Best thing about this place was the employees. We had heard about how great the pizza was. But the food mostly was not good, just edible. Pepperoni pizza was ok, but the kids didn't like it. My son didn't even like the cheese pizza. Sorry to say, but Sam's Club has better pizza by the slice. The sub sandwich was good except the 'hot peppers' weren't banana or other Italian style peppers. They were jalapenos! Worst of all was the lasagna. All three of us who tried it agreed that it was bad, bad enough to take it back for a refund. The sauce tasted tinny like it came from a can and was bland. The whole dish tasted like it was a frozen boxed microwave product. As for the restaurant itself, needs more lighting but that isn't nearly as important as the dirty booths. Almost all of them needed the seats and crevasses cleaned of crumbs and even a tomato we found. Tables were clean. Floors were ok. Bathroom needs the door latches fixed. Called in an order at 5:00pm for pick up. Not sure if the restaurant was noisy or if the woman was inattentive; repeated everything multiple times. Ordered a veggie calzone. I was told 20/25 min. I told my husband the price, as he agreed to be the delivery person. Sadly he did not remember the cost difference as 40 min later he arrived home w/a ham & cheese. Called three people later, I asked for a refund, but was told they could have the correct calzone done in under 30 min. Yeah, better late than never, I did get a delicious veggie calzone. read more

The food is decent, but they are so skimpy with the toppings. For the prices they are charging they should be embarrassed. The $13 steak was so thin, with about $2 worth of meat. (A 12inch steak should weigh more than 8oz). The xl pizza had 25 pepperoni's on it....that's it. They either need to cut the prices in half or stop holding the toppings hostage. I love this little pizzeria. The pizza never disappoints. I LOVE the white pizza with tomatoes. Yum! The salad is great always tastes fresh and the garlic knots are absolutely phenomenal. Absolutely rude staff. Called to place an order and I was told to order through door dash. I ordered my pizza and asked for split toppings in the special request box (1/2 mushrooms, 1/2 pepperoni). Got the pizza, toppings were all over, not split. Called and was told that their manager requires them to ignore the special instructions, "because it causes more work and slows us down". They wanted me to pay to remake the pizza - for their mistake. After more rude conversation, I eventually got the replacement. But what kind of weird policy is it to ignore the special instructions? What if someone had allergies and put that in the special request box, y'all just going to ignore those, too? Alright so I've never actually ate here, I work for a third party delivery service and was picking up an order one day. After that visit, I realized I couldn't ever eat here and even had to tell my customer what I witnessed with my own eyes. First, it took over 40 minutes to receive my order because they "forgot to make it" along with several other customers. A few of us also noticed a cook wiping his dirty hands on his already dirty pants and going back to touch all of the food and then he dropped a piece of pepperoni, picked it up, and PUT IT BACK ON THE PIZZA. I had to tell my customer because I couldn't imagine someone letting me eat from there.. So many of us were furious and tried to tell the manager she basically just told us to calm down and it wasn't a big deal. Even gave attitude back to the customers after they've been there for over an hour. I still deliver and see the same dirty cooks. read more

This is one of my 'go to' pizza places. I often order the ziti and my husband likes the steak sandwiches. My experiences with the customer service has varied based on the person behind the counter but for the most part they are pretty easy going. I prefer to order carry out but they have lots of space to dine in as well. My only wish is that it were just a bit cleaner. read more

I've been coming to this place for over 15 years and while the faces change from time to time, the food is always great. They do $1.25 slices of cheese on Fridays if you're after something cheap, but their other fare is great too. Pizza rolls, Calzones, and their special sub are all items to try. I love the food it's great but when my family and I ordered the food to stay I ordered a large drink which was $2.50 so I filled the cup with ice and looked for the water button on the pop machine, there was no water that I seen so I asked where their water was and they said they don't have any, I saw they had bottled water which cost more so I asked for my money back. They said there's pop and diet pop and lemonade we don't drink pop and my husband's a diabetic so we couldn't drink the lemonade and we don't do diet pop either. They could have offered a bottle water on the house to fill my cup full of ice or offered to fill it with tap water but that didn't happen. As I ordered the prices did not match the prices on the website menu and were substantially higher... I usually order their "The Works" pizza, minus Anchovies. I don't dine in very often, usually pickup and go. Pizza is always good. I get a side of mainara sauce which is also very good. Have had their stuffed pizza before. If you like a lot of crust with your pie, this is the one for you. Order at the counter and take a seat if dining in. The only negative I have to say is the wait time seems a little long. But, you're waiting om a fresh, from scratch, pizza. Don't understand the low rating by other people. These jokers took my order, i waited 1 1/2 hour just to find out the driver said he delivered my food to the hotel and the room number i was staying. Didnt happen!! They charged my credit card and let someone else sign for the order. When i said i never signed for the order they didn't believe me. I thought i was being punked or something. What a joke. My hope is that they start asking for ID when delivering to a hotel or only deliver to front desk when the room has to be called to sign for the delivery. These people took my order. I ordered pasta right off the menu. Not only did they not tell me they didn't have pasta anymore they sent me a sandwich instead. No mention that there was no pasta. I opened my order after the driver left and low and behold no pasta. I called talk to Brett "GM" not only did he have a terrible attitude and told me they didn't serve pasta anymore. I mentioned to him that they should have told me when I placed my order. He asked me if i sent it back with the driver ? I stated no he already left. I don't normally leave reviews but what I witnessed tonight (Nov.7, 2020) was unacceptable and I figured the general public of Cheyenne Wy should hear this. I watched their cook drop pepperoni slices on the ground and proceed to put them on a customers pizza. Once I saw this I started paying more attention and witnessed the cook who was making the pizza dough, in a ten minute time period wipe his hands on his pants and then go straight back to handling raw pizza dough 7 times. Idk what happened to this place but it's a walking talking health code violation. I waited an hour for 6 slices of pizza and when I asked for a refund the lady pulled my order from the bottom apparently it had been there for 10+ minutes and no one had called out my name. I promptly left after my refund and ordered from Mondello's from the parking lot of Parkway and by the time I got there the order was ready and they were twice as busy. read more

We got to listen to foul language, and we repeatedly witnessed a female employee flipping her hair while standing over the food preparation area. Went to dinner tonight and the girl who took our order forgot more than half of it when she turned the order in. It took over 20 minutes to get garlic knots and manicotti. No apologies and no explanations. We haven't been there in over 2 years because the last time they were rude and we worried about the integrity of our food. AWFUL!!
