Park tavern is easily my favorite brunch spot on the Ave! Now a couple things to note- this place is popular and it gets packed! If you don't have a reservation, prepare to wait 45 minutes... but it's worth it! The food is always great, I've dabbled to quite a few things on their brunch menu. The burger, chopped salad and the country fried steak are my favorites. The service is always on point and they give you the entire bottle of champagne for your bottomless brunch! Love it! I don't know what happened to this place. I've been coming here since they opened. In the last year I have experienced THE WORST service. Waiting 10 minutes to be served, waiters just sitting there. Visited Park Tavern for Brunch with 30 female friends. Service was good. I ordered the veggie omelet, it came with well seasoned potatoes and toast; it was loaded with baby Bella mushrooms, little zucchini, and very little tomatoes. It was great, I could not finish it. My friend had Avocado toast with egg. Not what we expected. It was a free small piece of bread loaded with avocado, topped with 1/4 soft egg and garnish. Someone else had chicken and waffles. The waffle was Whole wheat, so it was very filling, the chicken was fried , brown color( oil was not fresh). It came with spicy syrup, she quickly asked for regular syrup. We all had drinks. The restaurant is located at n down town delray, in front of it there is a small back yard setting, of grass and benches to rest & people watch. Everyone enjoyed their food. Such a great deal for bottomless mimosas! Only $9/person and if you want mimosas/bloody marys then it's $12/person. We did bottomless mimosas and they kept it coming - love that you get to pour the champagne and OJ yourself so you can control the ratio of alc/juice! We also got chicken and waffles, loaded homefries, and banh mi hash! Everything was pretty solid, would not recommend the banh mi hash tho. It was just like basic eggs, toast, and avocado and some pork belly on the side (I don't think they know what Banh Mi is lollll). Overall, would highly recommend for brunch! It breaks my heart to write this as I have always enjoyed my meals there. Over a month ago I brought 4 friends for a meal. On the menu it states gratuities will be added for parties of 7. When the bill came my friend paid and added a $50 tip. The next day he checked the receipt and found a $32 tip was included. I complained in writing on the site but did not hear back. A week later I again wrote to the site and again nothing. I went in with a friend for a meal two weeks later and when we finished I requested to speak with a manager. A gentleman came out, I believe he identified himself as PJ, and promised to search my correspondence. That is the last I've heard from them. I could not be more disappointed. read more

So when we lived a couple of blocks away from Atlantic ave we frequently went to Park Tavern. They have, a great happy hour and we think it's one of the most vibrant spots on Atlantic. It can get loud but it's a fun time. On the weekends their breakfast is great. We miss the bartenders from last year but this year's crew is great. We came in this morning for brunch with a group of friends and we will definitely be back. There is outdoor seating and it is perfect this time of year. But make sure to make a reservation on the weekend. By noon this place is packed. We started with the homemade Nutella filled donuts from our servers recommendations. Everyone at the table fully enjoyed. I ordered the brisket hash and was upset to see there was no potato's ok the dish like the menu said. I honestly forgot they were included but disappointed after the fact. My daughter and husband shared the bacon and egg pizza and they really enjoyed that too. Drinks were half off or close to that, can't recall. They had a good Old fashioned but it didn't have cherries which are part of my favorite of that drink so that stunk but overall such great deals that I can be ok w/o cherries. Classic spot for dinner, happy hour or brunch on Atlantic Ave. Always packed and always delicious. While I've been here many times my most recent visit was for brunch. We arrived by 11 and were already met with a 45 minute wait. Luckily there were some open seats at the bar so we decided to just eat there. Being the creature of habit I am I started off with the usual, blue cheese deviled eggs and chips with onion dip. For our main we went with chicken and waffles as well as a BLT. Let me tell you this BLT was ridiculous with about a pound of bacon on it. You really can't go wrong with anything you order here and the portions are always huge. Brunch is served sat/sun from 10-3. They offer bottomless drinks with a max time limit of 2 hours per table. In-between brunch is served sat/sun from 3-4. This is a special limited menu that gives the kitchen time to turn over for dinner. Happy hour is from 5-7 featuring 5 dollar apps and cocktails, and 4 dollar beers. Note that you are able to have happy hour at the table not just the bar. Lastly I want to give a shout out to the hard working bar staff. It was pretty clear this restaurant like most is understaffed at the moment and the bartenders here rocked brunch trying to keep everyone happy. Great job guys! read more

Park tavern looks and feels like a Sports Bar with seating that is not that comfortable and a dull and limited menu but the restaurant is a step above - at least when it comes to food and service. The restaurant has a nice staff and our waitress Layla was friendly and helpful. The perfectly cooked burger and crispy fries were better than most places in Boca and Delray but what's up with charging extra for a pickle? Isn't that an expected component of a burger? No big deal but it was a strange nickel and diming move by management. Happy Hour though is really an excellent deal with good drinks priced at Pre-Biden levels and that is reason enough to go. There isn't too much in terms of food offerings but like the HH liquor the prices and value are good. I don't think this is the type of restaurant to go out of the way for but if you live in Delray/Boca or anywhere else that is not too far then it's fine especially since a very good burger and an excellent Happy Hour make Park Tavern a winner. read more

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed this place! We came downtown for the Delray Beach Holiday Parade, and were nervous that we wouldn't be able to find a place to eat. We sat in time for happy hour, and let me tell you, this place has a great one! HH is from 5-7pm daily...that means that even though it was a Saturday night, we still got the deal!!!! Select spirits and cocktails are $5, select tap beers are $4, and select wines are $3. You can't beat it! I enjoyed a nice glass of wine, while my boyfriend got his usual old fashioned. We weren't super hungry, so we decided to go with some appetizers that were on the HH menu. These appetizers are only $5!! We split the baked mac & cheese, and it is probably one of my favorites. It was sooooo cheesy and delicious! My boyfriend also got the crispy fish tacos which he really enjoyed. He said the fish was fresh and it was the perfect portion. My bf made reservations for Sunday at 10 and the overall experience was great. They do not open til 10 but they do offer outdoor seating and allowed our dogs in a stroller. The server, Nik P, was very pleasant and attentive. We had the bottomless combo of rose, mimosas, and bloody Mary's which were all great. They bring out the bottle for mimosa with oj that you mix yourself. The food was wonderful,we enjoyed the lemon ricotta pancakes which were light and fluffy and the Reuben Benedict which has thousand island instead of hollandaise and we reportedly very good.The pups enjoyed the sausage and the toast was thick and toasted perfectly. Absolutely one of our favorite spots in town! Once you park here you won't want to drive away. We've been here in multiple occasions and we always get the same treatment and hospitality like if it was day one. The whole staff is very friendly and attentive, specially the bartenders. We usually sit at the bar for happy hour which goes from 5-7pm, with drink and food options. Our absolute favorites are the warm pretzel bites and the loaded Fries. The deviled eggs are to die for ! You get 6 for $5 can't get better than that! Oh and they are known for the famous Smokey Old Fashioned it is a must have! Loud, packed Saturday night atmosphere even before 7, but if you love it, you love it! Great happy hour at the bar, fantastic drinks being poured. If you like a good smoked old fashioned, this is the place. They have wood (oak?) they burn at the bar to make the drink, super cool to watch. Had a little wait for the table but bar atmosphere was so good didn't mind at all. For dinner shared the mini burgers (juice was literally running down my hand!), loaded fries (ridiculous) and Mac and cheese (hot, cheesy, gooey, fabulous) Everything was so good, service was great. We wanted to try Park Tavern their Happy Hour Specials a d they were very good. We went on a Wednesday around 6 PM because their happy hour ends at 7 PM. We were seated right away compared to other restaurants around where the wait time was at least 30 mins. The service and food was outstanding and the Happy Hour prices were very good compared to others in the area....$5 many apps and drinks. Food was great - potato skins and Mac and cheese to start were soooo good. I had the chicken sandwich and it was perfect. The one thing that I'd say is that we were totally rushed out when we were nearing the end of our entrees. I wasn't done with my food and my plate was scooped from the table with little regard. I'm not sure if there's a timed policy for COVID (probs not because FL) but it didn't leave me feeling super welcome. Park Tavern is the QUEEN of all brunches on Atlantic Avenue. Yes, I know that's a bold statement but it's highly deserved and when you come here, you know why. First off, the atmosphere is perfect. It's pretty much right in the heart of the major restaurant/ bar areas on the street. Is always crowded for brunch, but the hosts are usually pretty honest on when you can get a seat. And it's everything you can and wish a Sunday brunch should be. Plus... bottomless mimosas are $9 (yes, you read that right- the best deal I've found in South Florida). I like that they give you the bottle of champagne too so you can control the strength of it. The food is also spot on. I'm an eggs Benedict kind of gal and there is something about their hollandaise sauce that is so delicious. My friend eats gluten free and tried the Banh Mi Hash which was also very good.
