Cute little place on the water next to a little marina. Outdoor seating with several tables with umbrellas. We found one table under a tree to enjoy our cheeseburgers and the beautiful breeze off the ocean. You order at window and they give you a buzzer to let you know when food is ready. Cheeseburger was cooked perfectly with American cheese. Lettuce looked like it had been freshly sliced plus a juicy slice of tomato. We also ordered French fries with Cajun seasoning. So delicious we ate every single bite.

Hit Pa's Place once again as I was in the vicinity & don't often get the chance to enjoy properly prepared & fried fresh quality seafood. Had the fried cod sandwich on a roll. Comes with lettuce & tarter. Counter was fine with including my requested additions of cheese slice & onion & pickle. Delish & loved that they cut this generous sandwich in half for me & without it getting squished in the process. Counter service is excellent.

    Marina waterfront views.

Updating my review to say Pa's Place now serves wine and beer. Updated menu is even better and great weekend brunch with plenty of seating.

Stopped by this morning for breakfast. Great spot to eat outside on a beautiful day. The omelette and avocado toast were delicious and the staff were super friendly.

Came here again for Father's Day, the place has really improved! I enjoyed my omelette as it was very packed with contents and delicious. The price you pay for the quality of omelette is also very good! Don't know if it's because other places have gouged their prices, but Pa's is a good cost. The service was also very nice, with such friendly staff that made for an enjoyable experience! The ambiance was also pleasant as well, the indoor seat perfect for the rainy morning with good access to condiments and the counter!

Great breakfast find! Opens at 8 most days, nice outdoor seating with umbrellas and a nice view of some water. Food is better than average with wholesome options and fast service. Try the Athena breakfast sandwich for a nice egg and spinach omelet on wheat toast.

Came for a Father's Day breakfast with the family. It's a small place near the marina in Guilford. You order at a window and when the buzzer goes off, pick up your food at a window on the other side of the building. Despite the holiday, it didn't take long to order and prepare our meals. I got the breakfast platter for $12. The eggs were cooked way beyond over easy, which meant I couldn't dip my toast into the yolks. Toast was two thick slices of rye, with seeds! Kielbasa was fantastic and generous. The spicy tots were a refreshing twist on standard tots. Overall, a solid meal for the price, and we plan to return for lunch soon!

Fantastic seared tuna salad and a charming location. Quality is high and prices are low. What more can you ask for?

Three words: food with 'tude…read more Now for a few more words: The decor is lovely and light--large windows, sun-splashed walls, cheerful artwork, a stylish bar. There's even some outdoor seating on the patio out back when the weather's nice. All the makings of a winning restaurant, complete with tasty and fresh food on the healthy side of the fence. So, why only two stars? Our waitress was decidedly snippy, and on several occasions made us feel as if we were being difficult--which is so far from the truth. Exhibit A: My mother orders a cobb salad, which is supposed to come with avocado. Hers does not. My mom says to the waitress, "I think this is supposed to come with avocado. My salad was missing it." Waitress: "Okay, I"ll get you *some more*--implying that my mother was trying to scam them into giving her more. Exhibit B: My salad, marinated chick peas atop some garden greens, was supposed to come with a lemon vinaigrette. There was no dressing on the side, nor was the salad already dressed. She tried to tell me that the salad didn't come with a dressing, but if *I* thought it would make my meal better, I could have some. (Ummm, it's on the menu. Can I please just have it?) My mother and I both could have done without the condescending tone. Even the process of requesting some bread for the table made us feel like we were imposing. In all, I understand that Exhibits A and B stem from a kitchen problem, but the waitress just handled things poorly. And it wasn't like she was new to the job either. I'm not saying the customer truly is always right (though we were); however, wtih service like that, I'd rather dine elsewhere. Tis a shame; the food was pretty good.

Our server was so out of touch with good customer service. All food and otherwise establishments should demand great customer service from their employees. Our server was everything Holly said. Here is where my extra 2 cents comes in. It is an aestheticly nice place, with all the acrutements in place. However, I did not like the way my cobb salad veggies etc were chopped into tiny bits. I couldn't keep any of it on a leaf to enjoy. Most of the "vittles" fell down to the bottom of my salad bowl as they would not stay on my fork. That combined with the dissapointing service - brings me to a score of 2 stars.

True Score: 4.5 Stars…read more What a find, booze and GREAT simple food. Who would have thought? This was close to a 5 star. Kind of stumbled upon this place. It's kind of in the middle of nowhere. Thank goodness we did. Here's the combination. Small quaint place with some tables but this is mainly a bar place. Great drinks, cold beer, and great food. I will emphasize this again, GREAT food. Everything is made to order, so don't expect to get your food in 10 minutes. It's a small place usually attended by one person, the bartender. Super cool patrons with a little sports on the tube. Hint: Order the French onion soup!! It's a must. The greatest bowl of FO we have ever had. Once again, who would believe it? Amazing spot that checks all of the old school boxes. We never miss it when we are in the area. Don't ever change. Thanks

He was a frequent customer, known to management. When the space opened up, our server, Drew, offered to move us further away from him. Kudos to Drew. The food was good. Outside on the covered porch, they have both dining tables and high tops facing the water. The outdoor space is limited and they have tables inside as well, but I'd recommend the outdoor seating on a nice day, if you're dining alone or with up to 2-3 people. My favorites are the New England Clam Chowder and Lobster Roll. Their fries aren't my favorite and even though I'm not a huge fan of truffles, their truffle fries were also quite good. One thing to note is that the service level has varied. Sometimes it's been quite slow and we've also had a mix-up with the order. If they raised the service level, it'd feel even more upscale.
