The units are very spacious, recently renovated, and the utilities are all brand new. We never had any issues with the apartment's utilities. We have absolutely loved living here. Neighbors are very friendly and quiet. The nature in the complex is very beautiful, maintained weekly, and makes our apartment much more homey. We also love how the complex is gated and we always felt very safe here. The new laundry machines are very easy to use and make laundry less of a hassle. Maria has been an absolutely wonderful landlord and we could not have asked for better management. Communication with her is never a struggle and when you express concerns, she is quick to reply and offer solutions. We are very grateful that our first apartment was such a wonderful place. Sent an email saying that they're not liable for the damage that occurred to my son's car from their tree. They also suggested that he get full coverage insurance. Yvienne was my leasing agent. She is very friendly, funny, and delightful. The staff stays on top of any work orders you put in and have things repaired as soon as they can. They are very friendly and approachable. Always willing to help if needed. The apartments are very spacious and has a modern look to them. It is a gated community with a pool & spa, picnic area and BBQ grills. The one downside and it's a minor one, is that some times the landscaping can be a little noisy. But that's very rare. This is a great place to live. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

When we run into her, she also greets us and stops to chat for a bit to be sure everything is good and just chats about what we have been up to. We have also had to have a few Maintenance calls and Raul, and his team has been excellent! Raul even came over on his day off to fix something which was very much appreciated. Our apartment is also really awesome! It's a perfect size for 2 people and 2 kitties! Area is relatively quiet, atmosphere is great and complex is kept very nice and pretty. Only 1 small complaint would be that people aren't grabbing their washer/dryer stuff in a timely manner. This is an issue though that the complex staff has been working on! Eventually, we actually plan on hoping to upgrade and move into a 2 bedroom whenever possible!
