David C came out to give an estimate. He was very knowledgeable, patient and informative. He answered all the questions I had at the time and he made me feel comfortable about pursuing this project with PRS. I was given three quotes for the various levels of roofing they offered (good, better, best) that were all very reasonable. I decided to go with the best quote. Work started on my roof a little over a week from signing the contract. The crew assigned to the project were great, beginning with the project manager (pm), Ulises A and foreman Jay. The pm was very professional and knowledgeable. He communicated the status of the project continuously. Once the old roof underlayment was removed, he made repair/wood replacement recommendations supported by pictures and explanations. All the members of the crew led by foreman Jay, worked methodically and in unison with one another. At the end of each work day, they all did an excellent job cleaning up all the debris. I was even alerted that they needed to access my neighbor's side yard to retrieve all the debris that landed there.
