Park Clnrs is a dry cleaning business that does not clean your clothes.. I paid $30 something dollars for 3 items: a child coat, a women's sweater, and a men's suit jacket. Each item had their own reasons for the need to be cleaned professionally. I received each item back pressed out(great), but same stain on coat, similar smell(I bought the coat from a reseller and it had a smell:/ ..Same stain on men's suit jacket , though it looks like they tried to clean it off. And my sweater.. I could still smell the perfume I wore , and the stress sweat I experienced that day LOL but nothings funny about the money I wasted going here, next time I'll be sure to read reviews. This place would work for you if your clothes actually Did Not need to be cleaned. read more

I placed a high value coat at this cleaners for makeup removal on the collar for my wife. All I can say is NEVER AGAIN. This incompetent "company" returned a white coat back STILL WET, MORE DIRTY, and PINK DYE PATCHES throughout the exterior of the coat. They even gave the coat back WET with a bogus note trying to explain how diminishing the coat's quality is now. The puffy pillsbury coat is now flat as a motorcycle jacket without refund nor adequate explanation. Wish I cleaned it myself looking at YouTube videos now. read more

Apparently Park Cleaners of Evergreen Park has definitely gone down in their expertise and their customer service. No problem...putting out the word...find a different dry cleaners for the future. Don't know why this cleaners has such bad reviews but I'm not one to tell anyone how they feel about THEIR experience. Every time I've come here staff is always pleasant. They cleaned my all WHITE king size comforter and made it look brand new again. I always get my Ugg boots cleaned here. And a vintage Coach purse was clean to perfection! This cleaners is pretty good overall. Your order is ready within the time completed and they get things clean. I like that they will be honest and tell you they can't clean something, the risk of something being damaged or if hand washing is better. I like the honesty. This is the worse cleaners in the world. I put several suits in this cleaners to have cleaned and they came back dirtier than they ever have been. I switched to this cleaners looking for somewhere new. Worse mistake I ever made. They ruin your clothes then claim the clothes came in with spots. I brought in 33 shirts to be cleaned, as I have for the past 20 plus years to Park. When I got the shirts back, 21 had horrific yellows stains all over them. When I pointed this out to the Manager, she said it was my fault, probably caused by my belt and coffee spills. So I suddenly have become the biggest slob in the world. Oh and by the way, even if this were true, what reputable cleaners cannot remove a coffee stain from a shirt? Of course it was not true. Not only incompetent but liars as well. Do your business somewhere else. There are plenty of options in the area. I understand things like this happen. Instead of admitting their mistake and trying to rectify it, they lied and blamed me the stains they clearly put on the shirts. read more

I like park cleaners. They are local and hard working people. That being said I do think the y starch heavy but I like that feel but my husband doesn't. the prices are fair and the location is convienient. Dry cleaners use very heavy equipment and I feel bad someone gave them a bad review. But I always tell them about any delicate items ( hey I like beading and lace ) and it come out fine. read more

It seem like every time I read a review on Yelp it gets one or two stars.. It is human nature to complain. If you have a great dinner you tell two people I had a great dinner last night a t____, but when something goes wrong you tell as many people as you can, get on Yelp etc.. Went with a shirt of my wife's, black stains all over it. Ask for a manger who is not in. A latina, scans and says this shirt is two years old. Did, I mention my wife was a sergeant two years ago for the sheriff's department. That is now a lieutenant, we get a uniform allowance every year. So your calling me a liar with a receipt, your workers screwed up a brand new shirt and there is nothing you can do till tomorrow. Please don't spend your hard earned money with a business that goes out it's way to admit wrong doing. True waste of your time period! read more

Used Park cleaners for some time and found the employees friendly and cordial. Cleaning was good, service was ok until today. I discovered a pair of slacks missing, I brought it to an employee's attention and she gave me the owners name and phone and I was to call the next morning. I called and talk to Cindy who I am sure was having a bad day. Cindy went into a rant about how many calls she received in a day and I got out what I put in, I really felt attacked. Cindy wanted me to know it was a privilege for me to have her clean my cloths attitude. I only wanted her to admit it was possible that this could happen and show some positive customer service and empathy about the situation. I have at least 10 friends that uses this cleaners. One picked up her clothes and found a coat that was not hers, she returned it and was told that it was hers because it was in her bundle. One of the employees recognized it to be another persons that had inquired about it. No customer service and no service recovery. I'M OUT. read more

Choose this cleaners because I see a lot of people in and out... So I'm thinking maybe they're handling their business. So I have been a customer for about 4 mths. I don't use dry clean much, I normally hand wash my fine washables.last week took in serveral articles of clothing,light cleaning ( I thought) small stains ... 2 pair jeans( husband's) 2sweaters of the delicate kind, and a pair of winter white fine wale cords, ( worn only once) , a top w dreads on shoulder ( small stain) that I pointed out to the clerk! PS ... I wanted the cords hemmed 1 inch. 2 days later I sent my husband to pick them up! Mind you I had prepaid to get the 20% discount, my bill was $33.00 & change, he only bought by his shirt & my cords... Which were still dirty, inside waistband, visible dirt! He took them back, showed them the uncleared pants, someone told them that they did not clean the inside of the cords, well what about cleaning them period! With the next batch he bought back , all stains mention were still visible, it seem to me nothing was cleaned, I guessed they looked so clean already that the just iron right over the stains! On top of all that 1 pair of my husband jeans were missing. Call back a lot of questions by me... Why this and that no one seem to care. I guess to them it was a joke.they told me they will search for his jeans, thank goodness I knew the brand! I did request to speak to mgr . She was never there to take my call, wasn't referred to a supervisor or anyone that could remedy my complaint! After we returned from out of town, checked phone messages ... Nothing from the cleaners( 5 days later) I ask for mgr. or owner, to to an older lady she listened to my account said she'll put my name & ph# on her desk , she'll return my call.... That was 2 days ago! However she did offer to clean them again, at this point I was not returning !this is not the first time I had to return clothing to be cleaned again, I always give people or places a second shot, however they lost me and my husband as customers...
