The more affordable of the Pasadena fleas. Easy to park location with many bathrooms available. Not as extravagant as the Rose Bowl but more quirky. A lot of the same vendors that frequent Long Beach and Topanga along with the Rose Bowl. I've found this and Long Beach to be fun all day treks. Seem to always find better odds and ends in the garage. There's a secondary area for vendors across the tennis courts a short walk either along the sidewalk or behind the tennis courts. Park on the surrounding streets but watch your time and read the signs well. This is a fantastic once a month event held at Pasadena City College parking lots and structure. There are vendors that sell the same things you find at every open air market such as cheap jewelry and resellers of online products. But there are some unique and true vintage items you just have to know your stuff and look. There are food and drink vendors on site, getting a large cup of refreshing cucumber lemonade to walk around with is the best. read more

What a fun way to spend a few hours. The Pasadena City College market has sure grown since my last visit a lot of years ago. It is huge! The only problem I had was being too hot ( in January!) and the sun blinding me. If you are lucky enough to go on a cool day with cloud cover you would be a lot better off. There are also venders inside the garage and it was cool in there. Like any flea market, you have to walk by a bunch of junk but there is treasure to be found. Of course it all depends on what you're looking for. I was happy to find a big stack of .25-cent vintage photos and some wonderful old valentines for only $2. each. Lots of old clothing and vinyl . Some venders bargained and others didn't. I suggest eating before because there are no good venders -- and bring a water bottle. We found street parking easily. read more

This was my first visit to the Pasadena City College (PCC) Flea Market, and overall, it was a great experience. Google Maps provided easy-to-follow directions. You'll park in Lot 5 and pay for parking at the yellow kiosk. Be sure to know your license plate number, as it's required during payment! The machine doesn't print a physical ticket. Parking costs $2, and from there, you'll need to walk across campus to reach the three vendor lots (1, 3, and 4). If you plan to shop, I highly recommend bringing a rolling cart as it makes carrying your goods much easier. I came mainly to browse CDs and plants. I was surprised that there were tons of CDs available. I assumed vinyl would dominate the scene, but I was impressed by the CD selection. Most of the best CD deals were on the upper level of the covered parking lot 4. Each booth is a bit of a mixed bag and vendors typically don't specialize in a single genre. The plant selection was a bit sad. Only four vendors were selling plants, and just one had a selection that stood out with some unique-to-me offerings. Bring cash! The vast majority of vendors are cash-only, although a few do accept Zelle or Venmo. Also, if you're planning to sift through a lot of items, especially stacks of CDs like I did, bring hand wipes. My hands got pretty grimy after going through several booths. Overall, this flea market offers a fun mix of items, and their CD and vinyl selection is especially impressive. read more

This flea market is so large! Parking is $2, be sure to know your license plate because you're going to have to input it in the yellow kiosk that is available on each level. Have been to the Rose Bowl Flea Market and its immense size has always been overwhelming to me. Recently discovered the Pasadena City College and it's the perfect size, plus it's free... 5 stars!!!!! Find that special treasure needing a new home, from housewares to decor items to furniture to toys to clothes to books to old records to even plants! Guaranteed that you'll find something but even if you don't, simply browsing is more than enough fun. Make sure to hit up the vendors in the outside parking lots on Hill Street first and end your adventure in the multilevel parking structure overlooking the PCC track to keep you cool on a warm, hot day. Don't be afraid to ask for a discount, especially when buying multiple items. Make sure to remember to stop by the first Sunday of every month, starting at 8 am, if you are free! There is a parking structure for customers within a five minute walk but there are also plenty of free street parking spaces that are even closer if you're willing to look. read more

For only a cost of $2 in parking, this is a great way to spend a few hours walking around! The layout is peculiar because there are three-ish different lots that have vendors them and you can only get to each by walking through the campus. There is not real logical way the selections are arranged, so it's a bit of a mixed bag of how you find things--if you don't mind a bit of a scavenger hunt, I think you'll enjoy it! read more

A great free way to spend a couple of hours if you are looking for something to do the 1st Sunday of the month! I don't really like shopping but had to entertain some tweens and they had a really fun time. The price points had a nice range so there is something for everyone. We even stumbled upon 1 vendor that had a box of free clothes and got some new-to-us items for free! Some parts of the vendor area are tucked inside a parking lot so it can be a shady reprieve for a hot day. It didn't feel crowded or overwhelming at all (although we didn't show up until close to 1:30pm - still plenty of vendors available) and parking was easy at their lot for $2. read more

This is one massive flea market! For jewelry, vintage clothing and vinyl, I don't think you can do much better. It is vast, spread out over multiple parking lots and free. Many vendors start to shut down between 1 and 2 pm, so it's best to show up early. The record section is inside the parking structure. If you want to be thorough, there is another floor of vendors on the floor below. Great place to walk around if you're into flea markets. They only have a couple of vendors for food/drinks, so not many options. My best friend of a hundred lifetimes and I have been going to this flea market for the past few months. Unfortunately, life has sent him to live in Ventura with his wife and me to live in San Bernardino with mine. Approximately halfway between is the Pasadena CC Flea Market. Parking is convenient. We get there at 8:00 and there are many spaces available. The map on the PCC website is accurate and useful. In order to park, you just need to insert $2 and punch your car's license plate into a parking kiosk. Look for the line of people. Many bring carts. We bring tote bags. Many of the vendors are regulars, but many of them have enough different things to sell from month to month to keep buyers interested. We spend the morning there, eat lunch at the taco truck (there is only one main taco truck there), and roam until we have had enough. We like to start outside with the vendors in the north lot while it is still cooler, make our way south towards the other lots, and finish up in the parking structure. One person's junk really is another person's treasure. Bring cash, but some vendors do accept Venmo and credit cards for large payments. read more

Overall it's a nice way to spend your weekend morning with the kids, the dog, the grandparents taking a stroll through the nice lush campus and rummaging through vintage wares. You can find some nice unique items, vintage clothes, jewelry, plants, records and decor but some are a bit overpriced. There are 3 sections, one in front of the campus by Colorado the other off to the side in Hill street and the third inside the parking structure, so it's a large enough space to get your steps in. They do have some foodtrucks but not enough. So be sure to bring a snack and water. Also bring a reusable bag to carry your purchases. The entrance is free and can enter through anywhere in the campus. The parking lot is $2 and entrance is through Bonnie Ave. There are plenty of well labeled signs for parking, bathroom, etc and information booths to help you find what you need. read more

Came here for the first time with my family and we had a blast! We explored this place for about 3 hours and each bought at least an item. The vendors were friendly and nice. You can also bargain with most (if not all) the vendors to get the price of some of the items reduced. Most of the vendors don't have places to try on your clothes, so I recommend coming in shorts and a thin shirt. They have over 500 vendors both located outside of Lot 4 and inside two floors of the parking lot. They had so much to explore, including plants, clothes, posters, vinyls, shoes, books, pottery, utensils, etc. There's also food trucks stationed nearby if you get hungry and want a quick bite. I was on my way back home on Sunday at 11 AM and I accidentally noticed this jam-packed flea market. Since I had time to spare, I made a detour and stopped by here. [Hours]: First Sunday of every month 8 AM to 3 PM [Parking]: $2 all-day parking at Student Parking Lot 5 (off of Bonnie Ave) & you'll need to know your license plate number. You will be parking at a designated parking structure at PCC (Pasadena City College) and the lot is approximately 5 minutes away from the flea market. [Amenities & vendors]: Free admission! This flea market has one of the biggest collections of vinyl record/used CDs & DVDs vendors in Southern California. Most of record vendors are located inside of a parking structure (Student Parking Lot 4, Level 2 &3) & you will find them on both levels. In addition, there are tons of antique/comic/coin/book vendors inside of Student Parking Lot 4. Unlike Student Parking Lot 4, Student Parking Lot 1 and Lot 3 are outdoor parking lots and there are no places to hide from the intense SoCal sunlight. You will mostly find boutique vendors/beaded necklace/furniture on Lot 1 and Lot 3. In fact I randomly found a Tazos binder and actually made a purchase too. Restrooms are also easily accessible as few of them are opened to the public across the campus. Expect 400+ vendors with 50+ record and used music vendors + small & limited selection on food vendors. Overall this is a heaven for record collectors and definitely one of the more exciting flea markets in Los Angeles/Orange County. The biggest, most organized, and clean flea market ever! Pro-tip: there is a parking garage that is also full of vendors so if it's too hot outside, this is a great break from the sun. Quality: the quality of items vendors have are amazing. The variety of items from vintage clothing, antiques, furniture items, vinyl records, craftsmen treasures, they have it all--and they're clean and kept up! Cash: Yes, we're in 2024 but not all vendors do paypal or venmo and such. It's safe to bring both forms of payment and bring cash just in case. The vendor I went to, I got 8 wonderful vinyl records for $100 (to help you gauge how much). Vendors are also up to negotiate costs- just be nice about it. Food: There a couple of food trucks but it's not guaranteed every visit. Bring water! Parking: I suggest preparing time to look for parking. Pending what time in the day you arrive, this may take a bit so prepare your mind-but this flea market IS worth it! Most people I see park in the nearby neighborhoods/streets and walk to the market location. read more

Love this place because the prices are amazing compared to the stuffy and smaller LA flea markets. I felt very spoiled after shopping at some of the more well known flea markets and swap meets in the LA area. Very fair prices (listed in my photos) and the amount of vendors were HUGE. Easily could have spent 3-4 hours here if I had the stamina. There's a large outdoor parking lot and 2 levels of indoor parking full of vendors. Lots of unique vintage furniture (less heavy on the clothes, more accessories, jewelry, shoes, posters, etc), and it seems Like a lot of older vendors like this place. super disappointing, not worth the drive! i was really excited to walk through this flea market because i thought it would be somewhat like the rose bowl flea market which is also in pasadena. pcc flea was very underwhelming. parking was easy, but the layout of the market is all over the place. there are 4 parking lots where vendors are set up. 2 of the parking lots are outdoors and the other 2 lots are inside of a parking garage? the vendors are messy and unorganized. none of their booths were setup properly nor were the items they were trying to sell. everything is so overpriced. i understand they are trying to reach middle & upper class folks, but this is essentially a swap meet set up with nothing under $20. all of the flea markets i have attended at a community college have affordable items, not pcc! the people attending this market are mostly families, so it's sad that the vendors don't even care. it is dog friendly with some of the worst behaved dogs with owners who simply could care less. overall, would not recommend. i don't think it's worth wasting your time here. you are better off going to the rose bowl flea market where you'll get your money's worth walking around the entire rose bowl. the prices vary from extremely affordable to designer expensive, but the vendors are set up nicely and organized. read more

New parking meters are a pain, spent more than 30 minutes in line to get the parking paid for, only one machine was working OK each level causing long lines. Construction moved vendors all around and we missed a whole section due to lack of signage showing more vendor locations. May try again in a few months but not worth the trouble until they get things worked out. read more

This weekend was my first experience here. There are signs all around showing you where to park. Parking is $2 and admission is free. Get here early for a good spot, or else you may be searching for a spot for a while. This is an outside and a covered parking flea market. I recommend looking at the outside items first before it gets too hot, then venture to the shady parking structure. I sell on eBay, so there were not any real deals on anything. The venders have researched their items and know their worth. There is a great selection of vintage items. I did find so neat items that I will be keeping. Estate sales have the same items for much cheaper, but if you don't have time to go to these, the flea market is a great option to find that perfect gift or cool item. On a side note, dogs on leashes are welcome. I saw quite a few. There are bathrooms all around campus. There are some food vendors , but I recommend bringing snacks and water in a backpack. read more

The shade is good, but the air is very still and stuffy... especially when some bonehead was smoking. A lot of records, DVDs, costume jewelry, used clothes, and glassware. There is also a lot of plain ol' junk. A few in our group found a couple of things to buy, but prepare to look through a LOT of crap to find that one "gotta have it" item. Yes, this flea market is located on the Pasadena City College campus on the first Sunday of every month. It's street parking, so you have to get here early, if you don't want to hunt for parking. There is no entrance fee which is a nice thing because most of the larger flea markets change you to enter. They have two separate outdoor sections and two floors in the parking structure. They have an entire section of vinyl, if that's what you're looking for. One of the best things about this flea market is that most of the seller are located inside the parking structure. It's huge, covering about seven different, adjacent areas of Pasadena's community college. Best part -- much of the flea market is inside, taking up an enclosed parking garage, making for a cool shopping experience. The rest is outside in the street level parking lots, so bring sunscreen or a parasol. Second best part -- unlike neighboring Rose Bowl flea market, this one's free. Freebie street parking abounds. The selection here is pretty fun, from toys to collectibles to jewelry to furniture to plants to just plain junk. The vendors I interacted with today were willing to bargain or, in some cases, the price was right and I didn't even bother. This flea market is so dog friendly, some people bring two dogs. Yes, the Rose Bowl Flea Market is much larger with more sellers, same with Long Beach, but this one has a lot more interesting and artistic (for lack of a better word), available items. It's free admission, two dollar parking with plenty of free street, dogs allowed, and very casual and relaxed all around. Very high quality, well curated vendors, with prices lower than most other flea markets in the areas. This flea market is HUGE. I was completely overwhelmed by how large of an area it spanned and how much there was to go through. Definitely set aside the entire morning and most of the early afternoon if you're making plans check this place out and explore it thoroughly. You've got vendors selling clothes, shoes, furniture, antique home decor, trinkets and jewelry, books, vintage records, comics, posters, postcards, and a bunch of other knick-knacks you never knew you wanted. I only casually sifted through some of the clothing selection, and while there were some cool vintage-y looking pieces (that looked fairly new and unused) mixed in with more hip and modern styles, I felt that many of these pieces were overpriced for what they were actually worth. As an avid thrifter, I've grown accustomed to paying only $3-5 for most of my clothing items. Nothing over $15 ever really strikes me as a good deal anymore. Many shoe vendors didn't carry sizes smaller than a women's 6, and even at the rare vendor that happened to have 5s and 5.5s, selection was very limited. Don't worry: if they don't have your size in the women's selection, they'll most likely have it in the kids'. To convert your women's shoe size to a kids' size, simply subtract 2 sizes from your women's shoe size (ex: a women's size 5 shoe is equivalent to a kids' size 3 shoe). There were a couple vendors selling indoor plants and succulents - succulents went for $1 each for the tiny ones and $3 each for slightly bigger ones. One of the vendors offered a deal: 12 for $10 for the tiny ones, 5 for $10 for the bigger ones. I went ahead and bought the 5 for $10, and to say that I am very much pleased with my purchase doesn't even begin to express my satisfaction with my new succulents :) We decided to call it a day after around 2-3 hours of browsing (and no, we didn't finish going through the entire flea market within that time). The food vendors and food trucks didn't appear particularly enticing to us so we walked across the street to Pencil for a healthy and tasty lunch. Admission is free but parking is $2 for the entire day if you want to park at any of the PCC parking lots/structures. Or you can come early for limited street parking around the surrounding neighborhood. Sometimes people are nice and will leave their daily permits in the kiosk as they're leaving (I highly encourage more flea market-goers to make it a habit to engage in this thoughtful practice), so make sure you check. Some might say that the Rose Bowl is the best Flea Market in Pasadena, but I would vote that it is this one! I have had some amazing finds here! I have mostly bought furniture (dining room table with 4 chairs was my biggest purchase) but they really have everything. There is no entrance fee, but you have to pay for parking if you park in the garage (you can also find street parking). Sellers are set up in an outside parking lot, but most of them are in the multi level garage (which is fantastic on a hot day because of the shade). The sellers there are all true flea market seller ie no Etsy or boutique people (like you might find some at the Rose Bowl). They really have unique product and are ready to barter. You won't have the awe of the being at the Rose Bowl, but for a true flea market on a more local turf- this is the place! read more

It's really fun to come check it out every once and awhile. It's free so vendors are more willing to wheel and deal, and parking is only $2. A great way to waste a Sunday morning/afternoon and hopefully come home with a few newly coveted (vintage) treasures! It's really big (outside vendors and inside parking structure vendors) so take some comfortable shoes and something to provide shade in the summer. We came at around 11am and it wasn't very crowded. Parking is easy, just park in the structure and buy a parking pass at any parking pass station (machines are located throughout the structure), pay $2 and place the pass in your window. It's sort of a yard sale/swapmeet/flea market mix, with booths ranging very differently from each other. Some things that were a real steal for a hoarder like me was a vendor selling .25cent and .50cent postcards and another vendor had stacks and stacks of vintage black and white pics. for .50cents each. I love collecting vintage ephemera so it was good to see some that was reasonably priced. Also quite a bit of cowboy boots to choose from, another weakness of mine. First Sunday of every month.
