    Crab Cake Benedict
    Janesia J.

First time patron living in New Orleans and i have to find out how to become a regular! Came here with my family for the first time and had the best experience. The service was 10/10 we had questions about the menu and not only did the servers and workers stop to answer but so did the owner. He explained the menu and what it took to cultivate it and gave us great recommendations. Now i will admit i was a bit thrown off on how they operated and day tables. You stand in line and as soon as you get inside you order and pay for your food but i really discussed how simple this process was and how quick we were able to eat. The atmosphere almost felt like we were at a family reunion how welcoming and informative everyone who worked there. It seemed no matter who you talked to everyone has a favorite dish and i loved that. We all ordered different dishes and i can say for the first time ever i loved every single menu items with no notes The crab Benedict had a crab cake that melted in your mouth. The brisket biscuit has a barbecue sauce that complimented it perfectly. The chicken and waffles were perfect and talking to the owner made our experience that much better! He was so down to earth and made us feel at home. I will always come here when I'm in town i encourage others to do so too! You won't be disappointed!!

I am a sucker for a good breakfast. Parish Biscuit is a solid choice in the breakfast genre in Lafayette. I am the first to admit that my typical breakfast joint is a little divey and less fancy than Parish. But damn son, the food, especially that biscuit made me a super fan. Ordering is done at the counter, you get a number, and are seated. This place is popular and so you should expect a line even at off times. It moves pretty quickly so don't fret. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Pro tip: grab a menu while in line so you are ready at the. The people in front of us didn't and spent an inordinate amount of time ordering. Don't be that person. The food I got a Mexican omelette, potatoes, and the aforementioned biscuit. The omelette and potatoes were tasty and great choices by itself. However; the biscuit and tasso gravy is the best example of a biscuit and gravy I have ever had. Get this and get this quickly. Damn my mouth is watering thinking about it. Oh and they know the proper amount of gravy to add too. No shorting you where you end up with pieces of biscuit and no gravy. They also offer real cold brew coffee and other coffee drinks. I have found that most breakfast spots that aren't also coffee spots don't have cold brew. They do here which is another reason to go.

I dined here about 8 months ago. The restaurant is located in a strip mall, and a google maps made it difficult to find. Once we finally found it, we were very happy both because - yay we found it - and it smelled so yummy inside. I love a breakfast place with a full bar too. Drinks before 10am, yes, please! So, we get in line to order our yummer biscuits. I like places that have counter type service where you pay for your food and sit. It can make it easier when you have a big group or in a hurry. I ordered the fried chicken hot honey biscuit, the Cameron! ahh hot honey! I would have ordered the crawfish one, because I so those coming out of the kitchen, and holy hell! It just wasn't crawfish season when I went, so noseys to ordering crawfish out of season. I also ordered alcohol, because why not. I got the most amazing Irish coffee! It the predecessor before all these martini espresso followers. I took a very messy and sticky bite of my hot honey chicken biscuit - which was huge by the way - and I was in bliss! I really liked everything about this place. And it was all so clean and the staff were friendly too. I will be back next time I am in town to try more of those biscuits and maybe another Irish coffee? :-)

Such a lovely experience. I don't think I've ever been to such a welcoming town as Lafayette. Everyone seemed to welcome us from all the lovely bartenders to the manager helping at the door. I enjoyed their biscuit twist on an eggs Benedict. So light and fluffy. The grits portion was huge enough to share. The Cameron was soaked in honey. Sweetness overload. But in a good day. The cold brew latte was not too over powering. Great coffee. We sat at the bar for breakfast to people watch. Such a great crowd of folks. Everyone hustled nonstop.

The ambience was nice--relaxed and welcoming. The service was okay, nothing over the top, but they got the job done. As for the food, it was decent. I just wish it had a bit more seasoning to bring out the flavor. Unfortunately, about halfway through my meal, I found a string of hair in the dish. Thankfully, one of the staff members handled it professionally and had a fresh one made. That said, this was my second time ordering the Acadia and the second time I've found hair in it. I won't be ordering that again. One thing I've noticed is that the kitchen staff don't wear hairnets, and a lot of them have long hair. It's a small detail, but it makes a big difference in the dining experience.

It looks like. Typical "southern food" chain, but it's not! The biscuits were inventive - but also with your classics. Flaky and buttery and delicious. Don't sleep on the sautéed spinach side. Service is kind and orderly - and the line on a Sunday can get long! Clean and industrial on the inside.

    Crawfish Enchiladas
    Stacy E.

The place is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The food was just ok. The crawfish enchiladas had more cheese than crawfish and the best way for me to describe it "extremely cheesy". The ham and turkey club croissant was average, but that might be my own fault for not getting the chipotle sauce on it. I was looking for a lower calorie option so that's the reason I did not get the sauce. The croissants & biscuits were very fresh! The sweet potato fries were OK. They did have alot of chunks of fried chicken batter pieces mixed in with the sweet potato fries that I picked out. I'm guessing the sweet potatoes and chicken are fried in the same grease therefore, that was the reason but not sure. It was a little bit of a turn off though. They do come with a lot of cinnamon so if you do not like cinnamon on your sweet potato fries, you may want to remember to tell them no cinnamon. Overall, the lunch was good. Yes I do recommend this place.

Oh my! Where to start....If you have not been to Parish Biscuit for brunch let this be your sign. The food was absolutely amazing. Not pictured is the smoked tasso and sausage gravy I used on my biscuit. We chose to sit at the bar as it was a busy Sunday morning. We were quickly served, food and mimosas. The owner I assume spoke to us several times as he greeted guests upon entry. Well done, Parish. We will be back.

Food 5/5 Crab cake Benedict: comes on their house made biscuit instead of English muffin! Select side of cheese grits or potatoes--I opted for the cheese grits, which are stellar. I had one Baileys coffee with whipped cream (decent) and my French 75 was on point. Service 4/5 Sat at the bar so there was no wait for a table. There are two TVs at the bar with sports playing and purse hooks and chargers for cells phones--love these details. Servers were nice. Ambiance 4/5 Contemporary decor and nice seating and furniture. Wall art has elements of Louisiana. There is a side of restaurant dedicated to carryout orders--smart. The place stayed busy while I dined. I love my breakfast so much that I may return for brunch tomorrow!

    Saint Martin Biscuit Sandwich

I'll admit I am not one to visit places that are super hyped. All I can say is that this place is definitely worth the hype. Yes there is a line just as any sought after place but the line moves and is well attended by staff. Staff to direct you, staff to offer you free biscuit samples while waiting in line and staff that answers questions no matter how busy the restaurant is at the time. The best part is of course the food. I had the Saint Martin Biscuit Sandwich and not only was the biscuit perfectly cooked so was the brisket in the sandwich. It was prepared better than some bbq places. I will definitely be back to try other items on the menu...

My first visit here was wonderful! It's very busy, but the staff did not make you feel like they were overwhelmed. My mom and I sat at the bar. The bar staff were great and very attentive. I stated with a pineapple mimosa and mom had orange juice. I was craving pancakes and Parish Biscuit did not disappoint. I added blueberries on top! So flavorful and tasty! I added a side of bacon. The bacon was crispy and perfect. My mom ordered waffles and a side of bacon as well. She loved her food as well. I'm so glad I stopped in. I will be back to try more menu items.

Cinnamon Roll, Jefferson (Monte Cristo), Evangeline
    Diana A.

Food was good! Biscuits were nice and butter but lacked the structure to hold together the sandwiches. Better to have a nice big sandwich but I wish the biscuits held everything together a bit better. Flavor combinations were great though! We had the Evangeline and Monte Cristo biscuit with a cinnamon roll. Service was set up to wait in line to order at a counter then take your number and find a table. We were offered little biscuit samples while waiting in line. It was packed Saturday AM so we had to walk around a bit until a table got up. Everyone was nice but it was hard to order and wait then have to flag someone down to order another drink. Busy ambiance made it a little hard to hold a conversation. Would not take a large group but just fine for a few people to do breakfast. Do think we will go back but maybe avoid the Saturday morning rush.

My mom and I came here on a Friday around 11:30 AM. We ordered the crabcake and split the Acadia biscuit, which came with fried catfish, crawfish étouffée, and fried crawfish. You place your order at the counter. The woman taking orders wasn't able to offer much in the way of recommendations--she suggested the American breakfast, which you can get pretty much anywhere, so I wasn't too impressed. That said, I was very happy with what we ordered. The crabcake was tasty though nothing particularly special and a bit pricey for the portion, but the Acadia was outstanding. I also really liked their cocktail menu. They have a bar where you can sit or just order from, and I went with the champagne and St. Germain. You don't see that offered often, so I was excited to find it here. The staff was very friendly, and the space had a fun, lively vibe. It's a really charming spot inside. Parking can be a little tricky, but we were able to find a spot behind the building.
