I would give this place 3.5 stars, there are just too many good boba places nowadays to give it 4 stars. It is a clean shop with an adorable name and a wide variety of drinks, including milk teas, fruit teas, ice milks, slushies and smoothies. I got the jasmine milk tea with whole milk and boba and would give it 4 stars. The jasmine tea was pleasantly aromatic with only a slight bitterness. The boba is well sweetened and was just a touch too soft. I usually get my drinks less sweet, but I went with the regular sweetness and it was a good level. The other two drinks were not as good. The ice milk with brown sugar wasn't overly sweet and it was ok, but a bit icy and bland. My cousin got the oolong tea with cheese foam and didn't like it, she rated it a 2, saying the foam wasn't cheesy at all and the oolong tea didn't really taste like oolong. The price was ok considering the regular size is a bit bigger than average. read more

I enjoyed getting milk tea here. My favorite drink is jasmine green milk tea. I tried a few other drinks such as oolong milk tea, earl grey milK tea, dirty milk tea, but jasmine green milk tea is still my favorite. I usually ask for extra sweet, less ice because even with extra sweet, my drink is still not sweet enough. They have loyalty card for every drink you purchase so make sure to ask for it if they don't offer it to you. The first few times I was there, the cashiers did not offer it until one time another one actually told us about it. Parking can be hectic since the lot is tiny and people don't always park right which makes it very hard to find a decent spot. Can't believe I haven't written a review for this place! I was pretty sad at the lack of good boba options when I first moved to the valley and a few months later, this place opened up. I've been going here since! It's the ONLY place for good boba in the valley. My boyfriend and I would come here to pick up drinks, and then drive to a different boba shop to get snacks like popcorn chicken, fries, and calamari. I hope they will eventually add snacks to their menu so we could just make one stop here lol. Partea has a pretty good variety of fruit teas and milk teas, as well as cheese foam drinks. I really like that you can adjust the sweetness here because their 75% is still pretty sweet for me! This rating is for the bad customer service. These 2 girls with black hair with highlight on her bangs are rude as hell! Bad customer service, they dont smile, seems like they hate their job!! They shouldnt be working there if they dont like their job!! When you ask or have a conversation, they dont look at you. Huge attitude. I remember I did complain to their Manager way back. If you are like me and cannot study at home, this is a new study spot, mom and pop shop alert! My old study spot became a lounge which decreased its conduciveness to my ability to study there immensely, hence.. Thank God for Yelp because I was able to find this place! There are some great eats in the same plaza in case you get hungry during your long hours working. Parking can be a little tight. But keep circling, you're bound to get one. If you are having a huge boba craving, this is the spot you want to go. Their drinks are huge! They have both a regular and a large size (add 0.50). My sister is a fan of their cheese foam and always gets it on her drinks. You can also choose the sweetness and the amount of ice in the drinks. They have a decent sized menu and have stamp cards, which is always a pleasant surprise. The only downside I have about this spot is the parking. It's located in a plaza and parking can be hard to find at times. They also have weird hours. They do not open until noon and they are closed on one of the weekdays (I think Tuesday). No public restrooms at this time (probably due to COVID, not entirely sure though). Not my favorite boba spot, but it gets the job done when you need a fix. read more

Great selection of tea and milk tea! It gives the satisfaction of having a boba drink in your hand but it really doesn't stand out to me. Here's why.. I ordered brown sugar milk tea with boba and cheese foam. They didn't ask me for the sugar level so they probably just went regular amount. It was too sweet for me. I didnt care much about that. The cheese foam killed it for me, tastes like butter. Compared to the cheese foam I've tried in other places, it is doesn't have that salty sweet taste to it. Made me feel sated with just half my regular drink. I noticed there's are a bunch of Filipino staff, I love it! The word for what I experienced with the cheese foam is that I felt "umay". Do not know how to express that word in English. I love that boba beads tho. It was just the right amount of chewiness. This place is great for studying in groups or by yourself. It is cozy and you dont feel uncomfortable sitting there for a long time. Their decor is so random all over: stars hanging by the glass window, bonjour paris on one wall, a framed artichoke and another is an islander lead. The drinks are decent. Partea Boba has your staple boba options, and some fun seasonal ones as well. They offer a stamp card, so be sure to ask for one if it's your first time! If you get 10 stamps (drinks), you get 1 regular drink for free, however, the stamp card specifically says that you cannot combine cards, which is a bummer. I ordered the Aurora Mango Tea and a Lychee Kiwi Slush. There were hardly any mango chunks in the Aurora which was a tad disappointing, but the flavor was good. Personally, I wouldn't recommend getting the Aurora even though it's a seasonal beverage. My boyfriend said really enjoys the Lychee Kiwi Slush, but recommends switching out the honey boba with lychee jelly instead. If it's close by, Partea Boba is worth going to. Delicious!! This is one of the best teas I've had so far in the valley, hands down. We got white peach coconut slushee (you can get one flavor, or combine from all the options) and oolong milk tea. We requested the oolong milk tea 25% sweet and it was really nice, very nice oolong flavor with a creaminess from the pudding topping we added. If you don't like your drink to be too sweet, I highly recommend this one. It's got a nice earthy (?) aftertaste. You can't adjust the sweetness of the slushee without sacrificing some of the flavor since they use syrup to make it. It all depends on what level sweetness you like but I loved it. I could have asked for less sweetener but again, that's a preference. UJI MATCHA CHEESE FOAM LATTE (5/5): Fantastic. No words. Love this place! One of the best boba spots in my opinion. I've tried a variety of their drinks, and we are addicted! They have stamp cards they give out which is great. Their giant cups made me feel like it would just be an overly sweet generic tea place but this is the total opposite. The tea is actually strong and flavorful without the bitterness. They described the Earl Grey MT as tasting like fruity pebbles, and that reeled my husband in! I got my drink 75% sweet and it was sweet enough for me, but my husband got full sweetness and he enjoyed his (he's got a bigger sweet tooth than I do!). I got the small, or the regular, and I turned around to mouth "this is a boba BUCKET" at my spouse. It's... a lot of tea. I got the house milk tea at half sweetness. Turns out this place is pretty good about moderating their flavors and - I'm guessing - doesn't use powder, so half-sweet is basically unsweetened tea. Powerful flavor! I couldn't be happier to live a few blocks from Partea Boba! I recently moved to the valley and wasn't thrilled about the lack of boba shops in the area. However, to my surprise there are good boba in the valley! I tried both Passionfruit green tea and Sea salt cheese foam with green tea and both drinks were quite delicious!
