food is great , boba is great & service is great . always a good experience at this location & always has been one of my favorites to visit .

I was craving boba near panorama city and this was recommended closest to me so I came to Quickly boba. It was not busy inside I was the only one ordering I ordered the green tea smoothie boba and it was really good! I usually prefer boba shops that I can choose my sweetness but it actually was not that sweet here so it worked perfectly for me. It was a fast experience they accept Apple Pay! Parking was not a good experience though there was only one spot left and it was tiny. I didn't notice any nearby street parking so be aware. Overall if I'm in the area again and wanting boba I may come back here just hope there's parking!

So awesome that this is finally open! Compared to its sister stores I'd definitely like to taste more of the brew (black tea) instead of the milky flavor with their house milk teas. Tried the Oolong Milk, House Milk, Almond Milk, Caramel Milk, and Thai tea and all so yummy but each have some room for improvement!! 3/5 rating. Also tried their popcorn chicken, tofu, & mini corn dogs. Can't go wrong with that. 4/5! Definitely will be back to give them another try. :)

This is really close to me and they also sell appetizers and I've pretty much tried most of them. I never have any problems with my order. A lot of selection for drinks. It's never busy, usually just me or 1 or 2 people, no lines. They have tv while you wait. They're also quick at serving. Friendly service.

Bang for buck! The $9.99 combo is bomb! Can't say nothing else than it's worth it! Let's not forget to mention that we made it on their Polaroid picture wall

A nice small place for snacks with friends after school or after work. I love going here for the Hokkaido milk tea! The cashiers are always super nice too!

Popcorn chicken was decent, would possibly order again although I did notice there weren't any of the green leaves that they usually put at multiple other locations I've visited which does make a flavor difference. Small serving of Calamari with barely any breading, was stale and texture wise hard to chew. Tried to order fries but they were out then tried to order curly fries and was told they were out of all kinds of fries.

Hopped on Yelp to find a coffee spot and Steeple House came up. Interestingly enough, the coffee shop is located within a church campus so it's a bit harder to find. We did get to find it thanks to a kind young man who directed us. Now, don't be afraid to stop in because it's located within a church campus. The coffee they serve are great. From Onyx to Black and White Coffee Roasters. The litmus test for how well a barista can do is ordering an espresso straight. My brother's shot was under extracted and he gave it a 2.5, mine was better and was a 3.5/4 Majority of shops will definitely pull shots and use roasts that are more in the classic profile which we don't really like, but it hits with 95 percent of "coffee snobs" we however, prefer true medium roasts that aren't "burnt" or "strong", but when most people are ordering iced lattes, we understand that you need that burnt taste in order to cut through all that milk. Service was great and the vibe is super chill. It's a relatively small shop but it's a nice place to study and to chill.

Like it's fully in a church village kind of thing. While drinking my coffee, little kids were brought out on their recess to play. So be aware of that, but there's also an inside section if you want a bit more quiet. The interior is really cute with free WiFi and fun drinks. The staff was very friendly and nice. I ordered the banana cold brew which was really good and my friend had the matcha latte. The chocolate croissant was also really good! Delicious! :)

When I arrived just before 10am on a Saturday, there was a staff member and a customer, so I didn't have to wait long to order. Inside, there was a couch and a few tables for seating, and the background music was great - very chill vibes. I chose the Mango Pandan Latte ($6.75). It was creamy, fragrant, and balanced the flavors of mango and pandan very well. Minutes after I received my drink, the staff member brought out another drink for me. They said that they re-did my drink because the first one didn't have sugar, which was kind of them, but unnecessary. I preferred the first drink because it wasn't as sweet.

We decided to stop and give it a try. I'll admit, I was a little skeptical at first because I'm not a fan of sugary coffee drinks or coffee made with condensed milk. I love espresso and prefer my coffee strong, with an actual coffee flavor. Since it was 106° outside, I was definitely looking for something cold, so I decided to order an iced Americano. They have a huge selection of teas and plenty of iced drinks, so there are lots of options if you're more of a tea person. I also appreciated that they had a low-carb option for my coffee. I ordered mine with Splenda and asked for a splash of half-and-half. They didn't have half-and-half, but they offered heavy cream instead, which worked just fine. The person taking our order was super nice and friendly, which was a great first impression. The only downside was the wait. It took quite a while for our drinks to come out, and unfortunately, the shop was extremely hot inside. It didn't seem like the AC was running, and with it being 106° outside, standing around waiting for our drinks was definitely uncomfortable. Once our drinks finally came out, though, I was pleasantly surprised. We ordered two iced Americanos one with brown sugar and one with Splenda and my coffee was really, really good! It had the strong coffee flavor I was looking for and wasn't overly sweet at all. We also ordered a chocolate milkshake, which my son really enjoyed. Overall, I'm glad we decided to stop here. I went in expecting more of a sugary drink-focused place, but the iced Americano was actually really good and had the bold coffee flavor I like. The service was friendly, and there are tons of drink options. Hopefully they can improve the AC and the wait time, because otherwise, I'd definitely stop by again when I'm in the area.

I came when it was not busy and got my drink in under two minutes. However, the person sitting next to me (with the cutest doggie! They're dog friendly, I think ) waited longer than 10 minutes for her drink. However, this was during a rush and when it was probably the busiest in the morning (?) AMBIANCE AND ENVIRONMENT: The music volume was pretty good. It was low level when the place got busy due to people chatting, machines, ice scooping etc., but when it wasn't so busy, the level was about medium due to the atmosphere being more quiet. The vibes were Mumford and sons, Oasis, Of Monsters and Men, the Head and the Heart, and some classical sprinkled here and there. It is smaller than a chain, but cozy with quite a few seats and table options. I think they did a great job at making the best of the space. The space also encourages community as half of the seating options are shared/shareable. All within an arms reach, which in my personal opinion, is plenty of space. Because of this, it encourages you to acknowledge your fellow human being sitting across, or beside you. The environment was clean, bright, and comfortable. The environment feedback I woukd give is perhaps a stronger sun shade in the windows that the bar and stools face. I first sat here but within minutes decide to move because the heat was a bit too much for me. Again! A personal preference. Coffee shops can also naturally get warm due to the energy being used for the machines and refrigerators, so something to consider. The air-conditioning kicked in a little later which helped make it more comfortable. Another thing I noticed is the outlet near the corner table and lounge chairs has a an outlet extender plugged into the wall outlet, but the wall outlet is extremely loose with no faceplate. This can cause electric shock, wiring damage and possible fires. I know from personal experience. It's a real easy and cheap fix that I highlyyy recommend they do ASAP. Just trying to be helpful because I really, really like this spot. FOOD AND DRINKS: I ordered a Hibiscus Berry Blend, as is, iced. It was $5.00 even. It is served in a14 Oz. cup. With ice, it's probably about 12-13 Oz. of drink you're getting. I think it was worth it. The flavor was equal and very nice. Not too fruity, not too watery. It wasn't sweet, due to me not asking for any additional sweetener. As I sat and worked, I heard a lot of other orders and some were very creative. So they do have all those fun drinks people love to indulge in occasionally. They also have classic drip coffee and loose leaf tea. THE REASON WHY I TRIED INICIO: The biggest thing I noticed, being an activist myself involved in many efforts for social justice through my work and personal life, was their mission to erase modern day slavery. Human trafficking is a horrible thing that unfortunately is haooening right before out very eyes. They donate a portion of all food, drink, and catering sales to Justice 180. That is honestly, the reason why I came. I would love to partner with them and invite them to come cater at my center. I plan to spread the word about this place and continue to support them.

Unfortunately, I wish I could say the same thing about the customer service. Our experience inside the store today was incredibly unwelcoming. The clerk/cashier was not approachable at all, and her demeanor made us feel as though we were being judged rather than welcomed as paying customers. We were there because we genuinely wanted to buy and enjoy their baked goods, yet somehow we walked away feeling like we were being treated as if we couldn't afford to shop there. And that's the part I find disappointing: great products do not excuse poor customer service. You can make the best ensaymada in town, but if the person behind the counter makes customers feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, or looked down upon, the quality of the food becomes almost beside the point. People remember how a business makes them feel. I hope the owners of Max & Lucy's take customer service as seriously as they apparently take their baking. Your products deserve praise, but your customers deserve warmth, courtesy, and basic respect too. A smile, a welcoming attitude, and treating every person who walks through the door like a valued customer cost absolutely nothing. Sadly, despite how much I enjoyed the ensaymada, I cannot recommend this place to my friends based on the service we received. Great baked goods may get someone through the door once. Great customer service is what makes them want to come back. The ensaymada left a very good taste in my mouth. The customer service definitely DID NOT.
