He goes out of his way to care for his patients and make sure all your questions are answered. He works with you to address your concerns,rather then just telling you what to do. In April, 2025 I had a few things done with Dr. George Lefkovits Please don't give your body to this man. You will be disappointed. I was left deformed on all (4) procedures done on the same day. #1 - Stomach liposuction: half of my stomach is rippled and deformed. Procedure #2 - FUPA - half of my vagina is dented - disfigured & the scar is disgustingly ugly, #3 - Lipo Flanks - he did the left side and did not complete the right side. I had one side that looked decent and then a whole HUMP on my waist. #4 - Gluteal fat transfer. If you have severe dents on your bottom, you must first do a procedure called Avelli. This is what needs to be done as this disbands the skin that is causing the cellulite. Pushing fat into buttocks with severe dents is not going to give you a rounded bottom. He said he could give me 75 % improvement. What a lie!! When I went back to him to show him my results, he kept blaming me and the texture of my skin. He blamed the hump on my waist, that it was my own bone that was creating the hump. He not once took accountability for his errors. I since had to spend an additional $37K to undo all the deformities. I love my new surgeon and he was so sorry that this doctor has taken advantage of me. He was able to give me a beautiful waist. I HAD NO PROTRUDING HIP BONE according to Lefkovits. PLEASE DO NOT GO THROUGH WHAT I DID. I also used him 30 years ago and I was much younger and so was he. That was the only reason why I went back to him, because I did not want to go thru shopping for other surgeons. I made a huge mistake. Please don't do what I did. Find a doctor that is empathetic and that holds himself accountable and possibly help right his wrongs, but he is so full of himself, and doesn't stop saying how great he is and how poorly your body is, and reacting badly to all (4) procedures. He made me look and feel worthless. This is not a true professional. I never want him to touch me again, which is why I found the right plastic surgeon, who is still working towards giving me my confidence back. I have known Dr. Lefkovits for 25 years. I went to him at first because New York Magazine sent a reporter to several NY plastic surgeons to inquire about breast augmentation. Dr. L was the only doctor to tell her she didnt really need it. I wanted to deal with someone I felt I could trust. I had Lipo and a hair transplant at that time and everything went really well and I was very happy with the results. Twent-five years later my hair seemed to be getting thinner so I placed a call to his office and went back to see him. I ended up getting 2500 hair grafts at the end of January. The team he works with now for hair transplants is top notch. Super experienced and skilled and super nurturing and supportive. All went well and now at the age of 72, tired of looking in the mirror and seeing well not the best news, I am looking forward to seeing a positive change someday soon. I got a breast lift done a few months ago with him results were okay for what my breast looked before but not the best, my scar looks terrible one of my nipples is bigger than the other and deformed. I will start from the very beginning the free consultation was amazing I fell in love with his work and all the amazing results he showed me from his patients. After consulting with him I knew I wanted him to do my surgery so I discarded any other doctors I visited before and after him. Right away I got my blood work done and set a date for my surgery. The staff was friendly and professional before the surgery. I paid my balance in full but had a small balance due of $50 which I was going to pay the day of the surgery. The day of the surgery everything went well until after the surgery. When I woke up I felt as if I was rushed out of the clinic. I was not even fully awake and they were already talking about the $50 I owed them which made me feel disrespected. It was as if my well being didn't matter to them. I knew they were sending me home the same day but they did not even bother to call to see how I was doing the next day. My first follow up appointment they left me waiting for over an hour to see the doctor only for him to take less than 10 minutes with me. He removed the tapes after the first week even though the incision on my left breast were opening and said it was ok and that it did not matter because it was going to close on its own. This left a terrible scar on it and caused a deformation of the nipple. After the first week appointment when I went to make my six week appointment the lady at the front desk said their system was down that they'll call me to let me know my next appointment date. They never called me I had to call them to remind them to give me an appointment. When I went to the six week appointment I saw dr. Lefkovits and his response when he saw my breast was "at least they look better than they did before" .... In conclusion I don't feel as if the doctor showed concern for my well being after the surgery nor did he seem to care about my satisfaction with the results. I feel as if the staff aftercare and attentiveness diminished after the surgery. read more

I would like to start off by saying that I am happy I found Dr. Lefkovits. Being in the military serving three tours in Iraq and getting injured I was no longer able to workout as I wanted to. I'm limited to working out and lifting so I wanted to get my stomach a little more defined and also touch up the sides " love handles ". Everything was great from my first day of evaluation to the surgery and the follow-ups after surgery. On the day of my evaluation his staff welcomed me in a nice office with very relaxing music. They answered all my questions and were able to accommodate me into their schedule for my procedure in a very timely manner without waiting months. I met Dr. Lefkovits that day and he listened to what I wanted and with his expert knowledge of the procedure he guided and advised me what would be best for me. We both shared ideas and he fully went over in details about the procedure. On the day of the procedure everything went as planned and before I knew it I was ready to go. I went in and his medical staff was ready for me. I noticed his team were very professional and always were asking me questions to make sure I was good to go. Dr. Lefkovits walked in a checked in with me before the procedure. Before I knew it I woke up and everything was done. His staff explained me in detail all the post-procedure care that I needed and made proper arrangements for my ride home. Four weeks passed and my first follow-up appointment came up and I got to see Dr. Lefkovits. I noticed that everything I wanted was done and I was very happy at that point. We took some pictures to see before and after and was told to comeback in another four weeks. Second follow-up appointment came up and we took more pictures and I'm completely satisfied with his work. I'm very thankful of finding Dr. Lefkovits because I felt that it wasn't a doctor-patient relationship as sometimes I've experienced in the past but this time it was more as friends because of how comfortable he made me feel since day one to my last appointment. Firstly... let me begin by saying this is one of THEE wisest surgeons I have EVER! met and i only put reviews for people and places i truly believe in..... i received a breast lift from him.....around 2012.....where he used the technique that I truly wanted that other doctors claimed was impossible and or they simple were not capable of doing.....Dr Geroge Lefkovits ..was very confident and assured me he knew just how to handle my case... and surely enough I AM SOOOOOOOO freaking HAPPY! excuse my french with the work he did.... and would go back to him with complete trust if ever i am seeking such services performed on me again.... the only thing i would recommend is that perhaps they could work better on sending people home with a greater knowledge and tools for how to help themselves to heal better once the stitches are clear... by using holistic methods and massaging the area performed on ... regularly so the scar tissue doesn't leave such a noticeable impact aside from the pain killers...and seeing this one review ...I am truly sorry that this one other reviewer up here did not have the best of experiences...it happens ...you just cant please everyone all the time...though it would be nice.....however this doctors has performed countless of successful operations and is WELL WORTH IT!!!...I WOULD GIVE HIM A MILLION STARS if this were possible and so in this case i give 5 glowing stars! Had a BBL in March and when I say DISAPPOINTED it would be an understatement. I was told that I may loss 30% of the transferred fat but I wasn't expecting to loss 95%. Not only did I loss all the fat but he also left fat rolls on my back which was supposed to be addressed during surgery. Went for a second opinion and was told that fat loss had a lot to do with technique . And leftover Back fat was unexceptable. Ladies... Never choose a surgeon on cost.. I gave it one star because I had to post. I would never recommend this doctor to my worse enemy. I had been wanting to get a tummy tuck for 7 years now and I finally had the support of my family. I went to this doctor and I didn't feel comfortable at all the first time I blamed it on me being nervous and all. This was the third Doctor I had seen and I just figured I was being too picky. The day of my surgery I was having second thoughts but I had already paid and figured it was my nerves getting the best of me. The surgery went well but by the second follow up I notice my stomach was a bit lumpy below my belly button on the right side it was noticeable and I had scarring below the incision and it wasn't from the drains. and I mentioned it to him when I went to see him and he told me that my stomach was like that before I had the surgery mind you I'm not fat I just had loose skin and I know the right side of my stomach did not stick out more than my left side. It upset me that he would say that like I didn't know my own body. He said that he could fix that later with lipo for a reduced fee wth!!! The incision isn't even in a straight line and I had a belly button ring from when I was younger and it never closed so I had the hole which was supposed to be removed with the full tummy tuck that was getting which was one of the questions I had asked if he would remove and he said he would but turned out that he didn't remove. He did lipo on my sides and my right side is more defined than my left side and it's very noticeable when I'm wearing tight fitting clothes. So I paid to get my dream tummy tuck and ended up getting a lumpy deformed tummy tuck with some part of my belly button still there and a deformed waist. My mother wanted to get surgery done as well with me but by some miracle of God her nerves got the best of her if not we would've been devastated Never would recommend this doctor to any one. read more
