It is $18 for 2 hrs which is less expensive than places like cloud house or little avenue, but this place is a little smaller and less "fancy" (not a bad thing, I love the Montessori toys!). My son played for almost the whole 2 hours and instantly passed out on the ride home haha. Lots of fun toys, the ball pit was his favorite! This place is clean and well organized. Was a tiny bit hard for me to find at first when driving around the parking lot but that's my only complaint. Really sad to see this place go at the end of the month, but so glad we got to visit!

We opted for the 90 minute open jump, which is $20.99 per person, but they also get you with the required Stratosphere Grip Socks which adds another $3.50, so essentially it was $50 for our visit not including snacks. We made our way around the trampoline park including some basketball, general jumping, running, parkour / obstacle course, climbing wall, and my daughter did the slide. 90 minutes was more than enough, although I can see why younger kids may want to stay longer for parties and such. Employees are nice enough although when we wanted a snack from the cafe, we had to wait a bit for someone to help us... All things considered, this place is spacious, clean, and a great way for kids and adults to get some energy out, but it comes with a cost!

In addition, it's so nice to have the live online option so I don't have to drive to all over. We don't have a Code Ninja near us, so it's wonderful this is available. He accommodated my request as well and the pricing was reasonable as we booked for him to travel to a public park. He arrived 30 minutes early for set up and was very engaging with the kids (ages 2 to 12). The kids also loved the adults versus kids match, this was a big hit for our party and all of our guests enjoyed the interactive games. My family and I had fun but we would have had the same amount of fun playing nerf guns at our house after how horrible the staffing treated us. 1. We payed extra for our kids to play with the bigger guns and they died a few minutes into the game. What made matters worse was no staff were to be found and we actually had To go behind the counter and get our own new guns that did not involve charging because they were so poorly taken care of. we literally were not able to get help anywhere or able to find any staff! 2. The bullets are in HORRIBLE condition. My gun was constantly jammed because of the poor condition of what is given for people to play with. They should reallly take the time to care for and inspect their equipment periodically before parties come in. 3. My family showed up 35+min early to do waivers and staff was informed we were reserved for the upcoming class. Nobody came to take care of us until our time had already started to be in the arena and because the mismanagement of time we started ten minutes late. The guys working said he would fix it by extending the time and he did not uphold his promise and stopped right when the time was suppose to stop despite what he told our family. 4. The staff seem to hate there job which was the cherry on top after everything we went through. Very disappointed with our experience and hope these things can be fixed so other families do not have to experience what we did tonight. I have to use my own sanitizer and get napkins to wipe down a place to sit. The bathrooms are disgusting. Never clean. Out of toilet paper and paper towels. Lack of comfortable seating. There should be an exoress kiosk for those with memberships that you put in your phone number and it spits out the wristband. The 2 workers at the check in take 5 to 10 minutes to check in new families who have to sign up and sign waivers. It is so Loud. The constant loud beeping of machines and on the weekends, the birthday party announcementst hurt my ears. I also presented a complimentary Basic Pass voucher that I had received on a previous visit. The cashier told me that the Basic Pass only covered the trampolines, but since we wanted access to the deluxe attractions, we would need to upgrade. That was completely fine with me. However, instead of charging the Shorty Pass upgrade price for my child under 40 inches, I was charged the full Deluxe Pass price of $26.99 instead of the $11.99 Shorty Pass. After realizing the mistake, I spoke with the manager. Rather than correcting the pricing error or issuing a refund for the difference, I was told that no refunds could be given and was offered another Basic Pass voucher. That does not resolve the issue. I didn't want another Basic Pass--I simply wanted to be charged the correct price for my child based on the pass that should have applied. This situation could have easily been avoided if employees were properly trained on the different pass options and how promotional vouchers can be applied. Customers shouldn't have to pay more because of employee misinformation. I hope Urban Air improves its staff training so this doesn't happen to other families.

I thought I was paying $12 a kid and mandatory socks were $2.50. Coming from out of state I had no clue there is fall break for the area I ended up paying $85 for 3 kids. She handed my kids the socks and wrist bands before I even paid so now there was no going back. The toddler area was scary and unsafe, it looked like there was once a gate but the gate is half gone. Big kids came in destroying the toddler area. After an hour we left. Such a waste of money.
