These pictures are a couple hours after, not a month! I don't think the nail tech had ever done this before, doubt she is trained or licensed. I was there 2 1/2 hrs, and finally said forget the polish on the nails, just do clear, because she wasn't covering the entire nail. I can't believe they charged me and I paid for this. I do a much better job myself, but I wanted to save time so I went here. Don't waste your time or your money if you want a manicure and pedicure. read more

I don't recommend. They were very nice, but decided to make it their mission to "fix" my friends big toe. Despite multiple "ows" of varying volume and blood they did not stop. They don't have their prices online or anywhere in the store and charged us $50 for two *regular* pedicures. Go somewhere else in the area. read more

This is what you get paying $15 for them to take acrylic nails off, minus the tip. If you want a manicure with or without nail polish it's an $35. They were very friendly and nice but they do rush which leaves it looking a mess based on my experience today. They couldn't provide a price sheet that lists the prices for different things (as many nail salons have done). I may be wrong but it seemed that they were coming up with prices on top of their head because if that. I have gone to Paris Nails since I came to UCF as a freshman. I'm a senior now, and have tried it several nail salons in the area and haven't left Paris Nails since I tried it. They always listen to how I want my nails done and never fail to amaze me. I always walk out feeling refreshed and with a smile on my face. The owners are a married couple who are so sweet, and their services are very affordable for a college student. The nail tech caused the middle toe on my left foot to bleed and was painful. I have been here several times and the owners wife always takes care of me. Tonight, I went in and had an awful experience. They couldn't file my nails evenly. I had to come home and file them myself. My polish on my toes is missing in the corner of my big toes. Im going to have to find another place that will finished painting what was missed. She hurt me with the pumice stone because she was so rough. The lady wouldn't give me the advertised discount, all while the owner stood beside of her staring at his cell phone. I came here on a whim after my index nail broke unexpectedly on the drive to UCF. The technician that did my nails (Amy- I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!) and the owner are so nice and funny. I came in for a simple nail fix but they ended up making my whole set of nails looking much better with a new color. They didn't just fix my broken nail, they made sure I was satisfied with my whole set even though I had done them elsewhere. I am definitely coming back here next time for a new gel manicure set (which is $25- very fairly priced). I've been going here since I was in college due to the location being so convenient if you are a UCF students. This past month they revamped the location and from the moment I walked in, I was impressed by their attentiveness and great customer service. I really love how the place looks. I'm definetely gonna miss seeing the couple that owns the salon. Both husband and wife were the sweetest. Easily the best nail experience I've ever had! Boo & Hung are absolute sweethearts & incredible at their craft. My friend and I came in (not realizing it was) about 30 minutes before they closed but they still took us both, took their time, and did an amazing job. Very professional but also very personable. I had called and was told Gel Manicure and Regular Pedicure was $45, but once I got there they told me it was an extra charge to actually get the nails done, therefore I said to only do my pedicure and a regular manicure. Not only did the nail tech barely touch my feet and hands but they were badly painted as well, I walked in at 11:45 and was out but 12:15 and that alone should give away how badly done it was. read more

I went in for a mani/pedi at 6:15pm, there were two workers, and they were attending 2 people. They asked me if I could do it tomorrow morning instead of right now?! Like you close at 8pm, that's plenty of time to do a mani pedi, I guess they just don't want business, Idk. If I could give this place no stars I would. The lady started ripping off my nail polish instead of soaking and when I asked her why? I was told it would be faster instead of soaking, eventhough it was hurting. So she proceeded to cut my natural nails to create a break between my nail and the polish and in the process she cuts me. When I told her what she did she takes out a cup of acetone solution so I could soak my nails then, when I look at the cup the acetone solution was cloudy like if someone had used it before me and when I look closer it had a hair inside. The staff wasn't really polite or accommodating, I was told to soak my nails and they left me sitting for 20 minutes without checking on me and there was only one other nail tech around who was working on someone else. The gel manicure would have looked better had I done it myself.. they never filed down my nail tips and left them rough after cutting and the gel doesn't even cover the sides of my nails. I went in about a week ago to get my nails done and I got gel, when the technician was done it wasn't what I wanted, the shape or polish. I came in again today to have them fix it and I feel like it looks worse. The shape and length are all messed up. I asked for almond shape and i don't even know what shape I have, I had 3 nails break previously so she had to add fake ones on and now all my nails are different lengths because she told me it was better to use my real nails when I asked if she could make them all longer. Heard a lot of negativity about this place so I decided to give it a shot I got a pedicure the first time I went and the staff was professional and very friendly. They even had complimentary water bottles for customers! My toes came out great and even though it was regular polish (not gel) they lasted 2+ weeks The second time I went I got short acrylic nails again with regular polish. I got them done by Bo and he made me feel very welcome and cracked some jokes and overall a great experience again. I've now had my nails for 2+ weeks and they haven't chipped or fallen off.
