My husband and I purchased our very first RV this past Saturday, and I honestly cannot say enough about the experience we had with Rusty. I started my research online and found an RV that caught my attention. I sent an email, and Rusty responded almost immediately. Instead of simply trying to sell me the RV I initially inquired about, he took the time to ask questions about what my husband and I were actually looking for--everything from the size and features we wanted to our budget. I explained to him that this would be our first RV purchase and that, as complete newbies, we didn't want to sink a lot of money into something until we knew this lifestyle was truly for us. Within minutes of speaking with me, Rusty sent pictures of an RV that he felt would be perfect for us--and it was well below our budget! He also told us that he had four other RVs in mind in case that one didn't meet our needs. He explained that the RV had literally just arrived that day and hadn't even been posted on the website yet. Because of the price and what it had to offer, he honestly felt it wouldn't last long and encouraged us to come see it as soon as possible if we were interested. We scheduled an appointment for the very next day. When we arrived, Rusty was waiting for us in a golf cart and greeted us with a warm, formal introduction. He explained his sales approach right from the beginning: his goal was to accommodate our needs and our budget by showing us the RVs he felt were the best options for us. What I appreciated most was that he did not hover over us or pressure us. He pointed out important features, educated us on what to look for when inspecting an RV, and then allowed us the freedom to explore and take everything in on our own. Every RV Rusty showed us was absolutely beautiful, but the one he had originally sent us pictures of was truly THE ONE. The moment we stepped inside, we felt at home. We knew that was the camper we wanted. Then came the stressful part of our day. While Rusty was showing us other RVs so that we could make an educated decision, another salesman showed the exact RV we had driven two hours to see and purchase to another customer. When we walked into the sales center, my husband noticed the customer sitting at a desk with the other salesman and immediately said, "I hope he's not trying to purchase that camper." Rusty immediately went to investigate--and unfortunately, that was exactly what was happening. Our hearts dropped. We truly thought we had lost the RV we had fallen in love with. But thank goodness for Rusty! Rusty immediately stood up for us and fought to make sure we were treated fairly. He explained to management that we had driven two hours, had a scheduled appointment specifically to see that RV, and had arrived before the other customer. The other salesman argued that because Rusty had been showing us other RVs while his customer looked at the camper, he should have the right to sell it. Rusty explained that he was doing exactly what any good salesperson should do--showing us other options so that we could make an informed and educated decision. He stood firm that because we had an appointment, had traveled two hours, and were there first to purchase that RV, it should not be sold out from underneath us. Despite the other salesman's efforts to undermine the situation, management agreed with Rusty, and because of his honesty, integrity, and willingness to stand up for his customers, we were able to purchase the RV of our dreams! Rusty, we cannot thank you enough for everything you did for us. From the very first email, you listened to what we wanted, respected our budget, educated us throughout the process, never pressured us, and ultimately went above and beyond to make sure we were treated fairly. As first-time RV buyers, we were nervous about the entire process, but Rusty made us feel comfortable every step of the way. You can tell when someone genuinely cares about finding the right fit for their customer instead of just making a sale--and Rusty is absolutely that person. Camped in my RV this week at the SEC baseball tournament. Parkway RV said they repaired everything that needed repairing. My slide out will not extend or retract all the way. My shower leaks. The black tank indicates 3/4 full after several flushes. The bottom door on my refrigerator will not lock shut. The shower head leaks. There is a broken vent over the control center that they said they would replace but didn't. They gave me a work order that said they repaired all this but they obviously did not. The unit is at Camper World having everything repaired that they said they had repaired. The 90 day warranty is no better than the paper it is written on. They denied to repair my slide out issues. I have contacted Parkway for a possible resolution but as of yet, no response. Beware! read more

Being in the market for a small camper, I came across ParkwayRV in my searches. Their prices on things seemed lower than many and they had a used model exactly like what I was looking for. Only an hour away was worth the drive down for me. The lot is full of used RVs of all types. I like that they have a no-haggling price clearly visible on every RV in the lot. I don't line being "sold" anything so have a negative attitude towards vehicle salespeople. Fortunately I was met by a salesman who was friendly and he had a very hands off approach. He told me to take as long as I wanted to look through the camper and let him know if I had any questions. I liked what I saw, liked the price, and let him know I was ready to buy. The big drawback of this place, and I can see how it can be very detrimental to those out of the area; they don't inspect or go over an RV they have on the lot until someone pays for it. Then, they will go through and make sure everything is working as advertised. This process can take more than a week so paying and taking delivery is quite delayed. I found this very inconvenient and I live here. I can see how this can also create issues for someone coming out of town to pick up and finding anything out of wack. This process is probably one of the reasons they can offer lower prices but it is also why I think I see so many poor reviews. Most people who have a positive experience don't jump to leave a review and the delay and manner they sell things before they check them out leaves them setup to disappoint a few people. We purchased an RV in March of this year. "Big Bo" did not disclose all the water damage this RV had. In the video displaying the RV, he pointed out a couple of flaws like the leather being scratch and a door chipped and said, he would tell it like it is. What he didn't tell is that is was full of water damage. There was so much rust on the undercarriage the floor was literally falling out of this RV. Besides the mold there was no wall on the drivers side and was covered up with white duct tape to cover the damage up. And, to top it off, we got home with it and 2 days later, it when up in flames. The insurance we got through the credit union they financed us through was only on the hook for the loan amount so we lost our down payment of $30,000. Do not buy from them!!! read more

BEWARE ILLEGAL ACTIONS BY THIS DEALER. I don't know how they can be in business for all these years with the lack of sales customer service the company provides. On May 23rd I called at 8:30am to inquire about the Leisure Travel I was interested in purchasing and filled out a credit application. I was told I would hear back in 1 hour. That hour came and left. I then called back and was told They were busy and I would hear back the next day. I specifically asked that the credit application not be processed until I heard back. Well 31 hours later no call. I then called and was put on hold for quite sometime. Then the person answering said she would have to take a message. I asked when will this message get to someone and she said I don't know I'm the answering service. Wow! What lack in service. I sent them an email asking them To shred the application and they do not have permission to run the credit application at any time. WHY???? Because the lack of follow through. This is an update. The next day I received and email Dave Pickett. He kept on and had one excuse after another. I had Dave Prickett three times if the credit was run. He refused to tell me. I then get a call from Joe who by the way is dumber than dirt. He then had every excuse and then told me he ran my report and had my permission. They refused to give me any of the loan or credit information. I will be reporting them to the state of Ga for illegally running my credit without even giving me numbers on what amount they were running my credit for. read more

Well, I absolutely do not recommend buying anything from here. They don't return you phone calls. The 1000 that we paid to have them go through everything and make sure that all was in good shape so that we could get a 90 day warranty was a rip off. If you call the warranty company, Parkway RV tells you to "make sure that you tell them it was working". I loved our sales guy Joe, but then even he quit responding to text. I actually would give them no stars. The TV doesn't work, the microwave didn't work, some of the lights didn't work. Warranty is no good because they don't do repairs and you can't get into other repair shops until December. read more

We bought a RV and before we took delivery the salesman ran it into another RV cutting open the fiberglass on the slide. We left there never taking ownership of that RV. Finally we got the owner (Bill) and his son (Bo) involved and Bill agreed today to cancel that deal and to refund me my down payment. Im leaving good feedback because i feel the owner done what was right and feel that is the message here. To let others out there know that they have done right by us. As for their salesman I assume he didnt get them involved the day it happened like i requested, and didnt tell me he had hit the other rv wanting me to drive off with it, totally was handled it all wrong! Purchased a used Class-A Motorhome in November from Parkway RV. They were upfront and told me that items that needed to be fixed prior to us picking it up would take about 2 weeks. We confirmed that it was ready before we made the 3 hour drive to pick it up, but when we arrived, it was NOT ready. After waiting 4 hours, they finally had someone fix the majority of the items so we could take possessions, but a missing hubcap had never been ordered. We were promised that they would order the hubcap and ship it to us right away- that was in Mid-November. They have been dodging my calls for answers on a regular basis. As of January 2, 2024, this has not been ordered, or shipped. Their website claims that they are family owned and that they work hard to protect their reputation. So I can confirm that they are working hard to protect their terrible reputation. I would not recommend Parkway RV Center if they were the only RV dealer left on the planet. read more

As a long term high mileage, satisfied Roadtrek 190 RV owner, I was seeking a newer replacement RV with lower miles. I found Parkway RV on the 'net and went to their website. I saw a unit listed that met my requirements and watched their 30 minute video on the unit. Their website and video production were first-rate, leading me to believe that I may have found a dealership that would be a "good place to do business". So I called them and spoke with a salesman. I identified myself as a long term Roadtrek owner, ready, willing, and able to make a deal on a newer one. The salesman took my information and said he'd need to consult with his staff regarding my possible trade-in RV, stating that he'd get back to me soon. He has not done so. So I then went to the website and used the "chat" service to make further inquiries about the unit which was still listed for sale on their website. I provided more information about my trade and email contact. Chat service advised they'd forward the information to the sales department. Again, there was no response from Parkway RV. In my opinion, if you've got to chase after a dealership to get them to even open up a line of communication with you about a possible deal, you're a long way off from being able to make a deal. With this purchase being a 1,400 mile away deal, good clear up-front communication about the merchandise and deal was absolutely essential to me. Parkway RV apparently couldn't be bothered to do so. I'll take my business somewhere else where I'm appreciated as a customer. Two tries to get a meaningful response from this dealership without success isn't worth pursuing. read more

This was the worst dealership experience ever. The saleman wa not very attentidve or knowledgeable. We were told to sign all of the paperwork in order for them to start prepping the unit. Even then, they did not prep it properly. Certain it4ems like water damage were not disclosed (but well hidden). We expected to pick up the unit 2 days after signing paperwork giving them time to prep the vehicle. After two weeks, they still hadn't touched the unit. messages and phone calls were not answered and I couldn't get a return call from anyone. Our paperwork was turned into the bank before even before we picked the unit. This caused us an extra 500 in charges from the bank. read more

While shopping for an RV, my car was rear-ended in the parking lot of Parkway RV, directly in front of the offices. It was a hit-and-run. I was told it was done by a driver for the business, but the owner refused to assist with the $3,000+ repairs. The sales people were very nice & helpful, and the prices were quite reasonable. call about a class C unit for sale asked the sale person if it had any water damage. he said "I have been it several time and never seen any." So we drive to look at the unit. The Unit had major water damage. Turns out as we looked through there inventory 90% of the units had some water damage. I also noticed they had spray painted many of the lower sides of the units to make them look better then they are. I would move on to another dealer. read more

Parkway RV Center advertises to be an internet dealership. Beware of this place and especially the owner. I would of giving this place a negative -4 stars if site would allow We were given 2 price options when we purchased our 2015 Heartland Cyclone 4200. Option A, the higher price option gives you the attached checklist of tests with the promise of repairs if necessary. Option B is "AS IS". We bought ours for the Option A price to get everything checked out and fixed. We paid for, insured and were told we owned the RV a month before delivery but they kept it for this extra month supposedly to fix the items on the Checklist for our Option A price. I also signed over the title and they took ownership and insured the trade-in. (see pics of emails below). Below you will see a list of problems we found after the most horrible delivery experience imagined. We were told that the owner would deliver the RV personally because he was going to his Florida vacation home anyway. When he came to deliver the RV, he demanded the custom furniture be taken out of it since our trade-in did not have couches; we never said it had a couch as we had bought it that way. He waited for that to be done before he would unhitch the RV from his truck. We felt used and so swindled by this owner as he lied with the claim that he had just bought the furniture brand new; it was obvious to anybody even in the pics that it was worn and the original 2015 custom made, custom fit furniture that came with that RV model. He then demanded $2000 from us. He said this was because our trade-in was not worth the very low price he had already paid for it. I asked him for the bill of sale contract which I had signed through doc-u-sign that he was supposed to deliver to us. He did not have the contract, he said he forgot it. I reminded him that he had already only given us $3K below the NADA book value and $10K below the lowest priced same exact model in RV Trader. He said the RV Trader was not a reputable RV site even though that is exactly the site I found his RV for sale on. He pointed out 2 items to validate this claim. He said first the floor deck plywood under the slide was soft and needed to be replaced and secondly the roof needed to be coated. He checked our traded-in thoroughly and came up with only those 2 items because everything in it worked perfectly. He did not give us a chance to look at the new one. Please note that the first immediate problems we had with our new RV were the roof needing to be coated and a spongy slide floor plywood. I purchased a Jayco Featherlight camper from them in May 2018. It was used, but pre purchase inspection showed everything working, but was missing a bumper guard from when I first viewed the unit. They assured me they would procure a replacement and make it good. Within 2 weeks, the radio quit working, replaced for $120. Heavy duty crank for stabilizers doesn't fit (wrong size). Bumper guard still missing and when I call I get the run around after 3 months waiting. Free 21 day camping certificate promised for purchase never arrived. VERY POOR after purchase customer service! Don't believe their promises, avoid doing business with them at all costs! read more

We purchased a 2008 Four Winds Siesta Sprinter 24sa in Jan 22. This was our first experience with an RV motorhome as we just retired. Sales rep worked with me for a day, made the deal, then I could not get hold of him. Called main office after multiple tries, salesperson no longer working there, got new salesperson, old one was fired. Finalized paperwork, flew from Delaware to Georgia, rep picked me up, nice fellow. I asked would vehicle pass inspection and did all major items work. I was told everything was checked and tested, all working, don't worry it will pass inspection. Do a test ride and vehicle will not go over 40 mph. They tell me they know what it is, fuel filter. OK They will change it. By the time it was changed it was now 3:30pm. It drives better. I have to begin the drive home to Delaware. I ask if all items are really checked and salesperson states absolutely. Due to late time I believe them. On drive home the vehicle has issues with keeping the speed up. I figured it was the way a motorhome worked. I made it home. Remember asked if all items worked, I try the kitchen sink, no water, either hold nor cold. On the trip home I stopped to rest, turned on the heat, it was 38 degrees, never got above 50. I brought the rig in to get an inspection in Delaware, it failed on 5 items. Anyway, to end this review, Parkway promises the world (like any sales organization) but delivers very little. I wanted the unit so I accepted what the salesperson stated. I have since had to rebuild the turbo environment due to worn out O rings. This was the reason for going 25 mph up the Delaware Bridge at the top, going down was better. I had to replumb the bathroom and kitchen fixtures due to pipes being disconnected. The tires were told to me to be within the acceptable time limits, they were actually 11 years old, recommended 5-6 yrs max due to weight and should not have been on the rig. We replaced all 6 tires after flat on first big trip. The A/C shuts the breaker in temps above 90 degrees. Will look into that over winter of 22-23. The engine A/C had a leak, needed work to perform. Overall, we love the unit but did not like being told all was good when a lot was not. I would not recommend this dealership. AT least do not believe all that they tell you. read more

BEWARE they will tell you anything to sell a camper. When asked about the condition of a camper over the phone, Edwin Tucker lied and said no tears, no leaks, and no damage. We stupidly paid a deposit and upon our arrival, found clear, extensive damage to the storage box so bad it wouldn't even pull out with wood rot and water damage on the bottom. The camper reeked of mildew and there were rips, tears, and pathetic tape patch jobs all over the canvas and screens. None of this was pictured in the images they posted or sent. When we said we wanted our deposit back based on false advertising, the employee Beau argued back, told my husband he would "stick that phone right up your @$$", told him to get the "f#ck of our property " all because we asked for our deposit back. This is how business here works apparently. The owner Bill declared he didn't care about the lies or misleading statements, they are keeping the deposit. They even decided to call the police on us, my husband and I with two toddlers, because they refused to refund us and didn't want their customers to hear it. $500 doesn't make or break us, or this dealership, but it sounds to me like this is how they make easy money. I wouldn't recommend Parkway RV to anyone based on the service we have received. First, let me qualify that to exclude our salesman, Dave Pickett. He was great and very helpful. We have been shopping for an RV for a long while. We had seen many of Bo's videos and were impressed with not only the level of details he provided but also by the products. We decided that since they had so much inventory and since we saw a couple on the website we liked that we would make the 4.5 hour trip (one way) one weekend to visit. This was not something we could do in one day so it involved an overnight stay. I say this to point out that it was not just a spur of the moment trip for us. We arrived and were instantly met by Dave. He explained that their approach was to let buyers roam at their own pace which fit us perfectly. After about an hour we returned to the office with the intentions of going through the process of buying a unit. This particular unit was an older one....1998. We were then informed by the finance guy, Jay, that financing was not available for that unit. That was upsetting but after a small discussion with Dave we decided to make one more review of the lot and see if there was anything else we were interested in. After several hours on the lot, we returned to the office for the 2nd time with another unit we were interested in. We proceeded to complete the finance application and put down the deposit of $2500 necessary to hold it. Let me stop here and describe the setting. This is a "homely" office. What I mean is they make you feel at home. Someone's wife came in while we were there with the kids and all the guys were friendly. Well, except for one. Whenever Dave asked Jay a question regarding our situation or whatever he just had the look on his face that he would rather not be bothered by us. He never even made an attempt to even be cordial. I would expect him to step up and introduce himself with a handshake. There was another salesman onsite that I can't recall what his name was and I apologize for that. He was super polite and friendly...and very helpful. Not really sure what we did that offended Jay from the beginning but when we left the office I turned to my husband and said "they were all really nice, except for Jay. I hope I don't have to deal with him much". That next week we received email/call from Jay informing us that we were turned down by one finance company and approved by another but the terms were not acceptable to us. We informed Jay about some things that were not reflected on our credit report (loan payoffs etc) and he said none of that mattered. He said there was nothing he could do until it showed up on the report. It was extremely offensive when he told us that "for people like us, an RV was not something we had to have. that it was a luxury item". Seriously? So at this point we told Jay we didn't accept the finance offers on the table. They agreed to tear up the deposit check and at that point the deal was over. We thought on this some then my husband contacted the bank that turned us down. He was mostly curious about the rejection because he has great credit and their reason given was a high debt ratio but this was not accurate since a note had been paid off. After going over the details, this bank approved us with acceptable terms. We waited a week with no call from Parkway. After another discussion with the banker, we were also informed that the original unit (the 1998) was also available for financing. We were thrilled. We sent her the link to the unit and all the details. She confirmed ... yes we can finance that at the same terms given before. We explained our situation to her and she inferred that this was not the first thing she had heard about Jay. She said she was emailing our approval information to Parkway the next morning. The next morning she emailed again saying we should expect to hear from the owner, Bo, sometime today. Great we thought. We were prepared to purchase either unit. First, my husband received a call from Dave. My husband went through all the details I have just laid out. Dave seemed speechless. The called ended with the mention that Bo would call. So, while at lunch, Bo called. My husband again detailed the whole thing same as he had to the bank and to Dave. It was Bo's response that absolutely floored us. Bo informed us that he was sorry that he had lost our business but that "they had enough". He said Jay was wonderful and he stood behind him. He said the bank was lying and that they could not finance the 1998. He claimed that it was bad business to finance the 1998. We have the approval...in writing. At no point in the conversation did he try to sell us a unit. He basically told us he didn't need our money. Wow!! It was at that point, my husband said "appreciate it" and ended the conversation. It was obvious that this was not someone to do business with. It's sad to see a business like this with such great potential bring run in such a way. read more

I just want to say Thank you so much for Yelp and all who took the time to respond on here. We have been watching Big Bo and his you tube videos on all of the RV's he's been advertising on there. My husband is a pilot and is flying to ATL tomorrow morning and he planned on making an extra day of it between trips to visit this RV place. I always do my due diligence prior to offering any kind of a deposit, spending over 100.00 to even go look. And so glad I did. There are just too many reviews on here from all over the country with the repetitive issues. Water damage, collectively accepting a deposit on merchandise that with " hidden" issues, and even worse, an RV that caught fire 2 days into a puchase. Needless to say, we will NOT be making that trip. What I wondered though, have any of you considered taking your complaints further? I am not a lawyer, or an advisor, but alot of these reviews are at best, a horrible experience and almost warrant a phone call to the Attorney general's office in GA. Classic bait and switch. I drove from Cincinnati to look and buy a trailer (2007 toy hauler, $11,900) that was on hold for me then magically sold once I get there with no call cuz "lost your number". Now I have taken a vacation day off work to do this so now I'm out time and fuel. So I look at a second choice (2006 toy hauler, 14,900) but they won't work with me in the price so I left with a bitter taste. On my way home I hit heavy traffic so I pull off to kill some time and let traffic lighten up when I saw Camping World. I purchased a 2002 class A motorhome 11/12/2019 and flew into Chattanooga, TN 12/05/19 to pick it up. Upon my arrival I was shown how to operate my coach. My cousin drove up from Florida and we decided to boondock at local Cracker Barrel. Well the generator died on us. Next morning took it back and they repaired no questions asked. It took all day so we camped local again to make sure generator was fine. No problem and drove MH back to Texas with no mechanical issues. The staff especially Doug was very helpful in getting generator working properly. And when I'm ready to trade in will seriously consider Parkway RV Center. Nancy read more

My Wife and I selected a class C from the Parkway RV web site and were compelled to put a deposit on it. When we went to pick it up, it checked out 99% until I discovered a mechanical issue with it I couldn't accept. The problem was, there are signs up everywhere inside the dealership that state: "No refund of deposit". At this point, I suppose I could have just walked, but I didn't blame the dealer for the mechanical issue and thought I would make use of our time and the fact we had driven 320 miles to get there, so we decided to look at the other RVs they had to offer. We found another class C with very low miles we liked and purchased it. It had some minor issues that required us to make another trip there and pick it up after the repairs were made. Keep in mind that these folks are short-staffed like everyone else now days and you should really call ahead and make arrangements to inspect the RV of your particular interest. The bottom line here is this; If you're inexperienced with RVs or the mechanicals that make them run, take someone with you that is KNOWLEDGABLE, and knows RVs well to check it out thoroughly. Do not feel pressured to put a deposit down as we did. Once you do, you've committed to purchase an RV from them or forfeit your $1000. The salesman, (Dave) and prep supervisor, (Doug) really bent over backwards to make things right on the RV for us. We are very pleased with the RV and the customer service we received. ALL my concerns were addressed and they were very respectful of me and my Wife. We've had it out 3 times already camping and it performs flawlessly...mostly. While camping, the toilet valve stuck in the "on" position and could have been a real disaster for the novice camper, but the RV is 8 years old and the dealer can't be blamed for this minor malfunction. Remember, what you see in a video on-line and what you see in person is completely different. These are good folks just trying to sell used RVs, which is probably 10X's worse than selling a used car, considering everything that can go wrong with one. I would recommend purchasing an RV from these hard working people as long as you have checked out by someone experienced. I can't stress this enough. Thank you for reading my review. read more

We just bought our second camper from Parkway RV. In both deals we received everything that was listed for the campers. Very polite, knowledgeable and I believe to be honest. Bought our T@B camper there 4 years ago, traded it in on our new Prowler Lynx about a month ago. Very smooth transactions with all our dealings with them. Would definitely use them again if we ever decide to trade in our Lynx (which I doubt because we love it!!!). Have recommended them to several friends and family members looking for RV's!!!!!! Sadly, people will write a bad review in a heartbeat, but don't think about writing a good review. I just wanted to share our experiences with them because these guys are awesome!!! read more

Do not do business with this dealer especially with "used as is" on the paperwork (mid August). My father in law 84 years old drove from Tennessee twice and purchased a RV (paid top dollar 100% cash) "as is". The generator did not work along with the air conditioner and one of the seats needed to be recovered. The paperwork was drawn up and 100% of the purchase price was paid and a VERBAL COMMITMENT was made to repair the air conditioner, generator, recover one of the seats. They promised if they could keep it a couple of weeks everything would be repaired and they would deliver it to Tennessee. A couple weeks passed and no RV or telephone calls as to the status. After a MONTH had passed the RV was left on his driveway at 5:00 am in the morning with out his knowledge and whoever delivered it drove away...no title was with the vehicle (they were told later that it was in the MAIL). Nothing was repaired on the RV as a matter of fact the rear bumper was now damaged, the hub caps were taken off the RV, and the tires now were two different sizes. They kept the vehicle over a month to do what....you fill in the blanks. If they were not going to do anything (because sold as is) we would have picked up the vehicle the next day and drove it back to Tennessee. My guess is that they were relying on the fact they he was elderly and would FORGET what the vehicle looked like at the time of purchase. Now go read the reviews of this business on the B.B.B. website and you will see a similar review of an elderly person taken advantage of. This is a despicable business that promotes itself as a family business to give you that warm fuzzy feeling.... RUN FROM THEM. P.S. 10/6/19 and still no title. read more

Made an appointment to drive down from Clarksville Tennessee for Saturday to look at some of their Diesel Pushers. We drove down Friday night and stayed in a hotel and showed up at 9 to meet with John (he was awesome). We looked at several motorhomes and found one that we really liked. We said that we would like to drive it and John went in to clear this with his boss (I think the owner). John came back and said they would try to get it out to drive. We waited for a little while and had decided we wanted the motorhome if it drove out all right. John said it would take them about an hour to an hour and a half to get it out. We said we would go to lunch and come back. We went into the office and John told his boss "they want to drive it". His boss said "man, I just don't have the manpower to get to it right now, come back on Tuesday or Wednesday". I told him that we were from 3 hours away and his response was "sorry". This is horrible customer service. We were ready to purchase this motorhome, but there is no way I'd deal with these people in the future. read more

Dishonest and falsely advertise! Dealership/management advertise all RV systems are to work. They did NOT when delivered. Extra work, as promised in writing on the sales agreement, was NOT done. RV advertised had Roadmaster Chassis and after delivery, discovered it is a Freightliner. Publicly displayed mileage on unit and made YOUTUBE; both misrepresented by 6,000+ miles One would think they would take care of their own customers. Clearly, this is NOT their mission. read more

We just recently purchased a 2019 Class C. I'm a big researcher and had been looking for quite some time. Can't believe this high quality and excellent condition RV was for sale at the listed price. We saved $20k+. We went to the dealer with a ton of skepticism. However I must say the experience was superb! Starting with the sales person Mike. He was terrific, very low key and knowledgeable. The prep team did a great job in getting the unit ready and on schedule per the agreement. We paid cash so I can't speak to the finance process but I must say this dealer delivered just as they advertise! We even found a minor issue as we were getting ready to drive the unit home (had already signed the release paper) and the service tech came out and checked it out. Once it was discovered a new replacement part was needed, there was no discussion they eagerly committed to replace the part. I highly recommend this RV dealer based on our experience. read more

Please avoid this RV dealership at all costs! We settled by phone on an advertised RV (we are 1600+ miles away) and were told we needed to submit CC info to provide a $1,000 (NON-REFUNDABLE) deposit. We did so, asking how long the deposit would hold the vehicle as we would need 2-3 weeks to arrange funds and make flight plans to Ringgold. Salesperson said not to worry deposit would be good for quite some time. This person called some minutes later and requested we text photos of our driver's licenses, which we did. Same person then called again asking for my SS number. Gave it to him. Then received a further call informing me that the deposit was only good for 5 days and that I would need to send him the balance of the purchase price within that time frame sayng also, "Don't worry you will love this RV when you get here." Note: The five days included Thanksgiving which would make it hard for funds to clear for us and would make it extremely difficult for us to travel to Ringgold to actually see the RV before providing full payment. Think that's a bit shady? Here's the kicker: Salesperson says that if balance did not arrive by the following Saturday WE WOULD LOSE OUR $1,000 DEPOSIT!! Are you freaking kidding me! This place is clearly an extortion racket posing as a RV dealership. read more

Owner is unprofessional and rude; agreed upon repairs will not be started until they have cash in hand. Expect at least a week from the time you pay till taking ownership. Talk to the service department prior to driving to pick up your camper, do NOT believe anyone in sales or the owner with reference to the status of your camper. Get everything in writing, take pictures of the camper inside and out BEFORE purchasing, they will try to claim that damages that occur while repairing other damages were already there and not part of the agreed upon repairs. In my case this was an 8 inch tear in the linoleum near the slide out. After showing the owner the picture I had taken he brushed it off as a 'common problem' with slides. read more
