The tech left and told me that the fixtures were not functioning and would need to be diagnosed with another visit. I was given a quote for 1100 dollars to fix the issue. I called Premo and Sergio sent over 2 techs within the hour. They were able to resolve the issue in half an hour. They were polite and professional. It was a simple fix and it cost me $350 vs 1100. I would highly recommend Premo for their fast service, good pricing, and competent technicians. So happy to have used them!!!

When they got started, they noticed a critical safety issue: the main line installed by the previous homeowner was not up to code, and it was a safety hazard. They gave me an updated quote, which I accepted, to replace the main line as part of the job. The work was done in a couple of hours, and SDG&E replaced my meter the same day. My tenant had to live in a home with holes in the walls for almost a full month before it was finally repaired. The business operates very shadily. I have asked for a receipt for my payment numerous times, and he still has not provided one. I had to pay him in 3 separate transactions via zelle because his bank kept rejecting my payments. I'm not sure how this business has a 4.8 rating on Yelp, but will not be trusting those reviews from now on.

Parkllan Electric was a dream come true as a sub contractor on a recent project that my company was the general contractor on. I had lost my regular electrician do to his retiring from work. I had a million dollar home remodel that was, to say the least, difficult. I interviewed 6 electrical companies and their owners trying to find a good, honest, reliable electrical contractor. Setting at a restaurant one day doing some field paper work, Jeff (the owner of Parkllan Electric) approached me and asked if i had a good electrician. I smiled and said, "I use too, but no, not now". He told me about himself and his experience as a union electrician and that he had just gone out on his own. I took a risk and had him bid the project. He won the bid due to his fair pricing and I went over the project with him explaining my attention to detail and asked if he could do his work to that level of refinement. He replied, yes, that's how I always do my work. Well we just finished the electrical portion of This project, 8 months later and all I can say is Wow! Jeff Parkllan has performed the best electrical work I've ever seen in the past 36 years of being a contractor. My clients and other sub contractors on the project felt the same way. His work is the most neatest, cleanest and professionally installed work you can get. So if you need a great electrician, do yourself a favor, call Jeff first. I had a great experience hiring Jeff Parkllan to do various electric work in my house. I was new to San Diego, and my realtor gave me his name on a list recommendations. His bid was clear, thorough, and concise. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and was great at communicating what would work and problem solving solutions for our house (1960's ranch). Jeff moved an interior subpanel to the exterior, upgraded our exterior security lighting, installed a bathroom fan, moved a vanity, installed several outlets, and disconnected & removed an old bathroom wall heater which was a fire hazard. He was prompt, did the job in the timeframe stated for the bid stated. I also appreciate that all his work is done to code. In addition to being a great electrician, he's a really nice guy! (My old guy retired) I am so happy to finally find someone who's work I appreciate and trust again. Jeff Parkllan is very professional, but also very personable and always upbeat! He puts you at ease with the issues involving your project and is not only knowledgeable, but very informative about the process involved in completing the task. We have known Jeff Parkllan for several years. He helped us add an additional four outlet receptacle when we decided to create a coffee-bar in our pantry, moved ceiling lighting fixtures in our kitchen and created an outlet in a bath to allow us to install a new bidet toilet seat. All of the work was professional and efficient. Recently, we had a light fixture (installed during a remodel by another contractor) that stopped working in our entryway and Jeff was able to diagnose and repair the fixture and even had the correct replacement led transformer on his truck to replace the defective original. I called Jeff because he came highly recommended. Now I can see why! In less than 10 minutes on the phone Jeff had my problem fixed. He didn't even need to come out to my home to fix it. I contacted Jeff for a client of mine who had been told by another electrician that he would need some extensive repairs on his electrical panel. Jeff was so accommodating as to go out and see my client on a Saturday morning no less. Jeff was honest and forthright enough to tell my client that the necessary repairs were nowhere near what my client had been told by a previous electrician. Jeff Parkllan has worked on three of our rental homes. He rewired a 1936 home that still had knob & tube wiring and moved the panel to a safer location, brought a 1972 built home up-to-date and code in a remodeled kitchen, and made it possible for renters in a home built in 1949 to have more up-to-date wiring in the kitchen and extra outlets in other rooms. He's made helpful suggestions and completed the work in a timely fashion. He took care of permits. He is competent, trustworthy, responsive, friendly, willing to explain things to you and a keeper for my future projects on other rental homes. Thankful for guys like Jeff. read more

Twice now, I have called him for bizarre electrical items in my home, and both times he walked me through how to fix them myself for free over the phone instead of coming out and charging me (to be clear, he gave me the choice and I opted to do myself). I had asked for a landscape lighting repair quote and he diagnosed it pretty much for free (I'm hiring him to come back to replace quite a few broken lights). We hired him to come back to install recessed lighting and a ceiling fan in a ceiling that had no outlets/wires. His prices are really so reasonable. He also worked on our landscape lights that had not worked in so many years. The entire job took almost all day and he worked tirelessly. He did leave for a lunch break but came back. I am in love with the recessed lighting and kicking myself for not having it done sooner. The room is brighter and feels so much more alive. The night/mood feature of lights is sooo cool with the almost sunset orange. I am so thankful to have found this company and owner.
