April 2026 menu - pork belly dish
Mai Phng P.

Everything went well. We enjoyed every single bite from beginning to end, and the course is a fun culinary adventure with unexpected but well paired combination. Partage is truly a gem off strip. But i still would like to highlight my favourite - the octopus. Next time imma trade it to have it again instead of the cheese course.

I had never actually tried French food before coming here and I've got to admit, I've been clearly missing out. We did the five course tasting menu and every course was phenomenal. The food, the drinks, the ambiance, the service, all top notch. While I can't remember what everything was called the standout dishes were the octopus, carrot gazpacho, the steak and the dessert. All very well worth it and I can't wait to try next month's menu.

From start to finish, Partage was a 5+ star experience. We called in advance to find out if pescatarian could be accommodated. We were assured meat options could be swapped out for equally unique fish choices. The menu changes monthly. My husband had 9 courses, I had 7. We could not decide which amazing dish was our favorite! I was treated to the Alaskan Sable and raw oysters, which by surprise are high favorites. My husband loved the oxtail and the waygu and fois gras. The reviewer who called the service cloying is way off. Every staff we interacted with was professional, courteous, and yes, attentive as they should be in a tasting room. We are so happy to have discovered this gem establishment. The bar has champagne flights, raw oysters, waygu burgers. What a lovely experience.

Unforgettable French dining experience at superb value, a hidden gem, and a must try in Las Vegas! We wanted our last meal at Vegas to be unique and unforgettable, and we were so thrilled to have such a wonderful dining experience at Partage. Located in a strip mall about 10 mins drive from Caesar's Palace and the Venetician, the restaurant offers authentic French cuisine with multiple choices of tasting menus in an intimate setting. Parking is available out front and reservation can be made easily online. When we arrived, our hostess greeted us warmly and brought us to our table. The waiter came and explained the menu in detail. I ordered the five course tasting menu for $120, and my husband ordered the seven course tasting menu for $150. Since I am a pescatarian, I requested non-meat dishes and the chef was able to accommodate me with seafood choices. Each dish was done perfectly with beautiful plating and delicious blending of flavor. My favorites were the squid entree and the sable fish with pasta filled with mushroom. The dessert was to-die-for with an orange pastry layered on a liquor sauce. Since it was my husband's birthday, we also got complimentary creme brulee as a second dessert. As for the service, our waiters were extremely attentive and our beverages were filled all the time. The pacing of the tasting menu was perfect and our dining experience lasted for one and a half hour. The head chef checked in with us at the end to gather our feedback, and we felt their entire staff took high pride in their cuisine and services. With the quality of food and services, fresh menu that changes monthly, and the intimate ambiance, we felt this restaurant was definitely a step above many other high end restaurants on the strip. You can easily pay twice amount on the strip and not receive this level of food and services. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

Such a lovely spot! The outside is definitely deceiving as when you walk in, it feels like you're transported to a classy bar establishment. It may be tough to find parking, but we came on a weekday during cold weather and found a spot easily. We also reserved a spot a few days ahead of time on OpenTable. Service was great! The waitstaff were very attentive and knowledgable and genuinely seemed like they enjoyed working there. The chef changes the menu once a month (typically the third Thursday), so we got the first try of the new items. *Spoilers ahead* My favorites would have to be the 1st dish with the poached eggs and truffles, the carrots over the fish, and the dessert with the rice pudding and shortbread. I also never tried frog before - definitely an interesting but mild taste... any case, It's amazing that the chef rarely repeats dishes! Really a fun and new experience every month! At the price point and what you get, I think it's worth it! Hats off to the chef and staff there! Merci beaucoup!

I had heard great things about Partage for a few years now and finally decided to book up when we were in town for Super Bowl weekend. We had a table booked for 5:45 on Saturday and the restaurant was already busy when we arrived. The restaurant is tasting menu only and I decided to do the 9 course signature and my husband went for the 7 course. We both opted for wine pairings and went for the premium option. We thought this was good value for the wines we enjoyed, and the pours were very generous, but we are big French wine fans Understand that the menu changes every month but for our trip we enjoyed the following: 1. Beef Tartare Amuse Bouche - very tasty and the cracker it sat on really added to the dish. We were excited to get into the main food after trying this. 2. Dungeness Crab - this was actually the one slightly low point in the evening. The grapefruit gel was a little overwhelming, it could have just been a few small dots on the plate and that would have been enough. I also had a fairly large piece of shell in my crab (I understand this happens but given the size would have expected it to be caught). The crab itself though was delicious and very flavourful. 3. Squid Stuffed with Beef - this was quite a hearty fish course, with a lot of beef in the dish. If I am being critical the squid was ever so slightly overcooked (I am being picky) but all in all a good dish. 4. Duck Wellington - this dish was AMAZING! Everything on this dish was just perfect, down to the salad even being seasoned perfectly. Stand out dish of the night for us and should be a permanent fixture on the menu in some way. We both agreed that this was probably the best single dish we have eaten in the US. The wine pairing that went with it was great as well and complimented the dish nicely. 5. Foie Gras (signature only) - I love foie gras when it is done well and Partage knows how to do it. The foie gras was prepared well and the crispy sweetness from the apple was the perfect match. One of the best foie gras dishes I have had anywhere. 6. Fish Course - I forget the fish used here (I want to say halibut but can't remember) but this was a very classic French dish done well. The fish was cooked well, the sauce had a nice sharpness to it and the fish croquettes were decedent and smooth. Nothing groundbreaking but a beautifully cooked dish. 7. Signature Course - The beef was cooked nicely but the dish was a little heavy on the garlic (and I am a garlic fan). Was ok but not what I would call signature dish worthy, just nice enough. 8. Meat Course - this was a well cooked piece of beef served with mushroom stuffed pasta. We did not enjoy the pasta (the dish didn't need it and the flavours overwhelmed everything). Everything apart from the pasta was very well done though, with good flavours. 9. Cheese Course - this was a strong French cheese that was paired with pear and French baguette. Very strong flavour (far stronger than anything we have found in the US in our 3 years living here) but gave my husband his French cheese fix. 10. Deconstructed Crepe Suzette - I sound like a broken record but this was also delicious. Just the right amount of sweetness without being too overpowering. Surprisingly fresh and a really nice way to end the meal. We both agreed that this meal is the single best meal we have had in our time of living in the US. We are originally from the UK, and travelled to France regularly, and this ticked pretty much all the boxes for us (although my husband would have liked a classic cheese course where he picked a selection himself). The wines are all French as well so for us, who have a preference for French wines, it could not be more perfect. If you enjoy French food you have to pop Partage up at the top of your list of restaurants to try. The fact that they change their menu monthly as well gives you an experience to visit regularly. We already plan to visit again in May!

Visit the website for Partage. It describes itself as "a modern French dining experience". I think a meal here is as much about the experience as it is the food. If you examine the menu, you'll see that they do not offer individual entrées. They have tasting menus--5 course, 7 course and 9 course. Wine pairings for the multi-course presentation are also available. What is served changes, as the seasons change. This said ... the plates provided during our visit were both visually appealing as well as flavorful. The serving size of each offering is petite; but the pacing of the meal is such that your brain and stomach coordinate. You shouldn't leave hungry. The service is high touch. The wait staff describes and explains each dish served. The sommelier explains why wines were paired with dishes. There is more than one dining space in the restaurant; overall, the ambiance is very nice.

I had an amazing solo experience at Partage. From the time I walked in, until the time I left, the service was A+! Particularly Ian and Max made sure I had tons of information and conversation during my dinner service. They shared lots of information about the restaurant's history, bistro, wine lounge, and wine club. The dinner space design was very masculine yet romantic. Lots of black, leather, and wood. It literally matches Chef Yuri's esthetic. Confident, handsome, and kind. I did the 9 course tasting menu with the 5 course wine pairing. From the amuse-bouche, to the desserts, almost every single bite was a delightful experience. The amuse-bouche of fioe gras, cherry and vinegar on a toast was an excellent start to the tasting experience. It was also very beautiful to look at. The stars of the night were: Dish 1- the deconstructed lobster roll that served a tempura'd lobster claw and poached lobster with kiwi-tarragon,celery, gelèe on squid ink toast. The lobster flavor was out of this world and with the fried claw there was a tarragon aioli that could have been served on everything. Perfect balance of flavors, textures and temps. Dish 2 - Octopus wrapped in A5 Japanese Wagyu, white beam purse, masa espuma, escabeche sauce. Before this dish, I wasn't a fan of octopus. Clearly what I'd eaten before wasn't properly prepared. The wagyu was smokey and savory from the japanese Kinro grill. What brought it all together for me was the masa espuma. It was salty, sweet, and slightly gritty. Was perfect with the octopus and wagyu. Dish 4 - Foie gras seared on an open Ravioli, roasted chestnut, and orang marmalade. While I was NOT a fan of the marmalade tbe taste and texture of the Foie gras and the chestnut made this dish very special. I'm typically not a fan of liver, but the silky texture of Foie gras made a be"liver" out of me (hahaha). The chestnut and a local mushrooms in the dish provided a perfectly earthy accompaniment. Dish 6 - Wagyu oxtail croquet monsiuer Ok, so I'm obsessed with oxtail anyway. But the wagyu oxtail was a flavor filled fantasy come true. One would think that just mean and bread would need a sauce, but the toast was perfectly buttered and I could taste the fat and marrow in the oxtail. I savored this dish. I turned what should have been two bites into 6! Dish 8 - Goat cheese with raw honey, cardamom tuile, and caramelized almonds. There was also this onion puree garnished on the plate and tuile. If you look up balanced dish or perfectly sweet and savory, this dish is what you'd find. It was only served with one tuile. Chef Yuri came over and introduced himself and I joked about the dish needing two. He was insistent upon grabbing me another and he did. Honestly with the amount of cheese and honey, it needed about 6 tuiles. But charcuterie will never be the same for me going forward having experienced this perfections. All dishes was good but the above were my favorite. If you love food and wine, have a special occasion, are trying to impress someone, or are just looking for excellent service and great vibes, check out Partage. Do make a reservation. They also have a more casual bistro and wine lounge that are available at different hours.

It took 18 addresses across the nation and living in the most chaotic adventurous place on earth to both comprehend and value my peace and solitude. When I stop and think about this it always makes me smile. Everyone I encounter outside of sin city either finds it obnoxious and doesn't understand what's beyond the allure, or instantly gets it. One of the greatest features here is our airport. How it can effortlessly, and efficiently move masses of humans surrounded by the sounds of buzzing slot machines. Inside tip. The airport has the best odds in the slots IMHO. It also means your friends regularly pass through. Every year a mass of friends from around the country attend what has been termed the Super Bowl Vegas Shit Show. I help setup feasts.     I've had Partage ( @partagelv ) on my list to take down since moving here. Everyone told me how amazing it was, and had the best foie gras in town. I'm always skeptical until I sample it myself. Not everything pricey equals outstanding value. I set up an event with one of my great friends from Midland Texas ( think Landman ), and this spot, absolutely crushed it. Everything I heard matched. Flawless service, great drinks, a wild array of flavors throughout the fixed price experience, and the chef was a legend. My buddy has a mushroom allergy too, and they accommodated it perfectly. I rarely eat French food, but when I do, a spot like this, blows my mind.       #hough2026 #rubyist #aienthusiast  #aspiringtriathlete #extremeownership

Partage is an absolute gem! Easily one of the best dining experiences in Las Vegas. From the moment you walk in, the ambience feels warm, modern, and intimate, perfect for a special night out. The tasting menu was incredible from start to finish. We landed on 7 courses. Definitely worth it!! Each dish was beautifully presented and perfectly balanced, showcasing creativity and precision in every bite. The wine pairings were spot-on, enhancing the flavors of each course and showing real thought and expertise behind every pour. The service was exceptional!b! Professional yet friendly, with staff who clearly love what they do and take pride in creating an unforgettable experience. If you appreciate fine dining, attention to detail, and an evening that feels both elegant and personal, Partage delivers on every level. We left already talking about when we'll be back. Truly a standout restaurant!

Let me first start with the service. Absolutely incredible from being greeted by the host to walking out the door. Beyond that, the food was great and the wine was even better! As a Las Vegas local it is nice find a place where the cost of the food matches the quality and creativity on the plate! Partage is a must try experience!

We celebrated our two-year anniversary here and were thrilled to find a chef's tasting menu just off the Strip. We chose the seven-course menu, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Every dish was beautifully prepared. We're not experts in fine dining, but we came for the experience--and it absolutely delivered. The service was hands down the best we've ever had in Las Vegas. From the hostess to our servers--Andrew, Angie, and Nico--everyone made us feel special. Nico in particular was hilarious. All of them were incredibly knowledgeable about each dish. I'll admit I don't have the most adventurous palate, so dishes like frog legs and lamb pushed me outside my comfort zone. Still, they were prepared so well that I truly enjoyed them once I gave them a chance. This is not the spot if you're looking for something casual or aren't open to spending a little extra. But if you're adventurous, open-minded, and want impeccable service with a memorable dining experience, I cannot recommend this place enough--10 out of 10 out of 10.

And based on the first three letters of the restaurant's name, it had to be outstanding, right? First, this WAS a 3 Michelin Star restaurant in 2008-2009, but Michelin no longer rates restaurants in Las Vegas (they should). With that being said it's a AAA 5-Diamond which I guess also means good. I don't know what Firestone or Car and Driver thinks of this place, although the latter would probably not love it since it's not a BMW. All joking aside, if you consider yourself a foodie, then the 12 Course Menu Degustation is a multi-course bucket list item that's somewhat attainable. I've read horror stories of booking other high-end eateries, but take a shot here and you may get lucky. They happened to have a ton of reservations the week before Christmas, so we were lucky. I will say if you're doing a wine pairing, you may not want to get a cocktail beforehand when you're waiting for your table in the lounge. I had a Gin and Tonic and it was huge and blew away the Ultimate G&T by Jose Andres. But the wine pairing with the meal is a LOT of wine and you'll be tipsy unless you're a descendent of Oscar Wilde. Once the experience begins, you'll be amazed at everything that's happening. Service is impeccable with multiple staff members tending to your every need. I'll say even if you think you may not like something, try it and you might surprise yourself. I never truly liked any caviar before eating it here. With that being said, beets are still beets no matter how you slice them. :) It's expensive, but totally worth it in my opinion. I think they have other dining options besides the extravaganza deluxe, but I didn't really pay attention. It was also a phones away event (my idea) for full enjoyment, although a few dishes were so beautiful I was tempted to reach into my pants... for my phone... to clarify. There is a dress code so be sure to comply. For guys, I would recommend a jacket or a tie with dress pants/shoes. For ladies, I'd recommend micro-skirts and crop tops, but I don't think they do... so a nice dress or blouse with appropriate pants/shoes would probably suffice. I was totally blown away and it was definitely the best tasting menu I've experienced... and I've been to Carrabbas's Wine Dinner!

I want to shout out our very attentive server, Patrick. He made our dinner feel so much more informed and intimate. I was unable to take a picture of the set menu and the restaurant changed the menu the next day... so the names of the dishes are from memory. The food was exquisite. Every single dish was perfectly thought out and complimented each other so well. The entire set menu emulated spring with bright, green ingredients. Foie Gras with wine reduction and parmesan cheese foam (5/5): Beautiful introduction. The foie gras was so creamy and delicious. It was almost custard-like with how soft it was. It was fatty, savoury, and a great way to introduce the rest of the set menu. Salad (4.5/5): I loved this! The flavours were so bright and the veggies were so naturally crispy. The chef did a really good job in bringing out the natural acidity of the vegetables. Really was able to indulge in these flavours after the fatty foie gras. Scallop carpaccio topped with caviar and a side of beets (5/5): I would never think to put beets with scallops? This was so good. The umami of the caviar paired with the acidity of the sauce really hit heights. The texture of the carpaccio was perfect as well, almost a melt in your mouth experience. Pea (?) soup with lobster puree (5/5): Not gonna lie, best pea soup I ever had. I didn't even know you could elevate pea soup in this way. The lobster... essence? Puree? Beautiful addition to the soup. 10/10 would have it again. And I don't enjoy peas. Crispy tartine topped with a quail egg, morel mushrooms, asparagus, and parmesan cheese (5/5): Tartine was perfectly flaky, buttery, and crispy. All of the toppings were excellent as well. The fish was well cooked. Very soft and tender. Steak tartare with frites and bread (5/5): SO WELL SEASONED. Usually with steak tartare at other places, I have issues with it being too acidic or overly seasoned. But this was perfection with the fries. NY strip with porcini (?) mushrooms and mashed potatoes (5/5): Very well seared, perfectly cooked and a soft tender experience. The sauce on the side worked so well with the meat. A5 Wagyu with porcini (?) mushrooms and mashed potatoes (5/5): A REAL melt in your mouth experience. I did not have to chew it practically melted in my mouth and was so so SO worth the additional price tag. Yuzu ice dessert with popping candy(?): I'm unsure if they used actual popping candy but whatever they did worked so good with the dessert! It was such a lovely addition to the set menu. Really brought back childhood memories! Yuzu ice cream with pandan sponge cake and (?) wafers sprinkled with assorted nuts and gelee (5/5): I thought this dish had the prettiest presentation. The dessert was also very well thought out and was super creamy and refreshing!

Some restaurants rely on hype or atmosphere to carry the experience. Ohlala French Bistro stands…read moreout because of its quality and reliability. I first visited in May 2023, and after more than twenty visits since then, that combination is exactly why I keep coming back. The escargot arrived sizzling hot with a rich garlic butter that carried the dish well. Escargot itself is naturally mild, so the sauce determines whether the dish works, and here the balance was right. The duck breast was the highlight of the evening. The skin stayed crisp throughout the entire plate and the meat was extremely tender. In fact, halfway through eating I realized I had been cutting the duck with the regular table knife instead of the steak knife they provide, which says a lot about how well the dish was executed. This was also the best version of the duck I've had here so far. Service pacing was also handled very well. My server noticed I was still working on the escargot before asking the kitchen to fire the duck, so the timing between courses felt deliberate rather than rushed. Throughout the meal the staff also checked in regularly, and I never felt forgotten even though the restaurant was very busy. Small hospitality details also stand out here. The bread arrives warm, and the butter is properly tempered rather than cold and hard straight from the refrigerator. The dining room itself is memorable too--chic, slightly eccentric, but cohesive. Chandeliers hang overhead, one wall features black-and-white pinstripes with actual framed animal skulls mounted as art, and the bar area has a marble-style sign with silver lettering for the restaurant's name. Upholstered booths complete the room and give it a polished bistro feel. After more than twenty visits over the past few years, this review is long overdue. Restaurants that maintain this level of quality and service--even on a busy night--earn five stars.

I think the food is ok but I'd go elsewhere for a similar product. Portions are also on the smaller side for the price point. I did enjoy the complimentary and very fresh French bread and butter. Very bright and fresh looking - almost the exact opposite of the current Vegas trend of "let's make it so dark it's actually dangerous". I love the tomatoes and lemons on the table. The service was very friendly. Our friend had the tomato martini and pronounced it "surprising and delicious". The oysters were nice and fresh. Our favorite thing of the night. The steak tartare looked awful and was (according to the friend that ordered it) not good. Definitely didn't look like any tartare I've ever seen. My partner had the filet mignon, which arrived cold. But it was a decent steak. I had the lobster risotto which was, on the other hand, served so hot I couldn't eat it for a while. When it did cool down, it was just OK... nothing special at all and a little salty. Our friend had homemade pappardelle, which looked very hearty. He enjoyed it quite a bit. Not a bad meal and if they were staying open, I'd be temped to try their brunch, which looks intriguing. Or looked. RIP LPM. Hope someone revives the tomato martini.

We started with the fruit plate, served with a crème fraîche buckwheat honey that elevated something simple into something memorable. Then came the Croissant Benedict, which was excellent and generously hammy in the best way. But the real reason we keep coming back is the pastry basket. It arrives with four pieces, and two of them are genuinely special. The kouign-amann is buttery, deeply caramelized, and one of the best I have ever had anywhere. The canelé is everything it should be: a dark, lacquered crust giving way to a custardy interior perfumed with vanilla and rum. The other two, a chocolate croissant and a Nutella brioche, round it out nicely. Pricey? Yes. Worth every bite? Absolutely. We paid $90 for just those three plates without a drop of alcohol, and walked away with zero regrets.

Greeted by a hostesses as if we had been there every weekend for 50 years, and the service got even better from there. The decor is quite nice, with the perfect use of texture to limit any floating conversation. I could actually have a conversation with my wife in my 'inside' voice. The wine list is great, we had a nice rose and burgundy, reminisent of our honeymoon in France. We selected the 4 course dinner. I am a vegetarian, and am use to limited selections at fine restaurants, however, the 4 course meal was one great dish after another. My wife loved every one of her dishes as well, and speaking of dishes, the china with the Curious George was so special since we both hold that little ape close to our hearts.
