I used Park4Cruise in Tampa recently and had a great experience. They are the closest lot to the cruise terminal. I was greeted as soon as I arrived and directed to an open parking space and a van arrived immediately. They dropped me off right at the corner of the building at the dock, right at the up elevator and gave me a bright orange ticket and explained they would be in that exact spot when I returned. When I got back, I held my bright orange ticket in my hand, to help them find me in the crowd. However, they were exactly in the right spot so I found them quickly. Tip: there are a lot of white vans picking people up from the cruise terminal when you get back. When I exited the building, a lot of people turned left to a sea of vans, but I turned right to go to the corner by the up elevator and the Park4Cruise van was the only one, on that side, so it was easy to find. Exactly at the corner as he promised. Super great service! I am sure it gets busier at times and they might not get the exact spot they want at the terminal, but just look for their sign in the window. The door to the ship opened at 7:30 and I was about the 10th person in line to get off. I made my way off the boat and through the building, took a required pic for security, got outside to the van, and was at my car at 7:45. read more

I have used park4cruise about a dozen times. They are always very helpful and courteous. There are times, such as hurricanes or late ships or huge traffic jams where they are overwhelmed but they do their best and always carry my luggage to the van and make sure we are comfortable. Stay away from Tampa during the Soccer mania, Pirate festivals and big holidays and don't blame these nice people for acts of God. read more

Waited 45 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up at the terminal. Finally after multiple unanswered calls we had to walk to the car lot with our luggage and get our car. Save your money and park someplace cheaper (next door) with a shuttle service that appreciates their customers. read more

Although reserving a spot and loading for the cruise was good, "a shuttle every 15 minutes" upon return was promised. After 50 minutes (and calling several times with no answer), half of our group went to pick up our vehicle, which was 5 blocks away. Expect a wait if you use this service. read more

The place is kind of a dump. I was concerned if my rims were going to be on my car when I got back lol But aesthetics aside, no complaints here. Online pre-pay was super easy and way affordable! It was literally across from the port so it was a really quick process. Once we parked, we were almost immediately picked up by the courtesy van. The driver loaded our bags, picked up other passengers then dropped us off at the terminal. When we got back, just called to tell them we're ready for pick up and within 5-10 mins, we were back at our car. I would recommend them. read more

This place is terrible. The service is terrible. The employees are the most insufferable, rude, and arrogant people I've ever dealt with. They advertised $8 a day for parking but charged my credit card for over $50 without even telling me the total. They said it was some sort of tax and "security fee". Once we got off the cruise, the shuttle driver refused to let us on the shuttle because there was no room. But yet, we were the first ones in line waiting to have our luggage loaded and we were ignored. We were told the next shuttle would arrive in 5-10 minutes. The shuttle took nearly a half an hour to arrive. We complained to the parking attendant and were rudely told to get in our car and get out. I'll be calling my credit card company and reporting this company for fraudulent charges. Never have I had such an awful experience with parking. Avoid this place at all costs. There's a nice parking garage right up the street. read more

Do not even try and reserve a spot to park here!!!!!!! I got charged and never received a confirmation... Called and the guy who answered the phone was very RUDE and not helpful at all... he blamed it on my bank?? how is it my banks fault? They would not just randomly charge me for parking??!! anyway he said he could not refund me because I don't have a reservation, but I got billed $60.45 for parking... call the 800 number and no one ever answers... Reservations were made to park in their Orange lot for January, 2022. Their advertisement says they refund if canceled. Three emails were sent before a response was even received which stated they applied refunds back to the original credit card. After checking for the next 3 months, a refund was never applied. Just a warning, you may not get a refund if you have to cancel. Plus their response was terrible. read more

I used Park4Cruise this month for our cruise leaving from Tampa. We booked ahead, paid $7.97 per day(4 nights cruise) for 4 days + 5% Service Fee + Tax = $35.71. We arrived around 10am, lot was half full. Some people were leaving from previous cruise, and some people are parking ready for the next cruise. There was an attendant who checked our reservation. He had a list of names who made reservation. He directed us to an parking spot. It's true that the parking lot was non-paved, had holes(filled with mud water). But the area we park was dry(on grass). The parking lot has fence around it, but I'm not sure if they would close the main gate once the cruise ship leaves port. Shuttle - The shuttle was already there when we drove into the lot. Right after we parked, the shuttle(10-12 passengers van) pulled over next to our car. The driver was very polite and helped us to unload and load our luggage to the van. Open the door to us to get on to the van. It was only a 3-5 minutes ride to the cruise terminal. He greeted the passengers and chat with us. It was a pleasure ride. At the terminal, he helped us to unload our luggage and the worker at the cruise terminal came immediately took our checked bags. The driver gave each us a small card that has their number on it, and told us when we arrive, if we don't see the van, just give them a call. Their van also has their logo on the passenger side door, so it was easy to spot. When we came back, walked out the terminal, the van was already waiting there for us(on the same spot where he dropped us off). The driver recognized us and greeted us and helped us to load the luggage. Drove us back to the parking lot(with only us on the van, didn't have to wait any other passenger, if any). We chatted on the short ride back to the parking lot. He then parked next to my car and helped us to unload the luggage. I'll definitely recommend this parking lot! Love it! read more

Parking was quick and easy. The employees were easy to work with and very kind. They helped get luggage out of car and loaded it back up when we returned. They were waiting at the port when we arrived and got us back to the lot and on the road In 5 minutes. An easy walk from the cruise terminal to the lot. It is uncovered but had a locked gate and seemed secure. And for $8 a day it was a great deal! read more

Parked here last week. Not crazy that is a dirt,grassy lot,but had no idea when booking online. Got off the ship at 7:30am,as do a lot of people who do carry off these days. Waited for the shuttle......no show......so we walked to the lot dragging our luggage. Come to find out later,their shuttle does not start till 8am.We noticed all the other off site lot shuttles waiting at the terminal.Why,they don't ,is a mystery to me. Unfortunately,when we got back to the car,we noticed damage.We did not notice it beforehand,so it really became a case of he said,she said,with no proof. They claimed to have reviewed the webcam recording and said no one was near my car. Also,I was not to post anything negative on social media or else they would take legal action. I do see another review elsewhere claiming the same on here so makes one go hmmm. Anyway,my budget parking cost me $526 in repairs and it has to be done.It is a cracked taillight. We were not informed when we were picked up, or does it state anywhere on the website that return shuttles don't start until after 8am. We self-disembarked & were off the ship around 7:30, waiting for a shuttle. When I finally reached someone, he told me that the driver doesn't start running until 8am. We walked to the lot, extremely angry, even though I am still recovering from foot surgery. I use to recommend this lot to my clients sailing out of Tampa, but no more. read more

Getting picked up by them after my cruise proved IMPOSSIBLE! After waiting 15 minutes, while others who got off the ship were picked up by other parking services, I called and was told that I had to wait at the port's parking garage. That was a long block away and across a busy street. After I pulled my two bags and a heavy purse to where I was told to go, still no shuttle. Days earlier, when I was dropped off, the driver said I would be picked up just outside the cruise terminal. Now after this 82 year old woman breathlessly trudged to where I was now told to go, there was still no shuttle. When I called them again I was angrily told to stop calling. Now I had no choice but to try walking to the parking lot. I was so exhausted from the effort that a stranger took pity and was kind enough to drive me to my car. I have been cruising out of that terminal 5 to 6 times a year for many years and NEVER had a problem before. Unfortunately, because of the Covid shutdown of the cruise industry, the reliable parking service I used before is no longer in business. I tried this upstart but won't make this mistake again. read more

The process to reserve the parking and pay went very well. When we arrived at the lot we were a little put off that it wasn't paved, the gates were open and no one was around. It just didn't look very secure but hey I have insurance and if the worst happened I was covered. We called the telephone number posted by the gate and a shuttle arrived very quickly. My daughter, son-in-law, grand baby and myself were quickly loaded in and delivered to the port a short distance away. Upon our return from the cruise we went out to the designated pick up area and a shuttle was loading passengers. When he saw we had a baby he said he didn't have insurance to carry children and we would have to wait for another employee that did have insurance. We had a car seat so that was not an issue; we weren't asking to break any laws or common sense. He said he would contact the other driver and send him right back. After waiting about 30 minutes I called their office and told them we had been waiting 30 minutes. I also inquired as to why they could not transport children and the person who answered was confused. After another 20 minutes and no one showing up, I tried calling about ten times with no answer. We then decided that my daughter would have to walk to the car park and bring the car back to pick up the rest of us. By this time the baby was having a full out melt down. The manager did call back after my daughter left to hike to the car park and told me the vans were rented This week and that is why they couldn't transport children. It didn't make sense to me, never heard of such a thing. Rates were good, process for payment was good, but service seems to be hit and miss. I would not recommend if you have children or if you don't want to hang out at the cruise terminal for an hour or so after you arrive back at port. read more

We took a week-long cruise on the Norwegian Sun and needed an affordable place to park. Not only was this place a great deal price wise, the service was excellent! We literally pulled into the fenced lot and the van pulled around to our car and they helped us load our luggage. We made one quick stop at Carnival Cruises, then on to the Norwegian. When we returned, we called the number they gave us before we left, and they were already right outside the US Custom's front door. They again loaded out luggage and drove us to our car. It was literally less than 15 minutes between the time we walked outside and the time we were dropped off at the trunk of our car. I highly recommend them and would certainly use them again in the future. read more

Very convenient parking and the drivers/helpers were very friendly and accommodating. I didn't even touch a piece of my luggage, they moved it from our car to the van and unloaded us at the terminal and the same upon returning. The lot is a little run down (high weeds, fencing is old, and building is rough looking) but we felt our car was safe here. Overall, we were parked, loaded, and at our terminal in less than 10 minutes and at returning we were loaded at the terminal and loaded into our car in less than 5. Great service! read more

Lot is convenient but not paved, not even gravel, it's grass. The path to drive around is full of holes which when we got back were filled with mud and water so your car is filthy. The attendant is rude and doesn't take into consideration the order in which people arrive, if he decides you are waiting, you wait. Two cars arrived after us, he picked them and their luggage up and took off leaving us standing there with our bags. I'd pay more to park elsewhere with a paved lot and nice people. The staff was extremely nice and our cars were just as we left them when we returned. We were stuff in traffic and didn't arrive when expected and received a very pleasant call from a member of the staff checking to see if we were okay and on the way. Once we arrived, they greeted us by name and immediately got us to the port. They have a shuttle to the poet, but it's close enough to walk if necessary. read more

Way too tight parking, and was directed and demanded that we pull all the way into a corner with bushes and small trees that they were feeding 20 some cats at. I complained about cats getting into my car...reply "not if you keep your windows up"...with a nasty tone. Unloaded our own luggage and waited over a half hour for the shuttle while we "enjoyed" the reek of cat poop. On return husband walked the block to get the car, rather than wait on the shuttle. Car was filthy!! Had dirt, cat prints from the cats walking all over the car, and little claw scratches from the cats sleeping and crawling all over it for a week. I am cat person, but this is not where they should be feeding these cats, or at least block off the area to keep vehicles safe from the them and not force customers to park there. Don't use them the address is false. I have been trying to get my money back for two weeks they are giving me the run around. I will be reporting them to Better Business Bureau they are frauds. I ended up parking at a legit parking cruise authority for 60 bucks for four days. read more

Park4Cruise is conveniently located close to the Port of Tampa and very affordable. Within 5 minutes of parking, the van pulled up to take us to the terminal. Our driver was very friendly. Once we got to the terminal, he helped unloaded our bags and even found a porter for us. When we returned, the van was there within five minutes. This place has excellent service. We will definitely return when sailing out of Tampa again. read more

Park4Cruise is close to the Port of Tampa and inexpensive. The lot is small and not covered. Cars are wedged in tight. I would not recommend if you have a large SUV, Truck, or van. Additionally when we returned from our cruise our van battery had died because our son had left his PS4 plugged in and in. While the driver said they had jumper cables and they could jump us., the person in the office refused to jump us because he said our vehicle was too large and would block the drive if we rolled it back. It would have taken literally 2 minutes to have jumped the battery. He stated it was their busiest time (7:45 am) So instead we called AAA and waited 45 minutes and they jumped us in under a minute once they got there. During the 45 minutes we waited, during their "busiest time", 2 other people returned to their vehicles. If a company is judged by how they respond to a problem I'd give them a F. The rudeness of the man in the office just added to the experience. But in their defense parking is cheap and the driver from the lot to the port was super nice. read more
