Stage Left Productions - New intimate venue at 5930 West Greenway Road Suite 1A, Glendale AZ 85306

I let that go at the time, assuming it was an isolated issue. Unfortunately, I am now having a similar and even more concerning experience. I recently purchased tickets for an upcoming production and only discovered that the company is listed as "temporarily closed" when I visited the website to confirm the address. No notification was ever sent to inform ticket holders that the production would no longer be taking place. Since learning this, I have reached out multiple times to request information about when I would receive a refund for my ticket. To date, I have received no response. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service is extremely disappointing. Customers should not have to actively investigate whether a paid event is still happening, nor should they be left without responses regarding refunds for canceled productions.

I really enjoyed "Grand Horizons" with its well written dialogue and the perfect casting. My "loyalty" to certain characters kept shifting which made it interesting and just like life and its complexities. Much success in your new home Stage Left!

The long-admired musical "42nd Street" is not to be missed at the Arizona Broadway Theater! I…read moreattended opening night last evening and had an experience I'll never forget. The show was top-notch on every level: scenery, lighting, costumes, choreography, acting, singing, and the live orchestra in the pit. Everyone on stage was bursting with talent that is rarely seen anymore. Specifically, the rhythmic sounds of tap dancing, with the whole troop loudly stomping their heel and toe metal plates with stunning speed in perfect unison. This production absolutely nailed the emotional real-life message. Presented on stage was something everyone can relate to: laughing, crying, dreaming, and touching the human soul in its endeavor to never let dejection permanently impede our hopes for unrealized happiness. In our troubled times, this classic musical offers a dazzling and superb stimulus to recommit ourselves to maintaining happiness as an ongoing goal at every stage in life. The words from one of the iconic show songs state it better than I can: "Come on along and listen to, the lullaby of Broadway. The hip hooray and bally-hoo, the lullaby of Broadway!" On a final note, meals are often described as a "rubber chicken dinner," where food is merely an accompaniment to the main event. This is not the case at the Arizona Broadway (dinner) Theatre. The food easily competes with any remarkable restaurant!

We got close a couple times so he swiped his employee card so some of us try again. The prizes are typical crane game prizes. They even have a mini rubber ducky game for kids that you can play til you win something. I'm not sure if that changes on other days. He was also saying there is a day that all the machines are half price, but I cannot remember if that was on Tuesdays or Wednesdays. There is also a Halo game in there, a merry go round, as well as tables in the back for a birthday party. On my visit, it was a good time for all--kids and adults. If you have smaller kids and don't wanna do the Round 1/Main Event/Fat Cats/Dave & Busters, this is the place to go. I would definitely visit again. We had more adults than kids in our group and we all enjoyed our time there. :)

Worst claw machine place we have ever been to!…read more First, win rate on the claws is abysmal. Very hard to win. Second, the prizes are not good. Bags of chips, ramen bowls, and cheap toys. Not one Pokémon plush. No Mario. Hardly any name brand stuff. Third, trade in prizes are not good. Nothing worth trying to trade up for. No trade in values listed and when I asked the guy at the front the price to trade in, he started explaining stuff like he didn't even understand it. Fourth, guy at the front counter could not have been less helpful. Asked several questions and it was like talking to a 5 year old. Finally, has expired stuff in the prizes. Won the attached online points and they are expired. What the crap? Went to claw zania and that place was much better! Will never return.

The entry fee is low, the people are friendly and leave you alone and the cars are so cool you can lose your friend easily. Some of the cars are open so you can take pictures in them. I'll add the positives from our trip here in the meantime: The staff was very friendly. They walked & rode around the building during our visit and were happy to answer questions. They encouraged our kids to be engaged. The building was very clean & laid out so well. Our kids loved the free game room. I don't know a thing about cars, and my kids were still able to have a great time and sit in a lot of cool cars. There was also a lot of interesting history on all the placards. The price was higher than other reviews indicated, but that was on me for not verifying! We found it worth the price anyway. ---------------- I'm going to say the bad right off the bat: there was a topless woman painted on an antique gas pump right by the old race cars. For that reason only, we will never go back. As a woman, that is so degrading and disgusting, and to have that around children is inexcusable. Otherwise I would have given this place 5 stars. I am so angry that I wish I could get my money back.
