I brought my vehicle to the shop on May 19 with the understanding that it would be disassembled as needed to provide my insurance company with a complete estimate so all damages could be identified. Throughout the process, communication was poor. I repeatedly had to reach out for updates instead of being proactively informed about the status of my vehicle. When my insurance company did not approve enough to complete the repairs, I decided to remove my vehicle. That's when I was told I would be charged $1,350 for vehicle removal, $850 for disassembly/blueprinting, and a $500 administrative fee, in addition to possible storage fees. These charges came as a surprise, and I do not believe they were clearly explained to me before the work began. What made the situation even more frustrating was that earlier in the process I was told the only work performed was the disassembly needed to present additional damages to the insurance company and that my vehicle could still be repaired with only my deductible out of pocket if the claim was approved. Once I chose not to move forward with repairs, the conversation shifted to collecting thousands of dollars in fees. I've also experienced significant delays and have struggled to get clear answers regarding my case. Rather than working toward a fair resolution, I feel like I've had to fight for information every step of the way. I have requested copies of all signed authorization documents and an itemized explanation of the charges, and I hope management will review my case and resolve this matter professionally. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Park Place BodyWerks. I hope this review encourages management to improve communication, transparency, and the way customers are treated during an already stressful insurance claim process.

Steve ensured that all of our questions were answered via phone and email, and also kept us informed via weekly text messages. Our repair was quite extensive, and to ease our concerns regarding the process, Steve invited us to take a look at the car while it was being repaired. The best word I have to describe the shop is immaculate. Everything was clean and in perfect order. Emilio, a mechanic with years experience, talked us through our car's repairs. After that, I no longer stressed about it coming back in the best condition. In fact, I think it drives better! The car was ready a week after promised, but that's only because it needed an additional part to align perfectly, I can't fault them for ensuring that it was up to Mercedes' standards. This company is used by AAA as a third party towing company…read more AAA dispatched this company out to pick up my car with a flat tire and deliver it to discount tire in weatherford. In the process their employee not only delivered it originally to the wrong place (pep boys) but wrecked my car. I filed a complaint with AAA and my insurance and had to come out of pocket my deductible while waiting for them to deal with Cochran. Come to find out they are underinsured and refuse to pay for the deductible (significantly less than the cost of damages submitted to my Insurance). My insurance company is now having to take them to court which could take over a year to recover my deductible. Use at your own risk.
