I moved into this complex pretty recently, but I've had a great experience so far. Detric and Jordan were super helpful during my first tour, and after that, Detric was super attentive and made sure to follow up with any questions I had and make sure my application and move in process were as smooth as possible. All the other staff I've interacted with so far have also been great too. I hope this place can keep it up. They've exceeded my expectations so far. read more

One of the fees that you pay for (which we weren't told about) is pest control. For good reason too. I personally felt that this was such a disgusting place to live. I hadn't experienced something like this up until now. The black bugs in the cabinet got so bad that we had to just keep our spices on the counter top and keep the cabinets cleared out. We'd spray the cabinets from time to time so that those things would come not back full fledge. The first night we moved in we found two dead roaches in the apartment. . . This isn't what we looked forward to. Especially due to the amount of money we payed out every month and the fact that we specifically asked if there was a pest problem the day we took the tour and we're told no. read more

$2,500, weird smells, dirty asf, rodents, cats with fleas in the hallways, attacking dogs, adding to the fleas, on top of roaches, neighbors are consistently feeding the cats and with all the evidence in the world of the neighbors doing so and reporting it to the leasing office nothing is ever done this place is absolutely horrible. I'll keep it short :), -10/10, anyone giving a positive review on here is paid for lol. Oh on top of that consistent blackouts, water pressure is terrible, neighbors consistently having fights in the hallways I could've stayed in watts for way cheaper and less bs I promise you. read more

This is the final update in my not so great start of my move-in: I finally got in touch with the property manager. Thankfully, a unit opened up and it was available for move in immediately. I checked out the unit with the assistant manager and it was an Acapulco. Thankfully, we're now transitioning over the apartment with no issues this time. I'm really thankful for the responsiveness of Claudia, the assistant manager, and the property manager. They quickly helped get the ball rolling and I'm switching over to the new unit now. They were patient with me, understood my frustrations of this whole mix up, and answered any concerns I had over the transition. read more

Cushman and Wakefield have a new way to get reviews on Park Regency with flyers being handed out to say how good the staff is. Lucy & Eve who are the cleaning ladies for the complex do an AMAZING job with their duties. The entire maintenance team does an amazing job as well. These teams are top notch, courteous, friendly! Living here is ok, there is a countless number homeless walking & sleeping in the laundry rooms, the stairs, hallways on a consistent basis for a minimum of 4 years & doesn't seem to be coming to an end anytime soon. You pick anytime of the day/evening and will see the homeless rummage through the trash. Also proceed with caution if you want to use the hot tub, the homeless bath as well in the hot tub. One of the worst place to live. You will never see security patrolling the area. I have the ring camera on my door. You will always see homeless strolling the hallways. And in the laundry room. They also jump the walls with big jugs to refill them with water. I've seen one homeless guy burning a foil with drugs in the hallway. Everything they tell you is not true. I love my apartment but the area is not safe. I'll be moving out the end of this year because is getting worse. read more

This has been the worst place I have ever rented in my whole entire entire life. The building is full of roaches. The staff has no common courtesy. Ignorance is at is peak at this location. Griselda is rude obnoxious if you have an opinion, and if she doesn't like it, she will hang up on you. There is no respect for the tenants here. read more

1/26/25 park Regency This is an experience i had today with Derrick,dettrick or whatever his name is. Came in to the office to speak with griselda when I they asked me if I needed help i said no I need to speak with griselda and continued walking he ran over stopped me and said that's not how it works here if you have a problem you come to us and I just stood there did not respond cause you could tell he was agitated that I didn't go to him. I knew my problem/ concern wasn't with him and with griselda which is why I needed to speak to her. By the way all done infront of griselda. So being snarky asked me again if he could help me so I replied that yes I needed to speak with griselda. You could tell he did like the and scoffed and chuckled mad when walking away when griselda was okay with me walking in. He stared at me with attitude and unprofessional 100% by him. Which btw couple months prior that I when to him cause of a homeless issue and he responded with thats not my job. That really makes you feel like you can't even go up to office staff to even ask questions. This is very unprofessional of him and if there is a policy or rule that states I can't address my concerns with a manager then this needs to be posted or sent out in the lease rules. read more

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I recently came to visit my dad, and guests are required to park in visitor parking. I had called ahead and gave security all my information before I got the confirmation that it was okay to park in visitor parking. So fast forward a few hours later I had gotten my vehicle towed!!! Apparently security wasn't even the ones who called to tow my vehicle, it was one of the managers named Jordan. Extremely upsetting and unprofessional, and not to mention illegal! read more

This place does tenants wrong. First they were execcively towing cars and got sued and lost so now cars can't be towed for 96 hours. Now that, that happened they want to charge visitors to pay to park because they don't want them knowing they can't tow there car. They are also in violation for over charging on late fees for rent. The fee of 10% is too high but they also don't want tenants to know this. Imagine what else they could be doing they don't want tenants aware of. This is definitely not the place you want to reside at this type of Management is horrific and something needs to be done about it. read more

When my partner and I first moved into Park Regency Club we were ecstatic. Good things: -the freeway was super close so our commute wasn't terrible -the appliances are nice -we had a small yard which was cool -our neighbors were respectful for the most part -pools were fun and one had a jacuzzi -maintenance workers were very kind Now the Bad things: -the first week we moved here, they broke into at least 10 cars (ours included). When we went to address this to management, they told us that nothing could be done on their end and referred us to the police. Despite it being gated and 24/7 "surveillance" -guest parking is terrible. -there is poop everywhere and the dog parks smell pretty bad -there were emergency shut offs once a month in the building we lived in -our sink flooded twice because the upstairs neighbors clogged the pipes -like many people who have posted before, they're not returning our security deposit and they're charging us ... apparently our carpet was so bad that they needed to replace it ... I didn't even have pets So that's that. Move at your own risk read more

Update to previous review... March 2019 they send me to collections and ruin my credit because they had charged me for the hole in the balcony. Like it was my fault that they gave me a balcony with a hole in it that they patch with paint. I had to pay $800 to a collections company to that I can live somewhere because this place made sure I wouldn't be able to get an apartment anywhere. I had put a request in to maintenance yesterday to have my AC checked out because I noticed the compressor would halt much too often and no cold air would blow. Literally today, just one day later, came two outstanding gentleman from the maintenance team, Victor and Daniel, to my door ready with a brand new replacement. Super uncomfortable and annoying since we pay for that. Literally only got $150 back from my security deposit even though I probably left it better than when I moved in, but at least I didn't get sent to collections like other reviews said.
