    Chicken combo

Amazing and cheap fried chicken right across Lexington market. Came here for lunch and got my food super fast- in and out less than 5 minutes. For 5 bucks, you get like half a chicken and for 3 more dollars you get fries. The chicken is delicious. Fresh, crispy and juicy. I'm not a potato wedge person, but mixed with the mumbo sauce and seasoning, it hits good. No seating in here itself, but you can eat at Lexington market. Would recommend!

The chicken was crispy and steaming hot just like you want it. Got the wings and wedges - squirts of mambo sauce and sides of hot sauce and you are eating a pretty decent meal. The $6 chicken is one for the making it's like 1/2 of the chicken and it's good. Must get if in the Lexington Market Area

I was so excited to be able to pull up park and get a taste of Lexington market without going all the way through. Located on Paca street ... there meters and street parking . Almost no line no wait for chicken . I got chicken gizzards livers and necks mixed and a traditional chicken box with h western fries. Nostalgia at its finest. It was clean inside and the service was friendly . A carry out no seating.

I was working in Baltimore for a month, right next to Lexington Market, so I had to get me some fried chicken. If you're looking for the quintessential experience from this market, I would say get the fried chicken from Parks. The African American folks who run this joint know what they're doing and give their customers exactly what they are looking for: delicious, golden, crispy, fried chicken. In fact, they sell every part of the chicken fried. I just went with some drumsticks since I wasn't feeling too adventurous that day to get some gizzards or liver or something. They serve your meal in some foil with some sliced bread and they'll ask if you want ketchup or hot sauce on the chicken (you should 100% get both). With many food options in this market, Parks Fried Chicken is a great idea if you're not going to Faidley's Seafood or something.

Where to start. Order process is actually fitting for how busy it stays, across from Lex Market. The food portions are well worth costs. The food quality an taste is beyond Grandma's Sunday dinner or BBQ fried chicken, Greens, Mac n Cheese, or Sweet potato they are all tasty as Grannies to. Pick up area has the absolute best ladies Saleena will always make you feel welcomed with great customer service patience for suck a busy spot.... 10 stars food service an Best Mambo sauce I have found in 10 years in Maryland.

Now I am picky about my chicken. And I've had it from all over the Midwest, South and East Coast. Parks' Fried Chicken is 'da bomb! Oh ya! I bought one drumstick and tucked it away for later. When I finally sunk my teeth into it I'm pretty sure I said damn out loud. This really is GOOD fried chicken. Really really really good. The light, crispy, lightly seasoned breading and most meat were delightful. If I was a local I'd definitely stock up on this for picnics or Sunday dinners. I should have gotten more! And it's cheap! Just a note, if you're not from the area, make sure to research Lexington Market so you have a good idea of what you're getting into. This is downtown and not the safest or cleanest area. No one really bothered me, but I saw my share of cracked out people and felt uncomfortable a few times.

Food fresh and hot. Chicken isn't too salty it's perfectly seasoned. It's a chicken spot so don't expect stellar service.

We went inside (all 12 of us!) and they asked if we wanted to sit In the main bar area or go up to the 3rd floor, where they would put on the game on two 8ft projector screens They took our food and drink orders and worked their asses off to be hospitable. I had the biggest fish sandwich of my life (and it tasted good too), we shared wings, fries, burgers, mozzarella sticks, all were good, oh and the jerk chicken quesadilla . They even worked out pricing and tried to see if the catering menu would be more beneficial for us (but it made more sense to order seperately) We all agreed we would go back if we're in the area again! They told us the night before, they had live jazz. Looking forward to see how they grow moving forward

The staff was super friendly, and the manager even came by to check on us, which was a nice touch. We ordered the 16" pepperoni pizza, which was perfect for two people and we still had leftovers to take home. It does feel like the restaurant is still ironing out a few small kinks, but overall it was a good experience and I'd come back to see how they continue to grow.

We sat at the bar and were well taken care of by the friendly and attentive bartender. He kept the diet cokes filled and answered questions about the menu. I ordered Chef Chad's chicken caesar cobb without the croutons and with grilled chicken instead of fried (an easy gluten free modification they were happy to make). The bacon, pickled jalapeno, and celery really made this a standout caesar. We also got a side of rosemary parm fries which were yummy too. The whole meal was filling and under $30. Really not bad for lunch! This was a good reminder that The Food Market is still good and there's a reason they've been around for so many years.

My happy hour assortment was phenomenal: one Amish pretzel with beer, cheese, one big old mozzarella stick, one cheesesteak steam bun, and one street taco. They were all phenomenal incredibly flavorful, and this assortment was filling as a meal My husband was a little disappointed by the preparation of the hot honey chicken on Happy Hour. Although the breading was phenomenal, the chicken was a bit tough. The FRIES were divine. I loved my virgin Watermelon lemonade and my husband enjoyed 2 sangrias. We will definitely go back to try their regular menu items !!!
