In the past, most of my experiences were good. I cannot say the same for my last delivery-ordered Hawaiian salad, wings, and kids cheese sandwich. On the menu, it says kids cheese sandwich with fries. I get my order. No fries. Called to say I did not get fries with cheese sandwich; woman rudely says you must state you want fries. I said the menu stated sandwich with fries, so, why would I say I wanted fries. Told her I would never order again. If you know you are wrong, why do you argue with a customer? Thought this place had great grinders. Last week I ordered A Turkey, bacon, provolone, lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo. Grinder was delivered but only had Turkey, bacon, and cheeee. I called and kindly asked for a new one. They delivered me a new grinder and i tried to give the other one back to the driver. He refused it. So today I go to order another grinder because I enjoy them so much. But this time I was Told I was No longer allowed to order from them. I dont Understand. They made my grinder wrong and because I asked For it to be made correctly because I PAID for it. I am no longer allowed to be a customer? I ordered a turkey bacon grinder. With everything on it it came plain with just turkey and bacon on it. I called to ask for another and it was made. They brought it over to me quick I was grateful for that, but I asked the guy as he was walking away if you wanted the other one he wouldn't take it. And just kept walking and now I just made an order for the same thing and they're telling me they can't accept orders from me anymore. Because you guys made a mistake. read more

I have to review this officially, because not only are my meals ALWAYS delicious, but the staff, including the owner and delivery drivers, are always so pleasant and provide the most amazing customer service. The place is always clean and the ambiance is always so nice. There was a point when I first became a customer, I remember they forgot bacon on my order, and gave me not only the corrected order, but they also said to keep my order that was missing bacon, and they gave me a free beverage, even though I wasn't upset about the bacon at all! First off I'll say that I have some reservations (no pun intended) about reviewing a brand-new restaurant. Whether it is accurate or not, my thinking is that new eateries will be slow for a time and as such will be aiming for optimal quality, so I didn't want to try Parker's Pizza until a few months down the line when they've established themselves and they start getting busier. However, we had friends over on the Saturday before Christmas and we wanted to try something other than Bruno's (http://www.yelp.com/biz/brunos-pizza-16-acres-springfield) so Parker's seemed the logical choice. As I was rushing around the neighborhood to get some last minute items for dinner, I stopped into their restaurant and grabbed a menu. Everything looked great, the staff was friendly, it was well lit, and there was a good amount of seating with plenty of room for more. When I got home and looked at the menu, my wife and I were pleased to see the variety of Italian, American, and Mediterranean food. Pizza (obviously), salads, sandwiches, panini, wraps, calzones (I will have to try those...), pasta dishes, and burgers...they have quite the range so we have little excuse to try them numerous times. We stuck with a half-cheese/half-onions/peppers/mushrooms party-sized pizza and after having tried the other pizzas in the Sixteen Acres area I'm happy to say that theirs is among the best I've had. The veggies we had tasted fresh, the cheese was not greasy, and the crust was flaky and crispy, even in the center. My only issue was that I found a small bit of hamburger and bacon in spots...if our vegetarian/vegan friend had found those on her slices that might have put her off of it. So maybe a little more caution during preparation? Otherwise, the driver did report that they are having some point-of-sale/pricing glitches so our pizza was about $24 instead of $19, but I'm not going to quibble about that at this point. I will add this: their parking lot is slightly terrifying. The building is just off of Parker Street with parking in the front, on the sides, and in the back, but there is hardly any room to get through and I nearly hit one of their staff coming around the back of the building, so PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS! That being said, they do deliver to East Longmeadow, Wilbraham, "parts of Indian Orchard," and (vaguely) Springfield, so I might recommend that, despite how pleasant it probably would be to dine-in. For now, I'll give Parker's Pizza a cautious four stars but I'm excited to go back and see if they'll earn a fifth star in the future! read more

They will not honor the picture of the menu or the prices or sizes. Got really snippy when I questioned it and said that it should have never been put on yelp. Well I guess that answers that. Look online and see what the real menu is. Over priced and undersized. Lots of ppl go to yelp. Maybe keep up to date with this instead of giving an attitude to a loyal yelp user. read more

Looking to try somewhere new I decided upon Parker Pizza. I ordered through their website and paid with PayPal. Ordering was pretty easy, and I was given an email receipt with my delivery time, which stated 6:29pm. That time came and went, and by 6:40 I'm calling the place wondering where my order was because they charged my account. Every number I could find to call was busy. Did they get my order? No communication literally to them or from them. Called once again and was still busy, and finally this guy comes flying up to my house at 7pm. with my order. The wings were pretty good. The pizza was decent, but nothing leaving me wanting it again. I'll stick with Bruno's. read more

Delivery was very speedy(Here in about 35 minutes). I ordered 2 8in grinders that came with chips and sodas. The bacon on the BLT was a little more burnt then I prefer, but that happens and it was still good. Put together nicely. The Italian cold cut was good. Simple grinders. I also ordered the buffalo fries. They were a mild/medium buffalo in intensity, tasty. Should have asked for more blue cheese though. Over all very good. Can't do negative stars or I would of. I've eaten here in past got a salad with wilted lettuce. Figured just a bad day so I gave it another try this evening when I saw they have Gluten Free Pizza. Didn't get half of order. Driver dropped off half the order then came back later with my pizza which was ice cold. Got my $ back for that. Potato skins greasy mess, since when did potato skins recipe call for a gallon of grease? Must be their own special recipe . The fried dough was cold greasy nasty hard fried puff balls. Nasty. Waste of $ and time. How they stay open is beyond me. Food is greasy and nasty.. Don't waste your time. I'll stick with Bruno's around the corner on Wilbraham Rd for Gluten Free pizza or Golden Pizza on Allen St. This place is absolutely disgusting!!! read more

On the phone when I was ordering I specifically told them that I would like the chicken on every piece of pizza kind of distributed evenly even though that this was just a reminder as it is usually good. The person states "I'll do my best" When I got the pizza home there is barely any chicken whatsoever on the pizza and not that much spinach but good amount of pineapple. Worse than ever! The pizza was close to $20 if this happens again I am not going to buy anything from them. I am paying $20 for bread and sauce and the box it comes in! Actually if it happens again I'm going to go to the State Attorney General and they will have recourse on this matter. Isn't it enough that you charge a lot for the pizza? You do charge accordingly,and I am paying a considerable amount for chicken why is there hardly any chicken at all and they are tiny bits not even as large as my baby fingernail. Most of them. I will take a picture of it next time and will call the states attorney general as I feel I am being fleeced! Not getting what I paid for, and even reminded them about. I ordered food I was craving French fries and burger and that yummy pickle so I ordered me that and my husband smoked bbq wings with curly fries. I had no pickles fries were soggy and the lettuce on my burger was turning black and soggy and tomatoes were mushy. When I called back he said that the only lettuce they had was white lettuce and that the lettuce being on the burger made it change. On top of that the burger tasted like burnt charcoal...it was horrible...first and last time I will ever order there. I would never recommend anyone to eat there. read more

I'm so on the fence about this review I want to give it 5 stars for the amazing food but as for the bitch that orders the phone and takes the order she is miserable. She was very rude and huffed every time I would say something and when I asked for a repeat of the order she got even more annoyed and read it back super fast that I could not even understand what she was saying so I was just like okay thank you so much and before I could even finish she hung up on me so I'm not going to complain because I'd rather them not spit in my food or poison it because I complained so this is my other option but the customer service part of it is absolutely horrible. I've ordered from Parker Pizza several times. The deliver is always prompt (never left waiting where somebody is). The food is delicious. I've ordered sandwiches, grinders, appetizers, and pizza from there and everything is too notch. I especially love the club sandwiches, their amazingly crispy French fries and the Jalapeño poppers! I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap. When it arrived I discovered that they had grilled it (not the chicken but the whole wrap) for some inexplicable reason! I called to ask why on earth they would do that and that I wanted it replaced. They insisted that's how they always do it. I can't imagine anyone enjoying a wrap that has HOT Caesar dressing and wilted lettuce. They refused to replace it. Horrible horrible service! Almost 1 1/2 hours after I ordered using their website my order still had not arrived. So I called to inquiry where my order was. The person I spoke to said they hadn't checked their computer so they never got my order (why have online ordering if you aren't going to check for orders?). I got a long drawn out explanation, not even a real apology with a next time you order from us, we'll give you a discount. I was asked if I wanted to keep the order or get a refund. I asked how long it would take as I have already been waiting almost 2 hours (it was a Friday night so I gave them the benefit of the doubt of being busy). I was told they would get to it as soon as they could but they had orders ahead of mine. Seriously were there other orders waiting longer than 90 minutes? The person I was on the phone with seemed overwhelmed and inexperienced as they were talking over me, trying to justify why they made a mistake even blaming it on being a small family owned business. Why not just apologize, discount the order and make it a priority order? Nope. Got a refund, pizza from another local, family run business, Bruno's in about a half hour and they lost a permanent customer. read more
