I give this place a three star rating, because although it's got. A really small dine in area the food is amazing. I went right when it opened with my son. The people working there are so so nice and the food was quick to o be served and done perfectly. Get there early and if you have to wait it's worth it !

Food was excellent. I appreciated the local beers on tap. Service was excellent. The server was rather young. She was wiping a table and while she had the rag in her hand she went and wiped off a high chair one of the previous customers put back a few minutes before. Being in foodservice myself I know that's a skill and awareness that's hard to train. The owners, managers, and staff should be aware of the incredible job they are doing.

Wasn't my favorite pizza...crust was very thick and doughy and needed more toppings. If you like your pizza extra cheesy though they definitely give you a lot of that.

Outstanding pizza, could be one of my favorites. I ordered The Brooklyn, sausage with cherry peppers and carmelized onions. Spicy and flavorful! Excellent service - just do it! Ozzie

Both the pizza and the calzone were delicious and the portion sizes were quite big, even for the personal size. The service was great, very friendly. The outside seating was good, especially since we had our dogs with us.

This pizzeria was so mediocre. Wood Fired meets a doughy crust, no crisp to it at all. I would not recommend.

Much better coffee available around town. Espresso martini: 5/5 very dark. Great place to work with colleagues or alone. People seem to like to meet up here and talk vs work though. The bar almost resembles something you might find in a small European hotel, which may suggest they are aiming for a slightly upscale tone, though it never feels pretentious. The seating is varied, with small tables and retro chairs that seem intentionally chosen rather than bought in bulk. The spacing is better than most coffee shops, which makes it easy to settle in without feeling crowded. The back area opens up even more, and the soft drapery adds a touch of personality that appears to hint at events or just a bit of flair. The staff continues to be the standout for me. Everyone I spoke with was kind in a way that felt natural, and they knew the menu well enough to help me navigate dairy free options. I usually order the avocado toast on focaccia because it is consistently fresh. The bread looks oversized at first but is airy and soft, and the avocado and radish topping feels simple in the best way. The matcha made with water has also become a go to since it tastes smooth and well-bodied without that chalky, thin finish some places have. My partner and I visited during their Dia de Los Muertos weekend and tried a few themed items. Everything was good, and they were quick to suggest dairy free choices. Prices seem fair, even with the general bump everywhere lately. The only thing I wish they had more of is outlets. It is still a nice place to work for a couple of hours, but coming with a charged laptop helps. The overall vibe is calm with just enough energy to keep the space from feeling sleepy. It works well for coffee dates, casual catch ups, or solo work, especially for anyone who prefers a relaxed atmosphere without too much chaos.

Their charcuterie options were also abundant but we opted for the Colorado wild game sausage board. So worth it to try some exotic meats including elk, wild boar & blueberry, and the most interesting in my opinion...the pheasant and rattlesnake sausage. The staff is outstanding--everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had the best experience. You can tell they really care about what they're building here. The wine selection is excellent, and their flights are a steal at just $14. They also offer meads, mulled cider, and an entirely new food menu that pairs perfectly with the drinks. There's clearly a lot of thought going into the experience now. We also heard a new deck area is coming soon, plus plans for a paella night--which honestly sounds amazing and gives us even more reason to come back. If you haven't been to Snowy Peaks recently, it's absolutely worth another visit. They're doing great things and it's becoming a must-stop spot in Estes Park.
