They arrived over an hour late for our reservation and then took another hour to get set up all during our peak time due to a "broken laptop." Leading up to the day, they were extremely informative in answering any of our questions whether it be coordinating arrival times, hours of service needed, etc. They reached out prior to the wedding to confirm our backdrop selection as well as the template option we wanted to use for our photo booth print outs. On the day of our Wedding we had Cesar as our photo booth attendant and he was so much fun, brought the energy and really engaged with everyone at the photo booth. He even went above and beyond and stepped in as the interim MC when he saw that the dance floor was a bit quiet. I highly encourage anyone looking to consider using them. You will not be disappointed.
