I don't have any complaints about the services or the staff. People are kind and pleasant. The only thing that doesn't sit right with me is the constant attempts to upsell services. I really wish you guys could stop doing that. As a patient, that doesn't make me feel safe. It seems like you guys are preying on us to try to make money. During a simple cleaning, the hygienist starts offering this but it will cost that. We can do this but it will cost x. I didn't ask for extra services. It has been a number of years that I've been a patient of first, Dr. Cox, and now Dr. Bowman, and I have found that they, and all the staff have been some of the kindest and professional experts I have found anywhere. Even when the resulting procedures have been less than pleasant, there has always been a sense that they were concerned about me first, and the procedure second. The office environment is like a family (the good kind) and they try to make you feel at home and are accommodating to changing situations, whenever possible. Would I recommend them to my friends? we have been going to dr kenneth cox office since 2015-16 and it is now park view dental, on my last visit 6/6/25 to have a followup cleaning done it was done by a young man who is new to me his name is gregory. let me begin by saying that the professionalism by this young man was top notch!!. he answered all questions and concerns with great care and i understood what he explained because it was explained in layman's term's.and not to mention it was a painless experience.so if you are looking for a good office to get your teeth cleaned i would suggest giving parkview dental on eastern ave a try and give this young man a try,you will not be disappointed. as a matter of fact i would like to give the entire staff that i have dealt with a big thumbs up.keep up the good work folks!!! read more

I've been coming to this office for dental care since 2013 or so. Everyone I have interacted with (front desk staff, hygienists and Dr. Cox himself) at this practice has been excellent! There are a lot of dishonest folks out there practicing dentistry--recommending unnecessary treatments, etc. I have NOT had that issue with Dr. Cox. In the time that I have been a patient, I have only needed one or two fillings done and a porcelain crown replaced. For someone who has less-than-great teeth, this is an indication of the level of integrity upheld in this office. The crown I had (put in by a different dentist nearly 20 years ago) got a chip on the backside and was collecting food bits. Could have left it alone, but the food collection was getting to be a nuisance. The replacement was satisfactory and the associated cost out of pocket was reasonable. I have insurance, so I can't comment on what the cash prices here look like. I've NEVER been "shamed" by anyone here about how I do/do not tend to my dental hygiene between visits. (Hey, no one LOVES to floss!) Everyone is respectful, which cuts down on anxiety about having to have someone's hands in your mouth for the better part of an hour. This is a plus for those who may be self-conscious. If you are looking for a new dentist, expect high-quality services and honest treatment at this office! See you in six months, Dr. Cox! read more

They combined to make my 7:30 am appointment such a great experience, although the job they did was a big deal, that I can't wait to come back. They are true "masters of the mouth" and I can't wait for my next appointment with them! My teeth have never felt better after their attention. Not only is she a beautiful dental assistant, Kayla is so comfortable to be with, that it's easy to forget she is the best in the State at what she does. Dr. Bowman and his assistant Kayla are awesome! I had to have a tooth removed today. They were so professional, they talked to me before, during and after the procedure Making sure I was doing well. He had that tooth out quickly with no pain, and this was a larger tooth in the back.I have been going to Dr. Cox for many years is very professional and caring, and I received the same professionalism and care with Dr. Bowman and Kayla. I'm not leaving out the staff up-front when I called last Friday they got me in the same day. And I called this morning, and they remembered who I was and had an appointment at 8 am. They are all professional and very kind at parkview Dental. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but Parkview Dental makes it easy and comfortable. Kelly was real nice and helpful from the moment I called. Didn't have an 7am appointment for about 3 weeks but said they opened up a lot of times. Always returned my emails and answered my questions super quick. Sent me an email with paperwork that needed to get filled out. So much easier then filling them out when you get to the office. Also they didn't ask questions about my past dentists. They are in the past for a reason no need to explain why I am looking for a new dentist. Kelly called me back a couple of days later and said a 7am slot just opened up the next day. Appointment booked!!! I walked in around 6:50am the office was nice, clean and organized. The lady (sorry didn't get her name) at the front desk was real nice asked me my name and insurance card and etc. Once my file was updated I went right to the back. Nancy was my hygienist. She was very friendly, gentle and knew what she was doing. She took her time cleaning and polishing my teeth. She did a great in depth job as my teeth felt clean and great when done. She answered all my questions and gave me some tips. Of course I got the usual goody bag as I left which is always nice. Dr. Cox came in introduced himself and did his exam. He was real nice, gentle and very knowledgeable. He asked me if I had any specific concerns with my teeth. Since I had no concerns he told me everything else looked good. I have recommended Dr. Cox and the crew to a few coworkers already that may need a dentist. It was just a good feeling going to a normal dentist and not a big company where I have someone new working on my teeth every time. I am glad they did not push all kinds of extra services on me. I just want my teeth cleaned and nothing else. Everyone cared about me, were super friendly, competent and know what they are doing!!! On the way out I met Kelly who helped me book my next cleaning appointment quickly and I was on my way. She said they would email me a reminder for my next appointment. Went to this Dental Office, based on a couple of friends recommendations. Did not really get any warm cozy feeling during our first visit but decided to give it a try. Informed me of what they felt I needed to get things started, and when I got home, I reviewed the estimate for the dental work they felt I needed. One charge was a rather large amount, and I question that when I returned to get the dental care, which was laser treatment, a bit expensive, and I don't think I really needed it, but let them do it. Had the work done, thinking they got approval from my insurance company for all the work done, but they didn't, and I had already put out $600, and ended up having to pay another, $460, because they had not gotten approval for the work done, so I ended up paying for just about the entire procedure, and of course when I talked to the office staff, it was my fault for having to pay all that money. I call Dr. Cox office for a pain in my mouth lower left jaw and got an appointment the next day. Arrived at the office with a 5 minute wait and was process in and exam for tooth problem. found bad tooth and removed it with very little pain. The process took about 40 minutes, and I was on my way. I highly recommend this office; the staff was nice, polite and efficient. They made me feel welcome and comforted all the time I was there. Dr. Cox is an excellent dentist who was very nice and communicated the removal with great detail and comfort me during the process. read more

Found this office through a coworker! So glad I found them, reminds me of my dentist in LA. I've been to about 4 different offices and dentists over the past few years of living in Vegas and I'm very happy with this one! Appointments always available and takes care of my teeth. Not a professional office setting. To lax for my style. Dentist never introduced himself, gave general info. Didn't look sharp or clean. Even his eye glasses were dusty? No white coat or scrubs, not sure if he put a mask on, Jeans and a shirt similar to a flannel print. He maybe a stellar top notch dentist. I will never go to him to find out. I left. I was SUPER nervous to try a new dentist after having the same dentist and hygienist for 20 years. But, I just moved up from Phoenix and had a tooth paining me so I had to find a dentist fast. Dr. Cox was recommended to me by a coworker and I was skeptical and seriously considered driving back down to Phoenix but ....I gave Dr. Cox and his team a shot and wow! They are so great. Nancy was my hygienist and she has the magic touch (and years of experience!) and my cleaning was like scratching that itch that feels so right on. And, Dr. Cox is not one of those dentists that do work for the sake of work and money. He looked at my tooth. Fiddled around with it and several surrounding teeth and gave a sound recommendation of what the problem is and we are addressing it. Oh and they got me in SAME DAY! I have found my forever dentist office in Nevada. I'm looking forward to my next cleaning and chat with Nancy. Go get those chompers seen by this team you guys. They are awesome! read more
