I can't believe I haven't done review for Vincent and his crew before now. We have done several parties with him over the years. We've had 30 to 300 guests. Amazing! Every time. He covers all of the basics and the exotics. Wonderful fresh fish. Great rolls of so many variations. He can do anything you ask. Vegetarian options are always available. They come full equipped.
