Partridge Creek was really helpful in handling our needs. I've never needed to coordinate a funeral before and was unsure what to do. Alina helped answer all of my questions and provided solid information that helped me a bunch. Also, their pricing is somewhat "ala cart", which means you're not spending money on things you don't need or want. Partridge Creek Mortuary has amazing staff that patiently take you through the difficult steps of losing one that you love. We had no idea how much was involved in laying someone to rest and they were there to answer all of our questions. They helped us to plan all of our arrangements and ensure that our mom was taken care of every step of the way. Such a difficult time made so much better by these amazing people. I have passed their location a million times and never realized they were there. Then when I did not know I was going to need it there they were. My momma never wanted anything fancy - she never w me wanted to talk about her death - and so when it came to me having to make arrangements unexpectedly this amazing groups of people made it so easy. Their compassion, their desire to make you feel like you are the most important people in the world at that moment is unmatched by anyone I have ever spoken too. I highly respect the individuals that work at this business. They were professional and kind when they came to assist with my dad's death. They have a genuine care for the type of work they do and for the people they assist. They'll treat you like their family. God forbid I have to use their services anytime in the near future, but if I did, they are the only place Id ask for help. Don't get me wrong its a nice place for a viewing and the owner is supportive however taking care of the loved ones after my family and i are extremely disappointed and saddened. We picked out a $80 lovely urn that we thought represented him however our beloved was not secure in it he fell out twice. The bottom of the urn is cheap, with holes in the bottom because of the screws and extremely soft wood on the bottom. We asked for it to be replace as we thought it was just that product. We had to call to confirm that it was ready for us, even though they were supposed to call us when they had received the second urn, As we trying to transfer him into the second one, she notified us that this is how it's just made and you're going to have to be careful. Why would you offer a product that will not secure our beloved one, and then proceeded to hand a bag with the rest of his remains saying oh, and I forgot this the last time you came in to pick up your pendants of him. Not to mention during the viewing, they do not secure the Blindspot to see him as you walk in We were told you wont be able to see him as you walk in because some of us were not ready to see him like that, and I was forced to see him the moment I walked in. read more

Our father tragically passed away on a flight and we were really stressed about finding a good mortuary to take care of him since we did not live in the area he was traveling to. Popeh from Patridge Creek Mortuary was very responsive and very understanding of our situation. The whole process was good and even though the mortuary made a few mistakes (did not include signature required for cremation receipt via USPS and our dad's cremains was shipped to me instead of our our Mom by mistake, Popeh rectify the situation and took care of us. While I hope no one has to work with mortuaries often...but if you need to, I highly recommend Patridge Creek Mortuary and ask for Popeh. read more

I cannot say enough good about this place. And am shocked they don't have many 5 starts!! All three people we came in contact were truly so caring! I wasn't going to go see my brother before cremation but I am soo happy I did! They made him look so peaceful and treated us like family. They really connected with us and something so special happened that when one of the guys spoke with my mom, it was like my brother used him to say what my brother would've loved to say to mom to give her peace and what mom needed to hear. It was so very special and I am soooo happy that happened and my family witnessed it. When we left, each of those three contacts gave us hugs and my mom says she made a new friend. read more

Our sister in law passed away and they were so loving and kind and treated her with dignity, it really meant a lot to our family. They really care about your loved one and it truly showed by their actions. I highly recommend them.
