I enjoyed my mani n pedi here. If I'm ever back in the Altamonte springs area I will return! The staff are quiet not overly friendly like some nail salons but they are CLEAN and maticulous with their work which is most important to me. Their prices are what I'm use to $35 for a mani/pedi. The pedi massage is awesome! They massage each leg/foot for what feels like 5 mins each. They also use a lime when they use the foot scrub. I've never had that before and it was a nice added touch. I thought it was also great that they have ladies put on the protective gloves when getting gel manicures from the uv light. read more

I've been bringing my girlfriend to this nail salon for a while now, and I used to have nothing but good things to say. In the past, the quality matched the price, and we always left satisfied. The sets looked great, lasted a reasonable amount of time, and overall it felt worth it. Recently, though, things have really gone downhill. I'm now paying around $90 for a full set (not including tip), and the quality just isn't there anymore. The nails barely last two weeks before they start lifting, which shouldn't be happening at that price point. On top of that, any added designs like gems are falling off way too quickly. It's frustrating because I've seen how good this place can be, which makes the drop in quality even more noticeable. I don't mind paying for good work, but at this point it just doesn't feel worth it. I really hope they can get back to the level they used to be at. read more

The 3-star is because I'm grateful for the specials $45 for pedicure and manicure. On an educator salary, that's all I can afford. BUT when I go there and ask for the special, the workers there yell to the others "$45!" like I have leprosy. Also the work is done very quickly and poorly and lasts a week about. If you're not going to treat everyone with respect and do a good job because people like me, use the Special, please don't offer it! read more

I use to be a regular but a few weeks ago a man did my pedicure and he cut my big toe cuticle so bad it took a little time to stop the bleeding and it got infected so I didn't go back for awhile. I decided to go yesterday and very disappointed. On a positive note, my mother had a young lady that did an awesome job in a timely fashion. My pedicure was awful and the experience was bad as well. I asked for acrylic on both of my toe nails and she only did one and that one was crooked and oddly shaped. She did the acrylic once, put polish one, took the polish off, did the acrylic again and my toe still looked bad. She put so much polish on my nails that my nails weren't dry for almost an hour. A lady named Cindy did my pedicure and she talked the entire time trying to get me to follow her on IG, buy stuff from her on sale and talk about her fashion sense. My mother was done with her service almost 30 minutes before me and we started our services at the same time. I wanted a manicure but I was starving by the time she got done with this horrible pedicure. I tried giving this place multiple chances to win me back as a customer but after this I'll take my chances else where. read more

Been going here for years very disappointed in the service. Made an appt with Kevin. I got there a little early so he started early. He seemed like he was in a hurry. He did my pedicure and this time i got regular polish not gel. Paid $50 for my $42 and gave him a $20 tip. About 4:50 a few hours later i noticed my toes were still very wet and oily (like he added oil to dry nail polish). I called the salon and the lady was real nice said to come back. I went back in on my lunch break Kevin was there not once did he speak or asked me what happened. Got my toe repainted with gel and got charged for it. I paid $90 for a basic pedicure. Been a loyal customer and tip well... very disappointed and will take my business elsewhere Update: day one i paid $70 Day two they said they gave me half off and only paid $10. Not true got charged full price. See with draw from day 2 FCU: Transaction Occurred Acct: XXXXXxxx Amount: $20.00 For: Withdrawal Debit YOUR NAILS & SPA ALTAMONTE SPRFLUS $90 for one pedicure and blames nail polish. Sad part is I'm a loyal customer and tip well. I wouldn't be upset but $90 for a pedicure, used oil in the nail polish because it was old and dry THEN blames the customer because they didn't use gel. If I could give this place half a star, I would. And the only reason it would get half is cause the lady outside was nice. First, I called and ask them how much a gel pedicure would be. They said $45 on the phone. So I drive out here, get my pedicure, and ask the lady for acrylic on the big toes, just so they are squared off (my nails were pretty short after they broke and I had to cut them down to be even). She leaves them longer than I'd get my finger nails. Naturally, I thought she was going to cut them since they seriously look ridiculous, so I let her do her thing. After a coat of polish, I was a little concerned, so I asked if she was gonna cut them down, she rudely said no that we can't do that now, then mumbles something to the lady doing my friends pedicure beside me. The rest of the pedicure she was rough, noticeably tougher than before I asked. After she was done, and I was clearly unsatisfied, I go to pay, and it's $75. I've literally NEVER paid so much for a basic pedicure. And I've never been so unhappy with a pedicure in my entire life. My friend, who got the same exact pedicure goes to check out and it's $57. How is mine $75? She said the tips on my toes would be $5 each. The math still ain't math-ing?!?!? I left with a bother pedicure, one big toe nail clearly longer than the other, and the shorter one was literally wavy. Do not come here unless they pay you to. read more

This will definitely be my new salon in the area. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The lady who did my pedicure was so attentive to detail and really took her time. This was also the first pedicure where I wasn't left bleeding and with swollen feet. She offered water and massages as well which was nice. The manager was also really sweet and checked on me multiple times to see if I was satisfied with the services (during and after). Love this place and I will be back! Happy I found them. I've done my nails today... Gel for my hands and toe nails, but I feel like it was overpriced. I didn't put any acrylic or something... didn't say anything about it because I'm not planning to return again. They told me a price at first which it was 72 and they ended up charging me 87 dollars for a basic gel manicure and pedicure. My nails came ok, but they left me all the cuticles (as you can see in the photo) Also, had to return two times because some nails were painted bad or had bumps. Also, on my foot nails there's white paint left from previous nail polish I had... The person who done my "pedicure" took forever and didn't do a good job. I'm sorry. I am extremely picky when it comes to my nail care service. It's very difficult to find someone who just gets it right! And Lynn,at this nail salon, gets it right! Every single time! I show her what I want and she does it and I don't have to fix anything afterwards. She's also timely and my nails last. When I first started going to her after the spas reopened I told her I apologize but I'm particular. She said no worries. I haven't worried since. This place is the best nail salon ever. I have been looking for a good place for my nail for a long time. This one is exactly what I'm looking for. Every thing clean and the staffs are so friendly and skilled. My nails and toes are beautifully done. I love this place so much. The price is reasonable. I got dipping powder for my nails and royal deluxe pedicure for my toes. The Dipping power starts $38 compared to other places which is $40. The deluxe pedicure is $42 and I have to say ohh and ahh because it is like heaven. She clean my toes perfectly, then sugar scrub, then long and deep massage, hot towel and the paraffin wax. I can tell that she put all her effort on pleasing me. And my nails also perfect and it's been 3 weeks and they still last. Love it. Definitely recommend this place read more

All they want to do is gels! V didn't take the time for every layer to dry so mine smudged a few hours later so the next day I went back and they said it was because I got regular polish! They redid the ones that smudged but it didn't last long! Not going back. In response to your post about mine, my nails smudged the same day! And they all continued the next few days because he didn't let it dry in between coats. I don't think you should be telling me to not come back since it was dead in there and you were watching Asian soap operas which Included swearing! I am extremely disappointed with my service today. Mind you I have been a loyal customer for over 6 months. I usually come to Navy and while she does a great job, I will not be returning after today. I called yesterday to make an appt with Navy. When I showed up today, the owner called Navy and put her on the phone with me. She was not expecting me and was clearly not at work so I agreed to have someone else do my nails. Terrible - I have never had a more rushed job done in my life. She did not even apply lotion for my pedicure or clean under my nails like they usually do. They were very busy and clearly did not expect so many people to walk in. Whatever you do, do not come on a Sunday. Nobody ever apologized that there was a mixup with my appointment and on top of that, they rushed through my service and still charged me full price for a job that was not well done. It's a shame that they cannot handle many customers however after today they have lost a loyal customer and I will NOT be back. read more

I went to get my nails done. Sitting in these nice massage chair with a heat feature it seemed promising. Then I watched the nail technician rip my skin on my toe and I pulled away in pain. After barely taking care of my cut, she proceeds to continue with the pedicure. She then exfoliates and squeezes a lime.. into my cut. I'm internally screaming at the point. The place wasn't clean enough for me to feel okay at all. Tools didn't seem like they get sanitized. She was just casually tossing empty containers of lotion and exfoliant that they use in the foot bath that my feet were still in. I walked over to get a manicure and the towel had left over tips from the other person before me that she just brushed off the towel onto the ground. Just made me feel gross. 24 hours later my toe still hurts, my polish was fine, the only selling point was the massage chairs. read more

Just finished an acrylic + gel fill with Tony! Tony is the man! He fixed a bad nail job I had got at home in Pittsburgh. I'm visiting the area for work and really needed my nails done. Based on other reviews and photos I decided to try this salon. It was a little hard to find based on my google maps. It is on the alcohol store side of Publix. He dropped the acrylic brush at one point and no joke picked it up with his TOES. He then proceeded to use it and I was so shocked I didn't say anything (I hate conflict.) Paid $45 for a fill and a plain color blue gel nail polish. One finger has glitter. The place before I paid $50 including tip for a full new set and French tip. I unfortunately couldn't remember the name of the place so I tried this place. Not only did three different people take care of me. They didn't offer me anything to drink. They didn't use lotion or massage my hands after. They barely remembered to put oil on after. No idea how this place has 5 stars. I got a solar fill and it was a less than mediocre job (and the man doing my nails was extremely rough) but my thumb especially was very crooked. I asked nicely for him to make it even. He got up and left. Then a woman came over and just put another layer of nail polish on top like that was going to fix it. I told her it was still crooked can she please fix it and she continued to tell me it was my cuticle, that my cuticle was the problem . This has never happened to me before. Now it's still crooked and you can tell where she tried to fix it so it's actually worse. 1 star for terrible service and tacky job. I will attach pictures. read more

This place is awesome. I just moved to the area and have been to a few other places but this one is by far the best. They offer a menu of pedicure selections and if you go for the royal you really get the royal treatment. Two scrub rubs and multiple lotions and oils... over 20 minutes for massaging alone which is my fave. Then a paragon treatment and while that is happening you get an aim massage. A few other ladies across from me were getting a kick out of all the extras I was getting. It cost a little more for the royal treatment but not much and it's totally worth it - especially if you are a mom like me and your sister is babysitting so you need to take full advantage of mommy alone time! read more

I've been here a few times although I am not a regular and after today I will NEVER be! I called ahead to see if there was a wait for my daughter to have a full set, me a pedi and my other daughter just to have her nails painted. I was told no wait come on in and we can do it for you all, so I left where I was and went in. Unfortunately only one of my girls got their nails done as there was such a long wait! My other daughter and I sat there and waited and waited. No one ever came over to ask us if we still wanted any services, other customers came in and were seated and serviced right there on the spot! The manager left before I could speak with her about it. I will not be back but a simple "no ma'am we are busy or we can only take one full set at this time" would have worked for me.
