Cowboy atmosphere with live music. Unique cuts of meat or traditional seafood or steak. Really good smoked old fashioned. 8oz tenderloin with loaded potatoes was really good. Perfect crust and pinkness. 8.5/10

So good! The steaks the staff and the entertainment! Been here twice now and would definitely go back again!

Probably my least favorite and the most expensive meal we had in park city & it was the place I was looking forward to most. we came here on Saturday night for my birthday dinner. My husband ordered the elk sirloin & loaded baked potato. He really enjoyed his meal. I ordered a full rack of ribs and fries. The fries were good, the ribs not so much. I thought they were supposed to be baby back but they seemed like spare ribs for the size and the cartilage in them. They also tasted old, like they had been cooked and just reheated. Was disappointing especially for $60. Service was ok. Not bad but not great either. They also charged for soda water in a cocktail. I wouldn't recommend or return. Disappointing choice for my birthday!

Run by the same group of restaurants that own the Market Street Grill in South Jordan and Cottonwood, which are known for their seafood. Grub is a steak house and is has a western style theme. The restaurant is very dark inside. Grub isn't located on Main or in downtown; rather it is located in the Prospector area yet offers no parking lot only street parking. This would be a 3-star review, however, they have really nice staff who are attentive and their food is good quality. Within our party we got Caesar salad, house salad, fresh rolls, Bison Tenderloin, New York Steak, cheesecake, bread pudding, and their flourless chocolate cake. For the men the food filled their bellies; for me, I needed a box and then my son ate my leftovers for lunch (which speaks to the deliciousness).

This used to be our favorite place to visit each year we visited Park City. Sadly, we've noticed the quality of the meat, service, and overall value have all declined. Each year over the past three or four, one of our meals was incorrect. Tonight was no exception. The NY strip Steaks were very fatty with two of our party needing to spit out or cut off about 1/3 of their steaks because of it. One of the filets was not cooked properly and tough. It was another disappointing experience. I'm very sad to say.

    Elk Sirloin

Really tasty elk that came with sides (I got the mushroom soup and creamed spinach). Really liked the vibes of the place and our server Edward was extremely friendly. Only complaint is that the mushroom soup was really salty and the lamb chops were too fatty, but again, the elk is delicious.

Elk steak with the baked potato... But do try the mushroom soup?

The elk steak was absolutely delicious! The bread pudding as a dessert was outstanding as well. Jesse was our waiter and we could not ask for a better waiter.

Nope. I was there two weeks ago and it was not open.

Hi Megan, we haven't been required to implement that. Summit County does require the donning of masks however until you are sat, or get up to leave your table.

Unfortunately, the overall experience did not feel consistent with what we expected from a private, premium tasting. During our visit, the lights went out six separate times. We understand that electrical issues can happen and that not every circumstance is within a business's control. Our concern was less about the outage itself and more about how the experience was handled. We brought the issue to the staff's attention, but no accommodation, adjustment, or other gesture was offered. Being told that "it happens" and that the issue was beyond their control did not leave us feeling that our concerns were being taken seriously. The tasting itself also less curated than we expected. We frequently had to initiate questions about the wines rather than having them proactively introduced and explained. For the price point, we expected a more polished, engaging, and knowledgeable presentation. We spent close to $1,000 for a private room and tasting, so our expectations were understandably high. At that price, the experience should feel special and thoughtfully managed. Instead, we ultimately felt that it would have been considerably more cost-effective to purchase several bottles of wine rather than pay the per-person tasting fee. Regarding the owner's response to our concerns- I appreciate the clarification that an electrician was called and that efforts were made to address the electrical problem. However, that does not change our experience as guests. We should not have been expected to track down the owner or specifically request management in order for our concerns to be acknowledged. When a significant service disruption occurs repeatedly during a premium experience, we believe it is reasonable to expect the staff or management to proactively recognize the inconvenience and make an effort to address it. We also understand that our group may have appeared to be enjoying ourselves and "rolling with" the situation. We did our best to make the evening enjoyable despite the circumstances. That should not be interpreted as meaning that we were satisfied with the experience or that we considered the repeated interruptions acceptable for what we paid. We are sharing this feedback because we believe businesses can learn from negative experiences. Unfortunately, since our concerns were not meaningfully addressed during or after the visit, we felt it was appropriate to share our experience publicly. The wine was enjoyable, but the overall experience did not justify the price we paid

However, just a note: if you're in Utah, expect the espresso martinis to have Bailey's in them, so they're all on the sweeter side. Mine was good, but I will need to remember to ask for mine without it for a less sweet version next time. I would definitely go here again. It's a good spot to watch the game and in a good location. The red curtains outside looked nice, but they kept blowing into our table while we were eating. Once they were tied back, they still flapped around quite a bit and unfortunately blocked much of the mountain view. The patio chairs are also metal and not the most comfortable--I ended up using my jacket as a cushion. We started with the vegetable samosas, and they were excellent. They came with two different chutneys, both of which were delicious. For our entrées, we ordered an eggplant dish with rice and onion naan. The flavors were wonderful, and the medium spice level was just right--enough heat to be interesting without overwhelming the dish. The only downside was that both the eggplant and the naan were much oilier than I prefer. In hindsight, I would ask for the naan without butter next time, as the richness was a bit much for me. The wine list was fairly limited. I sampled a couple before settling on a Burgundy Pinot Noir, which was enjoyable but felt overpriced at $20 for a relatively small pour. The service was friendly, but it felt a little disjointed. Several different people stopped by our table throughout the meal, and while everyone was attentive, the frequent interruptions made the experience feel a bit less relaxed. Overall, the food was flavorful and enjoyable, and I would happily eat here again if I were in the area. While it probably wouldn't be a destination restaurant for me, it's a solid choice for good Indian food in Park City.

I pulled up my Colorado digital ID, and the employee seemed completely thrown by it and insisted on seeing my physical license. I understand businesses have policies, but the interaction felt unnecessarily awkward. I'm in my mid-40s, don't even drink alcohol, and still felt like I was being treated as if I were trying to sneak into a bar. It just set an odd tone from the start. I didn't choose the restaurant, but as someone with celiac disease, this was an even bigger issue. I let the staff know up front that I have celiac disease and need to avoid gluten. I ordered a bunless burger and skipped the fries since they don't have a dedicated fryer. I ordered a side salad instead, only to find out almost all of the dressings contained gluten, so I went with the vinaigrette. The burger itself was overcooked and honestly pretty underwhelming. The worst part came at the end of my meal. I took a bite of my salad and felt a crunch. There was a crouton mixed in. I had to spit it into my napkin in front of my coworkers, but by then I'd already chewed it and had crumbs throughout my mouth. For someone with celiac disease, this isn't just an inconvenience. If I'd never mentioned it, that would be one thing. But after telling the staff up front, there should never have been a crouton on that salad. That's beyond normal cross contamination. It was simply careless, and unfortunately it overshadowed the entire experience.
