***!!! DO NOT LEAVE YOUR KEYS WITH THEM. !!!*** My husband uses this for work travel about once a month, and we use for all our family trips as well. Overall it's served our purpose and it's easy to get to. The last family trip, I drove my husband's BRAND NEW truck and was instructed to leave it unlocked with the keys in it. It was double parked in a row, and it was clear the lot was mostly full. We had a prior reservation, so I expected a parking spot, so this was annoying to me. I also was uneasy about leaving the keys to the new truck, with our kids car seats, tools and whatever else we have in the truck. While on vacation, my husband checked the location of his truck and it was not near where I left it. In fact, IT WASN'T EVEN IN THE LOT!!!! It remained in the "other lot" for the remainder of the week until the day we were flying home. When my husband picked up the truck, he questioned where the truck was left, if it was locked and secure etc and they couldn't answer his questions. They offered him to contact the management company. He did, however, state it was a parking ramp down the street that was 'secure'. My husband contacted the company and has yet to get a response. That was 3 weeks ago. The ramp they park overflow vehicles in is a shared parking ramp. It is not fenced and ppl could enter from the sides. It's also shared by other businesses. Furthermore, how do we know the person driving our vehicle (now off the property) is insured if anything happens while moving our car? It doesn't sit right with me. We will park our own vehicle from now on. When we PRE-PAY we should have a spot to leave our car and secure it before leaving on our trip. read more

I couldn't find location to go to at the airport to pick up the shuttle and the lady that answered the phone was very short with me and very rude. when I finally did find the van The man inside never looked up at me or barely acknowledge me. Here we go again. I thought I would use the MSP Park N' Go and give it another try after not parking here for close to a year. I'm a frequent traveler and have used this location numerous times on a monthly basis. This morning's episode - the driver picked me up and decided to take a phone call while driving me to the airport. He also chose not to wear his seatbelt. After he gets off his phone (while still driving me to the airport) he apologized for being on his phone while driving. I told him in the state of MN there is a hands free policy and it's unsafe to drive passengers around while talking on your cell phone. Not a good experience Park N' Go. We had to wait 40 min to get picked up from the terminal 2. We had to call repeatedly for someone to come. The driver finally arrived and was wearing a Trump hat! Not appropriate. Finally we got to our car and then got charged more as they said we were late! I'll never park there again! Definitely not worth the time and money! read more

The park and ride services are a great way to save some money and are a great concept to have your car at the airport ready for you to drive home after a flight. We've done this particular lot a few times and each time there have been the same logistical issues - we'll call for a shuttle pick up and it takes double or triple the time of other shuttles to come. We had an instance where we called and we were told the shuttle would wait for us to arrive at the meeting spot since we were less than a minute away. We watched the shuttle drive away and we were told it was because the other passengers wanted to leave. Another instance took 3 calls to get a shuttle to come out to get us, and by the time it came there were too many passengers for the shuttle. Good concept, but poor execution in my experience. read more

They couldn't figure out the check out system. The poor guy must've been new. His supervisor wouldn't help him until he was almost in tears. The supervisor accused us of not prepaying and refused to even look at our prepaid email. He yelled at us. He yelled at the poor new guy. He then threatened to call the police on us and complained that we were holding up the line. Impressively awful. read more

I returned home from a day of travel to find a large pile of snow behind my car from their plowing. I could not get my car out. When I requested help with this the employees were extremely rude, unhelpful and condescending. I was told the snow was my problem. Several employees were available, sitting around and socializing so it's not like they didn't have time. One elderly male employee told me to "not be so lazy; grab a snow shovel and dig it out" They laughed at me and were very demeaning. I paid a lot of money to park there. This is a terrible way to treat a long time customer. Many negative reviews on Google and elsewhere. I had problems a year ago with a belligerent and incompetent shuttle driver. I talked to the manager then. She was unconcerned and did nothing to help. Not even an apology. They raised prices too. Next time I will park at the airport or find a different lot. I will warn others about their poor service every chance I get, both in person and online. read more

We have been using the Minneapolis Park'N Go for many years and have always found it to be a convenient and affordable way get to and from the airport. We live about 45 minutes away and don't like to bother friends and family for rides and the cost is less than Uber etc. On Sept 20th we returned from a 2 week vacation to find our car with a dead battery. We quickly went to the office on site and one of the employees, Keith, jumped into action and helped us get the problem solved. We had been traveling for 15 hours so I can't express to you how grateful we were. Customer service is alive and well at Park'N Go. Thank you Keith! read more

Sunday we were coming back from Arizona where it was 70° and sunny. When I called Park and Go, they said they were on their way, but I waited 50 minutes. Their competitor Park 'n fly showed up four-five times before them. At first, I thought it was in the wrong pick up spot then I asked the rest of the people waiting for shuttle service and they were all waiting for Park and Go. It was the right spot. Waiting 50 minutes at 35° is no joke especially if you are outside. Hard to recommend this place. read more

The way to MSP the service was decent. Staff did not help with bags but this was understandable since I had no small bills on me to tip. On the way back I called since this was requested being picked up at terminal 2. I call as I am walking down the escalator to the garage where they pick up passengers and and met with a very rude driver that answered the phone. He states "I don't see you see you and I'm leaving since your not here right now".... I was less than 30 seconds from where they pick up. The conversation was terrible and so unprofessional. I typically use Park N Go at least 5 times a year and this last trip will be my last. read more

Been a regular here but it's getting harder and harder to return. This last trip I arrived to their lot and waited 20 minutes for a shuttle bus. Man, nothing gets you worked up more to see only one bus running to and from the terminal. This scenario played out the last time I flew too. HOWEVER, this time our driver Jimi did the right thing - dropped us off right up top and avoided the standard drop off point - huge HUGE time saver! Glad I could give him a tip because HE earned it. This place does need to pick up the pace on doing what it is in business to do - shuttle people to and from in a timely manner. I'm a frequent flyer/parker and I'd hate to go elsewhere. Oh and we are ALL praying for the road out front to get fixed - man it is a pain just to get here. read more

A great airport parking business! They are quick and efficient from arriving to the parking lot to arriving back from a trip from the airport. The drivers on the shuttle to and from the airport are friendly and helpful and kind, with a smile on their faces. I always have great service and I love seeing the nativity scene out during the winter. I really appreciate seeing Catholicism in subtle ways in this business too. I normally booked with Park N Go on flights for both business and leisure. Lately they had been super slow with pick up from airport. Even when you get luggage and waiting it takes them about 20 to 30 minutes for pickup and multiple calls to get someone to come. Probably thinking about switching since this has happened multiple occasions. Picture was caller ID when I first called and then almost 30 minutes later with no show, I called again. Lady claimed she never received my call when she was the one I talked to and even asked to make sure we had our luggage before calling. read more

After we landed and got our luggage we called for a ride back to our car. It took over a half hour and multiple phone calls before a van showed up to pick us up. We saw other park n go vans drive past us but didn't slow down or pick us up. The driver was not friendly and drove fast to get back to the lot. After dropping us off at our vehicle, she drove away fast again without shutting the door to the van. Not very professional service, we will use another service in the future for sure. read more

After a long 5 hour flight from Anchorage to Minneapolis, the last thing we wanted was a hassle getting to our parked car. But, after following the directions on our ticket and traveling what seemed like the entire airport, we finally got to the spot where Park 'n Go said a shuttle would be waiting for us to take us to our parked car. There was no shuttle waiting for us. So, after watching shuttles from other companies come and go for a while, I decided to call the phone number on our parking ticket. The lady I got was very rude. She wouldn't let me tell her that we were at the shuttle pick-up area. Finally, I was able to tell her our flight had been from Anchorage to Minneapolis and she said a shuttle would be right there. After waiting another long time, the shuttle finally showed up. But, the driver never got out of the shuttle bus to help load our luggage onto the shuttle. He never said a word the whole time. When he dropped us off at our car, again, he never got out of the shuttle and just handed down our luggage. It was like he didn't want to be there. When we had used Park 'n Go in the past, we were very impressed with the service and nice people, so we kept using them. However, after this last episode, we will probably never use them again. read more

This place is very close to the airport, open 24/7, You get a nice fast shuttle to the airport and a nice fast shuttle back to your car. They will jump your car if it doesn't start and help you with flat tires. The cost is nine dollars a day, which for us was cheaper than Uber. Well done! read more

I'm not one to write a bad review, but hear me out on this.. The MSP operation is a different level of bad. Arrived on Thursday, waited 18 mins for a shuttle and attendant was short and rude. Didn't care we had departure that was closing in and we needed to get to the airport. Returned last night and blatantly overcharged upon exit, after prepaying. Attendant claimed I arrived 4 hours before I did. I don't think they even scanned my bar-code when I arrived. Extremely rude and borderline hostile towards me and my sister. I've given this business thousands over the years and I'm done with them now. All 3 times I've used Park N Go this year it has been poor service, and getting worse. Also, it's nearly impossible to get to the lot because of construction, and they don't tell you about it. Allow extra time if you park here. There are better options. -Bryan read more

Theft from my car while in Park N Go lot. Horrible customer service from owner. My car was clearly rummaged through and valuable item stolen. Told I had to valet park although I didn't sign up for it when I used on line reservation...a month ahead of time..have to leave key and car unlocked!!! Same situation with my daughter and also friend. Apparently no such thing as "reserved" parking with locking the car. Not a safe place to leave your car and keys!!! We were required to leave our car keys (they call it Valet) in our car. When returning the car was on the other side of the lot and the ignition was left on so the Battery was Dead! Freezing Cold Night and there we stood. Finally after chasing down a van they brought over a battery pack. I had to show them how to hook it up properly to get it to start the car. Enough? Nope! We get to the booth and then we got a grumpy Dude with a USMC hat arguing with us that we have to give them our "ticket." Though we were never given one. He just kept saying "the computer says you were given a ticket." he started to get belligerent when a Van Driver took over and rang us up so we could finally leave. Completely the worst Service Ever. Can't say enough about how much to avoid this place. Its definitely gone down hill in the last few years! read more

In April of 2021 my wife and I used the services of Park N Go of Minnesota (7901 International Dr, Bloomington, MN 55425). We were the first to get on a shuttle bus that soon became packed beyond maximum occupancy. When 25% of the passengers were failing to wear a mask (after just having traveled on an airplane where a mask is mandated), I asked the driver if mask wearing was required on the bus. He replied, "No." Later when I exited the facility with my vehicle, I reported my experience to the management of the organization. He rudely replied that it is a matter of personal choice. While I have personally been vaccinated, I wanted to share what I found to be irresponsible behavior that violates our state's public health measures. As a result, I never plan to use this company's services ever again. read more

I always park at Park N Go when I travel and I always make an advance reservation. It's so nice to know that you have a parking spot, particularly at busy times of the year. And the shuttle drivers will come right to your car and take your luggage out of the trunk and transfer it to the shuttle. We have very rarely had to wait long on our return, for a shuttle to arrive at the airport to come get us. Excellent service!! Would highly recommend! read more
