I seriously loved Park Merced until a month ago. I have lived here for two years and really enjoyed my stay. I live in a single bedroom apartment under another single bedroom apartment. My old neighbors had people under them before me that were really rude and would always complain about the noise they made, quite frankly my old neighbors were so considerate about noise and even bought a lot of rugs to make their footsteps more quiet when walking around without me even asking them to do so. We never had to complain and had a great and friendly relationship with them. Unfortunately they moved. And the most inconsiderate people moved in upstairs within a week. They constantly move around. and I mean CONSTANT. they have vacuumed every morning at 8 am without fail, even on Saturdays and Sundays. They have a huge lab that constantly runs around the wood floor apartment and plays fetch. It sounds like a stampede of horses are above me at all times, EVEN AT 5:30AM on a Saturday and Sunday. They consistently slam the door every time they come and leave the house to the point my house shakes. One day the woman slammed the door 12 times while doing laundry. They leave their phones on the floor with the volume on loud and have their alarm vibrate our floors from 5;30am, 6 am, and 6:10am. They play shooting video games until midnight on volume so loud, I can go outside stand in the middle of the street, and still here the game they are playing perfectly. The weirdest part about it is that they hardly ave any furniture. They constantly are vacuuming an empty apartment with hard wood floors. At this point. I am lost and do not know what to do. I am paying 3000 dollars plus more for utilities and car port to be constantly tortured. I feel so frustrated and really betrayed by Park Merced. I don't understand how you could rent out a hard wood floor, second story apartment, with paper thin walls and knowing that there have been people before us who lived in my place that complained about the upstairs noise. My old neighbors even thanked us for how kind we were and told us they have never had a downstairs neighbor never complain about them. Honestly, we never complained because I am a really understanding person and knew they could not control the noise every second and knew they tried their hardest to do so for us without us even asking. I would not be on Yelp complain about this if it weren't a huge issue because I do understand it was my choice to live in the downstairs apartment. I am not a dramatic persona nd try to see the both sides of every situation. I have given this a month now, with even trying to talk to them once, BUT NOTHING HAS CHANGED. This is OUT OF CONTROL. Even one day, my other neighbors were having an afternoon outside party, my upstairs neighbors left their lab home alone barking all day at full velum. the neighbors having the party had small kids their all day yelling at the dog to "shut the fuck up". I think when an eight year old is compelling about noise, that is when you know it is a problem and out of hand. It is crazy to think that this place thinks this is ethical. I really believe that I should be able to easily re-locate due to this terrible inconvenience. Park Merced should not be knowingly renting out apartments that they know have had nice complaints before. I huge lab and cat, plus two people that never stop moving or cleaning is not okay to put in hard wood floor apartment above other residents. This apartment should be carpeted without a question and is extremely irresponsible of Park Merced to let this problem go unwarranted. I don't sleep anymore. I get about 4 hrs every night due to the excessive noise above me from their huge Lab and them constantly dropping things, slamming cabinets, and vacuuming at 8am. I either need an immediate relocation or I am leaving Park Merced and will never fail to let everyone in the Bay Area know about the noise problems. anddddddd... WE HAVE A LIVE UPDATE... not only did they vacuum 5 times on Monday while doing laundry and slamming the door everytme to change a load, but it is now Thursday and they have vacuumed twice SINCE 9:45AM....IT IS ONLY 10:27AM NOW. read more

Deceptive! BE WARNED. There are better deals to be had in San Francisco. The sales staff will tell you anything to get you to move in. One thing that don't tell you is how much Parkmerced is going to charge you for water and sewage since that is not included in your rent and the units do not have meters. In a typical month I am charged around $170 for water and sewage, $29 for trash, AND an admin charge of $3.25 for them to charge me for garbage/water/sewage. I PAY FOR THEM TO CHARGE ME... Even worse is when you follow the rules. I got a pet addendum when I moved in, because I did not want to break the rule of my lease. Pet rent starts at $45 a month. What they fail to inform you is that when your pet dies, like mine did, they DO NOT STOP CHARGING YOU PET RENT. They like to add insult to injury. I have been paying pet rent for my dead pet for over a year and a half. When I presented resident services with my pet's death certificate, the corrupt director of resident services told me to go get another pet and then had a unit check done to see if the pet was gone. There have been rodent issues due to bad structural issues. There are modifications that Parkmerced makes that end up costing resident in addition cost to PG&E bills. It is very difficult to get anyone in management to return calls or emails. Parkmerced is greedy...it hasn't changed much since Leona Helmsley owned it. If you don't know who Leona Helmsley is and you are looking at living here...LOOK HER UP...I think the director of Parkmerced resident services is her predecessor. read more

My husband and I moved to this horrendous place in January. The customer service provided at first is excellent, but once you sign your lease, it is almost as if you aren´t a resident of this place. We live in one of the ¨best¨ towers; this is what the leasing office told us. Yeah, well, this is by far the worst experience ever! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! One of the elevators keeps breaking down, which hasn´t worked for the past month! And not one person from ParkMerced has contacted all of us with any communication on what is going on. A maintenance crew member walked in with me last week and didn´t even know the elevator wasn´t working! I moved in August (2022), and at the end of March (2023) there was a leak from raining that day that eventually broke into a hole in the ceiling of the bathroom. After putting in a maintenance request it took more than a week for someone to look at it, and they tried to tape it and said "there's nothing I can do right now, we'll reach out." A week later someone else checked it and they gave me a dehumidifier for the bathroom, and now I have to pay a higher electric bill due to the dehumidifier being on. I asked the worker how long it would take to get this fixed and I'm told to ask another day. Since then, I've been calling maintenance several times a week asking for an answer, but they won't even call back even after they told me they would reach out the next day, all they say is "we don't know right now". The first several times I called they didn't even know the maintenance request existed. It's now May (2023) and there's still a hole in the roof, in the ceiling of the bathroom, and it leaks whenever it rains. I would make a longer post about how inconsiderate the staff is but I'm just trying to get this ceiling fixed, it gets really cold in the morning and night inside my apartment since there's a hole in the ceiling. After 2 years in Parkmerced, I can't really recommend it unless it's your only option. For context, we lived on the bottom floor of one of the duplex apartments near SFSU. We chose the apartment because it was the only one we could afford that would allow us to have our 60lb dog. The Good: Dog friendly and pretty nice grounds. I loved taking walks with our pup around the neighborhood. The times we had folks come fix issues in the apartment, they were super friendly. We never had a negative interaction with the staff here. Inexpensive and large for SF standards. We lived in a 1 bedroom, it felt really big and the living room got a ton of light from the large back windows. The kitchen and bathroom were renovated very nicely, the kitchen in particular had a ton of storage for such a small kitchen. Overall, I loved the look and layout of our apartment. The Bad: The mold... so much mold. I can't speak for the high rises, but our apartment had a serious mold problem, especially in the closets. A lot of our stuff was ruined from mold. We made sure there was space and didn't overstuff the closets. We ended up getting a storage unit just so we wouldn't have to use the closets. We got dehumidifiers and had 2-3 DampRids in every closet but nothing would keep the mold at bay. I understand that the location is damp, this is a common issue in SF, but it was extra bad. Apparently ours wasn't even the worst, the inspector who came before we moved out said he has seen whole walls peeling off because of the mold. They will rip you off when you move out. The only way you will get your entire security deposit back is if you barely live in the apartment because the slightest scuff on the wall they will charge you for repainting the apartment. Ours was in really good condition, we of course had some scuffs on the wall from furniture, but in past apartments I've rented I wasn't charged for repainting because it was standard for them to repaint before re-leasing. Not the case for Parkmerced, they will charge you for repainting the apartment unless the walls are in pristine condition when you move out. No heat and the water took over 5 min to get hot. When I complained to parkmerced about this, they told me it was because our apartment was "at the end of the line" so there wasn't much we could do. Our apartment was pretty frigid during the winter and I hate to think the amount of water we wasted waiting for it to get warm. I imagine the lack of heat definitely contributed the the mold issue. Parking near SFSU is miserable during the school year. Unless you are willing to pay for one of their sketchy "garage" parking spaces, you have to deal with the street parking. During the summer it's perfectly fine, but as soon as the kids start at SFSU, parking is a nightmare between 8am-9pm. It would be great if there were residential only sections of the street parking. The SFSU kids are insane drivers. The number of times I was almost hit by a car is insane. A person was actually hit by a girl on her phone, not paying attention, right in front of our block. I saw half of it on our front door camera. You have to be super aware when crossing the street, trust no driver. read more

Lived here and still come to visit family currently. Over 20 years this place has really gone to shit. From management to the very tenants living next door. Courtesy patrol is more worried towing your car than to patrolling the streets and responding to calls. Leaking ceilings in almost 95% of the apartments and all maintenance does is paint over it after the rain season is over until the next. The same tenants in your building will steal your packages and management will not do shit about it. Loud parties with drunk idiots that want to fight and damage cars. PARKING IS SO BAD, that you literally have to fight with people over spots. OR have people literally try to run you over to get into the spot. At least get the city to paint proper parking lines so other assholes don't take up 2 parking spots at a time. This goes back to towing in front of the buildings! I understand not parking there during business hours when maintenance cars need that area but after 8 pm when tenants cant find parking to go home, those spots should be open until 8 am when management hours resume! At night no management cars need those spots but tenants who are trying to get home do!When asking Courtesy Patrol questions, they are either nice or others seem to take power to their heads with rude responses that belittle your intelligence. (Hispanic mall cop with a half bun and pants that are too tight for his big belly). Management already charges up the ass for rent but any little add on amenities are extra. Each apartment should at least have one parking spot inside the garages for no extra charge to alleviate war outside for public spots but no they want an extra $200 from you a month. Not only that but this management is the only one in the city that does not have "water, garbage, and heat" included in the rent! When we were initially moving here I was a bit surprised by all the negative reviews - After living here for just under half a year I felt compelled to write a view myself as my experience here in this community has largely been positive. I don't know if it's from the change in management or what but response times for service/home needs have been prompt and considerate. The grounds are well kept, with trash laying around very minimally and grass/hedges being trimmed on a regular basis. They have a newly renovated gym which is definitely under utilized by the greater community as I will usually find myself being in there with 2 to 3 other people (not complaining) and while it's small I haven't run into a time where I haven't been able to use a machine. I believe your experience here living at Parkmerced is largely contingent on your neighbors and the respect that's held for each other door-to-door. My one complaint is that people will often not clean up after their dogs as this is a dog friendly community and sometimes you'll find dog poop right on the sidewalk - I find this to be very inconsiderate. It's also worth mentioning, and hopefully Parkmerced management can expand upon this- but the washer and dryer units are not to the extent that one would hope as the one that I am assigned to only has two washers and two dryers shared amongst what seems like 10 to 15 households. There's def room for more to meet the needs of the renters. Other than that, worth a look if you want to live/work in the city without being in the thick of it. I've been here for two years. Today I was almost killed by parkmerced's owners unwillingness to invest in their older properties. As I was parking my car a microwave fell a good ten stories from 310 Arballo and crashed about 10 feet from me. There are no cameras observing these towers where at least 500 people live so there is no way to know who did it. Be warned. This place can be very sketchy. read more

As much as I read negative reviews I actually have enjoyed living at park Merced as a student. The floor I live on is calm and quiet, maintenance is always responsive to the few problems we've had. The only con is purely pertaining to the cosmetic aspect of the building, being the color and overall prison like building but the inside is livable and the lobby is newly renovated. I would say the only thing that needs help are the carpets. Also have had no problem with break-in's or feeling unsafe. read more

absolutely horrible experience. my roommates and i would not recommend park merced to any students or young renters, as we were constantly getting intimidated, scammed, and taken advantage of as first-time renters. the rent is insanely expensive, the staff are consistently unavailable or unhelpful, the townhouses are not well maintained and have mold/broken items, and on top of all this we got several random charges throughout our year living there that were labeled "computer mistakes" after we disputed them. park merced is one big scam and is the worst place to rent in san francisco, do not go here!!!! read more

Last month we were advised by maintenance to request for an Inspector to come by. Maintenance was shocked and just as disgusted as us by our ceilings! They told us our ceilings were so moist that tape would not hold up the plastic tarps (to protect our furniture and keep floors dry). A few weeks later an Inspector came by to check out our ceilings. Per Inspector Jordan, he does not think it's a plumbing issue (as we've been told by PM before!) and believes it may be due to an unsealed window in the unit above. When we asked about the brownness of the water, he stated it was because of the floors wooden stain. He said he'd need to go upstairs to investigate further... he said he'd give us a call once he figured out the problem and would prepare a report for us of his findings. 30 minutes later he called to confirm, "Yep it's the windows upstairs. They aren't sealed so we'll have that fixed and you'll see the report tonight." Maintenance came to scrape the mold off. Then painters came to paint the ceilings. Supposedly the windows were now sealed of vacant unit above so everything was now fixed. But the report was NEVER made available to us. We called and called AND CALLED for follow up. Receptionists gave us bits and pieces but it still did not make sense. We requested for management but conveniently PM management is super busy in "meetings" and are unavailable all day long. Every time we called they were in meetings. The several times we showed up at the office, they were in meetings. We left NUMEROUS messages- all ignored! Stupidly, we were so discouraged we let it go and figured whatever they "sealed" upstairs windows so we'll never have to deal with this problem again. The report is useless at this point. WRONG! Guess what! Same effing spot is leaking AGAIN!!!! MORE leaks, cracks and MOLD in our ceiling! Wtfffff! We've even reached out to Sarah B. the past couple of months but has she returned ANY of my calls? NO!! Probably busy in meetings or responding (saving face) on Yelp reviews to fake attempts to help tenants! PM has absolutely no accountability! Do not be fooled by the agents and their tours! After you sign your lease, they will leave you high and dry... or leaky, moldy and ignored! read more

Park Merced is trying hard to build community out here. Today I went to a Saturday Market they are hosting weekly from 9-2. There were two farmers with a pretty good range of affordable produce, three food trucks, games people could play, a good folk/rock singer, free drinks (non-alcoholic), an olive oil booth, and a couple of artists. They did not get a great turnout, but this was only the first week, and the weather wasn't good.. read more

My boyfriend and I rented a 1BR in one of the Highrise Towers at Parkmerced for 2 years. Pros: Resident Services - They have decent customer service. Talking to resident services is usually a pleasant experience. Talking to maintenance or community patrol however is the complete opposite (more on that in the cons section). Convenience - The tower we lived at was close to the 28 Bus and the M train which was convenient. It also had a Plaza to get food at and was walking distance to Stonestown Mall which was a little nice. Parkmerced Community Events - I have never gone to one, but I do appreciate how Parkmerced offers community newsletters and hosts multiple events (such as yoga, tours, bbqs, etc) for residents who do want to participate in them. Online Management - It is nice that Parkmerced has an online resident portal where you can make rent payments, schedule maintenance requests, and view your lease documents. I appreciate the fact that they utilize an online system for their residents. Uber Credit - Residents of Parkmerced do get a $100 monthly Uber credit which was pretty sweet. Cons: Maintenance is incompetent - The only times maintenance successfully fixed something of ours was when one of us was home and we had to TEST that the issue was fixed before they left in order to make sure that the job was done. So don't expect maintenance to actually fix something if there isn't someone watching them. Even then, there were times when maintenance would never show up, lie that they fixed the issue, or 'fixed' an issue for a one time case only to have the issue still persist. They really don't care. Community Patrol is useless - EVERY TIME we have called community patrol they never came. Despite seeing the community patrol cars around the neighborhood, I'm convinced that they don't actually do anything...at least they didn't for me when I lived there. Loud/Rude Neighbors - Living at the Hightowers will mean you will encounter a wide variety of people-some sketchier than others. Do not expect the Towers to be a quiet, safe, or neighborly environment-so just be prepared for that. Oh man the stories I can tell. Fire Alarms at 3am at least twice a month - Again, you'll be living with a lot of other people, some of who will trigger fire alarms throughout the entire Tower because they will open the door instead of the window when they cook. You WILL experience at least 2 fire alarms at ungodly hours every month. Parking Sucks - Finding street parking can be scarce at popular hours. If you're new to Parkmerced parking you will find yourself getting tickets at places where you THINK you can park but actually can't, so don't just see where other cars are parked (do research and read signs). IN ADDITION, you may also get ticketed at parking places that you CAN park because there are officers who will give people invalid tickets hoping that you wont catch it (this happened to my boyfriend twice by the same officer). The parking outside the Towers that are meant for visitors are ALWAYS taken by the same 3 residents 24/7 because no one at Parkmerced enforces the Visitor Parking. Final Verdict: Overall, the main problems with Parkmerced are from factors that management can't control-other residents. I would say that 60% of my time living at Parkmerced was okay and problem-free. But the other 40% was either due to loud/harassing/rude neighbors or very poor maintenance/resident service issues. Basically, it was okay to live there but the bad times were BAD. If you're looking for a quite, well-managed, and harassment-free place to live then DON'T live at Parkmerced. If you don't really care WHO you'll be living with, then Parkmerced will probably be fine for you. read more

On June 14. I took a check into P.M. for $85, and gave it to Chris Medina. He said he would put it through on the 17th. This was for a week's use of parking space 25, block 22. It was to cover the dates from June 17th. To June 24th. On June 24th. later in the day I received a rent receipt showing the addition of $85 which I had given a check to Chris Medina on June 14th . I went to PM that day and said I wanted to speak to Chris Medina as I had a problem. The fellow at the front desk said Chris knew nothing about why I was there. Once again I said I wanted to speak to Chris . This time he told the fellow at the front desk he was on the phone. I said I'll wait. I then asked again to speak with Chris . The fellow at the front desk went in to get Chris . He came back and said Chris was going to lunch . I said fine I will come Back. At 3:45 I want back , this time i was told Chris did not have time for me . I said I wanted to speak to the Manager. About 20 minutes later the Manager quickly left out the front door . No one would talk to me for five minutes . I was livid, and went home . Just for the heck of it I called PM and was put in for a call back . I was amazed that someone called back . This wonderful women named Zoey R. Called me back . I explained everything to her and she said to come in and she would help me. CHECK THIS OUT. She said even if she was at lunch tell the front desk to get her ! She checked everything and said the check went through and the receipt was sent out prior to the check going through, and there should be no problem. She said if the addition of the $85 was added to my rent to come see her. Zoey seems to be the only employee at P.M. who cares about a tenant in distress and has the intestinal fortitude to put a very angry tenant at ease while solving a problem that should have been taken care of on the 24th. I actually made a return visit and yet again was told no one was there that could help on the 24th. It was so nice to find one employee dedicated to doing her job. I hope I am spelling her name right as she deserves the respect; Zoey R. Should be given a raise . If any tenant wants results, ask for someone who cares, that is Zoey R.. my five star review is just for Zoey! read more

I don't know how this place has 3 stars!!! I've been living here for going on a decade and not much has changed. Rent has gone up a bit but like others have mentioned, rent control is why I've stayed. I lived in 2 different towers. Both filled with mold and piles high of trash. My cars have been broken into at both sites. Parkmerced staff has not been helpful with resolution in regards to building safety, maintenance, and security. They are under new management as of a few years ago, but the only time I've observed aid or enthusiasm from them was during their visits with prospective tenants. I'm sharing my review because I have had it with trying to get them to repair issues in my apartment. I'm tired of getting excuses for delayed service appointments. I'm tired of getting contradicting information from staff. Perhaps this is the hidden cost of being protected under rent control. Who knows. Parkmerced is a true shit hole. So my wife have been staying at Parkmerced for almost 1 year. Now I will say there has been some interesting things that have happen during our stay but to be honest its not Parkmerceds fault. For an example when we had a new neighbor above us move in we had some problems with him like shooting roman candles at our bed room window from his apartment thinking it was funny. Now understand when I called the cops they could only do so much bc dumb kid made it look like he was just hanging out eating pizza with his friends when the cops came. So it turned into a he said he said. Now keep in mind I fault Parkmerced because of the laws they couldn't kick him out. So in December he turned his apartment into a blazing fire. I guess things happen for a reason because we were able to get ride of him. Then two weeks ago our back window of our car got broken into because some crack head thought he might find something of value which he didn't since I don't leave anything in there because in SF the criminals have more rights than the tax payers. Heck even if the cops got him he would of gotten out in a couple of hours compared to the city of san mateo where they actually prosecute them which is why the SF city has such high crime. But once again its not the Parkmerced fault since they have no control over the cities polices. So today my wife and I went to the rental office to see if there might be some town homes available so in April we can move from the tower to a town home. I will say we love the area and our puppy loves the area too. When we walked in we were told that George would help us. After telling George what we were looking for he went through his list and found some places for us to check out to see we might be happy with one of them. George found us a wonderful town home that we liked so much that when we got back to the office we quickly filled out the paper work to secure the place. Squatters haven! Tons of unoccupied units and security cannot/ will not do anything about the break ins. Actually I am worried that security is aware and allows this to continue. These people come and go in and out of the units as they please, while my neighbors and I work to pay and arm and leg to live here. I've called "security" repeatedly and even some manager named Nathan called my personal phone acting like they cared, going as far to say to call them "directly" when I see this happen again so they can take care of it "personally." Well, I have seen recent break ins and I did call - no response of course... That's fine though because I will continue to document everything I can and keep sending emails to the void that is Parkmerced resident services, in order to build my case if anything should ever happen to me or my property. IT IS NOT SAFE HERE! My neighbor was doing laundry in the communal space when one of the transient men here exposed himself to her. Security and police cannot and will not do anything to stop these people who act like they own this place while we pay a ridiculous amount of rent every month. If your late on rent? Best believe they will be on you about that while disregarding the people living here for free... Save your money do not come here, especially if you have a family and want to feel safe. We moved here several years ago and the quality of living has drastically decreased. The biggest thing is the empty units and transients. There's other little things though like not being able to schedule a maintenance appointment, and the laundry facility being used by homeless people. I refuse to do laundry here after finding fecal matter inside the washing machine, it literally looked just like the emoji! I called and complained to maintenance. When I went back, the matter was gone at first glance, but when I peeled back the rubber seal, the matter was just smeared all throughout the seems of the machine. The standard of living at Park Merced has absolutely downgraded. read more

Our apartment house was having problems with moisture throughout the rainy season, specifically around the windows and the attached walls. Called the maintenance dept. and scheduled an inspection on the last week of March. Dan one of the managers came in and checked all the problem areas. The following day we received a call from the maintenance team for scheduling! I would like to thank all the team members in the maintenance department who have helped us and worked hard to deliver a great service experience on a timely fashion! Their pleasant attitude is very much appreciated! Their names are as follows: Flores, Leo, Carlos, Mark, Johnny, Norman from the answering service desk also foreman for the painting team Anthony, and Jessie. I may have missed a name or two but overall their team effort got the job done. My family and I have been a resident of the Parkmerced for over 4 decades so this review has been carefully considered and represents the good selection of hardworking individuals that work as a team! Enough is enough. I understand mold can manifest through windows and living here has made me accept that they may grow on walls, but closets? Are you fucking kidding me? Half of my wife's clothes and some items that I put in her closet have mold. Out of all my living experiences, I've only seen mold on windows, bathrooms, and kitchens, but not at Parkmerced. It's everywhere. It's in the air you and your family breathe. It's mutating on all of your items that you'd never suspect. It's in your pores. It's in your lungs. Save yourself from this experience. Parkmerced is one of the nicest places to live in San Francisco. The continuous kindness from neighbors and management is worth documenting. Once you socialize with your community in Parkmerced you learn how to take care of each other. Parkmerced was built in 1940s which means the STC rating (Sound Transmission Class) is very old. The current STC rating is 25 to 30 in Parkmerced, which means a normal speech can be heard. Hearing noise of your neighbor is mostly caused by the material of the wall or floor above you and not because of your neighbor. Unknowingly, you would cause the same noise by just having a regular chat with your spouse. So this issue has been cultivated in Parkmerced and eventually you as a resident become adjusted to it. Thus, make it harder for police or Community Outreach to distinguish the actual cause of noise which make it difficult to resolve, even after inspection. If I'd be a consultant to Parkmerced, I would highly advice to set aside a budget to renovate the floors and ceilings to accommodate to current building code. This is highly important and it is worth investment. My neighbor produce constant noise and I hardly complain because his noise is caused by the wall not by him, he is a nice dude. read more

This review is for the resident services individual name Nate and the maintenance supervisor Floren. Nate answered all my questions regarding a massive repair and maintenance situation that happened regarding the roof. Floren made sure that maintenance got the job completed professionally. Both were super friendly, understanding and went above and beyond to ensure the work got done on my parents' apartment. For context, the roof of one the rooms collapsed in. This was due ro residual water damage, leaking and stagnant water for years. They finally covered the holes inside the room and said they would come back the next day to patch up the roof. When maintenance finally showed up to fix it and one of the guy's legs went through the room and it collapsed into the room and almost got my mom. Upon finding this out, I called parkmerced and was helped by Nate. I explained the situation and that they needed to fix it. He made sure that maintenance took care of it and also sent an email to the supervisors and legal team with questions I had. He advised me to call maintenance to remind them to call me in the morning when they went to my parents' apartment. Maintenance did not call me, showed and and refused to fix the hole initially because they said my parents needed to move everything out of the room. Upon finding this out, I called maintenance, explained the situation and was transferred to Floren who made sure that the crew went back, moved whatever they needed to and got the job done. Floren also kept me updated throughout the situation. As of now, my parents' roof is almost completely fixed. Again... this review is for the individuals, Nate and Floren, who helped my parents' situation and not for the situation that was caused by neglect of fixing the roof and leaks when it was originally supposed 5 weeks ago. read more

Stevie couple questions. Do you actually reside at Park Merced? Have you ever emailed Lucia? Cause she actually doesn't respond. I am in the remodeled side and I pay over 6k for a 3 bedroom. Your customer service is non existent. I cannot wait to GTFO of here. And none of us review under our government names. That would be idiocy. So when you look up every name on yelp and rudely reply that they don't live here you sound very dumb. That's the point. And you should hire someone else to respond to these reviews. You are not capable of properly handing customer service. Neither is the rest of your team. read more
