Yvienne was my leasing agent. She is very friendly, funny, and delightful. The staff stays on top of any work orders you put in and have things repaired as soon as they can. They are very friendly and approachable. Always willing to help if needed. The apartments are very spacious and has a modern look to them. It is a gated community with a pool & spa, picnic area and BBQ grills. The one downside and it's a minor one, is that some times the landscaping can be a little noisy. But that's very rare. This is a great place to live. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I would call and call and he wouldn't answer. He used to promise me that workers would come to the apartment to fix my bathrooms and reglaze them and for weeks no one showed up. I would call him to find out but he ignored me. I am relieved that he is gone now because I believe things will be better now. I always go to Adriana for my problems regarding the apartment even before. So, I am glad that she is handling the apartment now. I also don't like the smell of the water in the laundry room. It smells bad. Also the machines eat my money and I don't get them back. But I am thankful that this apartment is so close to my sons' school. I feel at ease because I am close to them when emergency happens. I also like that the apartment is close to the shopping mall and new stores in Downey. Everything is accessible. I also appreciate the online work order procedure. Now my concerns get acted on in a timely manner.

She states due to the covid 19 they are taking extend measures for everyone's safety not to show the facility in person only thru zoom. I understand due to Covid 19 measures like this could happen, but one management should have updated their WEBSITE and NOT CONFIRME appointments IF THEY ARENT ABLE TO! Also went i went in the facility was gross trash everywhere the outside paint looked like someone just got a bucket of paint and thru it on the wall. Horrible experience.

Wendy Daniel and Henry are helpful and are always in a good mood. On January 1st our toilet clogged and maintenance was quick to come and fix it. Third, the inside of the apartment is so beautiful, the marble counter tops in both the bathroom and living room are a nice touch, the space you get outside is also a really good size, the wood floors are convenient (especially if you have a fur baby). They were superb in showing us all the rooms and flexible with the move in. A highlight to Alivia is their superb communication: from attentive leasing office and utilization of the Updater app. These apartments are top quality with alot of thought put into the design and layout. Places at similar price range like Miro doesn't quite hit the mark because it lacks thoughtful design, sunlight, and space around the apartment. Some features that I personally enjoy are the honeywell smart ac system which I can control with an app, plenty of windows for the view and breeze, and the space under the island cabinet. The only downside is that I still haven't figured out how to let people in without having them call me from the front box and the water pressure is low on the 3rd floor. If you're looking for a quiet, gated, and bang for the buck apartment, I would recommend this location. It would be a really good step if Alivia can help create a roommate matching group b/c it would make this place way more affordable.
