The polish and the removal do not destroy my nails like Vanity Projects and other comparable nail shops. Everyone is sweet. I book online at Vagaro. You do need to plan ahead. I usually book my appointment right after I get my manicure. I can usually go 4-5 weeks and I rarely have chipped nails.

While my one friend and I had a pretty average experience our friend visiting from out of town was nonstop bleeding for 45 minutes after a small chunk of her pinky toe was sliced. The staff seemed unsure of how to deal with the situation and she left with her toes unpainted and wrapped in a band aid. Luckily there was no question about her being charged but we left very disappointed.
