We showed up about 5 minutes after opening on Friday, July 25th, after watching the rodeo. They were already full, no room for 2, indoors. There had just been a huge thunderstorm so we weren't sure about sitting outside. That's all they had so we accepted the table outside. I'm so glad we did. Their staff was rushing to wipe down all the tables and chairs and get everything set up for dinner service. We had a nice little table on the edge of their super cute back patio. Thankfully it didn't rain anymore, in fact the sun was blazing. Our waitress was there quickly. We loved her service and personality. She mentioned getting ready to go off to University of Montana soon. She was so sweet, I was ready to adopt her into the family. She had waters and then drinks in front of us right away. We ordered the veggie galore, add Italian sausage. The pizza showed up without a long wait and it was beautiful. The crust was perfect, crisp on the bottom and chewy. The toppings were delicious. It's not them it's me ... but I'd have been happy with a bit more toppings. They have a fantastic sauce. We were very happy with this place. I was visiting from Denver and had the hugest craving for good pizza. I did my research and so did my boyfriend and this was the place we came up with. I've been to Italy five times and this pizza is on par with the flavor there. I don't say that lightly. I was so surprised by how good it was and the high-quality of the ingredients. It was so flavorful! I had the margarita pizza by the way. I ordered it through DoorDash and received a message from the restaurant saying that there was a hole in my pizza (which was literally the size of a quarter I found out later)... And they were returning five dollars to me because of that. I have literally never seen that happen. It was not a significant problem at all and something I would never have complained about. It definitely didn't take away from my order. But I also don't typically write reviews so I'm writing it because of that. The food was incredible, but I appreciate so much the kindness of the restaurant. This is a gem in Cheyenne! She was wiping a table and while she had the rag in her hand she went and wiped off a high chair one of the previous customers put back a few minutes before. A side trip from I-80 brought us downtown to this quaint eatery. Unassuming exterior, it could be easy to miss- but if you're on foot, follow the red pizza slices stenciled on the sidewalk. The interior seating is limited, with two booths and two tables, but there is additional seating outside. We were immediately welcomed and seated by friendly waitstaff. Caesar salad was crisp and chilled, and the pizza was delicious. The personal size was generous, and 3/4 was plenty for me. You can order from set combinations of toppings on the menu, or a 'build your own' pizza-- which they will fold into a calzone if you like. We didn't order the duck wing appetizer but the party at a neighboring table raved about them, so maybe we missed out! The pizza was awesome. The side salad on the other hand was terrible, it was Romain with a few sliced cherry tomatoes. I declined cucumbers.it was $6.00 and not worth $1.00. Now I know to not order the salad. It was a Saturday night and busy but, our server was terrible. She never came to check on us until well after the food arrived. She wouldn't make eye contact so we couldn't get what we needed. Next time, and there will be a next time, no salad. The ice tea was good.
