PCB was an outstanding local brewery... First time in PC and stopped by PCB for some food and local beers... Needless to say, glad we stopped by. For a Monday night, it was completely slammed but we luckily got a table right away. I came here with a large group of people in the winter for trivia night, and it was good! I had a kombucha (did not feel like drinking that day) and it was delicious, so I was happy that there was something good to order that was not alcohol. We came across Park City Brewing after finishing our first day on the mountain. It is a nice spacious location with TV's and an outdoor patio that had igloo domes set up to stay warm in. We showed before closing time and came in just for drinks. The bartenders were super cool and Park City Brewing had a nice selection of beers to choose from. I got the Silver Creekwater Amber Lager. We asked the waitress if we could sub them out for onion rings she said for a charge. In our opinion that's the wrong answer. We did not like the fries. When you pay $20.00 for a meal the answer should be "I'm sorry you didn't like it, yes let me get you some onion rings". He really enjoyed the hour IPA. I enjoyed their fried chicken sandwich with beer battered onion rings & a root beer they have on tap. Both of our meals were tasty and well portioned. The side sauces (fry sauce, ranch and homemade BBQ) were a nice addition. The prices were a high but being a tourist town (where everything seems to be very $$$) - this made sense.
