Missing bolt and missing washers sold me one for $5 saved me $15

A+++++ customer service. Drove all around montrose and pasadena looking for an easy fixture. The parts department found the part needed for $5 saved me $15.

Thanks for helping me get my new bike!

I recently started shopping for a new bike that I planned to use as my daily driver. I had a list of requirements but hadn't decided on a specific model, so I stopped in to a couple shops to see what was available. Ended up buying my bike from Pasadena Cyclery because it was the first shop I found where people LISTENED and worked to find the bike I was looking for, instead of trying to sell me something that wouldn't work for my needs. Therese had me test-ride a few bikes, helped me decide on the best fit, special-ordered it from Trek, and they had it ready for pickup in about 10 days. I LOVE my new bike and rode it over 400 miles last month. The service techs here are also excellent, and I'm already thinking about my n+1. Thanks!

    Good job on the maintenance

Pasadena Cyclery has become my go to place for my emtb, one thing I will emphasize is that I have never met such awesome people! Coming here, it seems everyone is inherently born to be a customer oriented person, as someone who works as a CS director, they get top marks in my book! The first time I went here was to buy fresh new tires for my Giant emtb, upgrading from the stock Maxxis Rekkon that came with the bike, I really appreciated the professional suggestion (not pushing for sales) for the tire that they feel would work for my bike and for the rides I normally do with it (mostly downhill) so I purchased the Maxxis Aggressor and The Maxxis Minion DHR. I absolutely love those tires and having such great fun riding them at Skypark. After so many rides, ebikes / mtb's like your car needs maintenance, so I brought it to Pasadena Cyclery to have my ride serviced, I opted for the level 2 service which they did such a phenom job cleaning and taking care of the necessities that needs attention (break pads for sure - components/parts are paid separately) I have to say - I was impressed! my chains, derailleurs, shocks and etc - they look like new! not to mention the bike looked squeaky clean! I am really really impressed! granted it is a little pricey but if you are thinking of the longevity of your bike, maintenance is something you should never ignore and set aside. Overall, I really like PC and they definitely have a long term customer here ;)

I just want to update my review about this. I got the call from the manager and he helped to fix the scratch but it is difficult to do so. At last he gave me 110 for the discount. I understand it is difficult to maintain the business in the pandemic so I raised the stars. 只能说同学们如果在这家店买车一定要前前后后里里外外仔细检查,不然如果和我一样大意了,后续其实真的挺麻烦的

I took my bike on Friday 17th for a rear break problem and picked up on Saturday 18th and guess what I got worse than it was I went for a ride the next day when I was going down hill I almost kill my self

$10 "sanitize bike" fee for the tire I brought in. Shameless.

Was given a whole layout of possible tunings/repairs with a broad price range; that was super helpful.

I bought a Surly Preamble from ATC about three months ago. Love the bike, but there was a problem with my derailleur that I didn't immediately identify because I rode a single speed for years and haven't had to shift gears since I was a teenager. At first I thought I was just shifting wrong. Brought the bike in repeatedly and the issue would get fixed, recur, get fixed again, recur again, etc. It was annoying but ATC was always accommodating. Eventually it became clear we needed to replace the derailleur. By this time I was out of the 60 day service window AND the part had sustained damage at least twice; I had crashed once and had the bike banged around on the train. I was fully prepared to shell out for the new derailleur - I was pretty sure the original one had been fucked from the start but I couldn't prove it and I HAD damaged it before its first service appointment so I figured I'd pay the stupid tax. Not necessary; ATC swapped in the new part and didn't charge me for it even though they totally could have and I would've totally paid. And it wound up being the fair outcome, because as soon as I started shifting gears with the replacement it was immediately clear to me that the original part had been janky all along, long before I damaged it. It never shifted smoothly and, having experienced smooth shifting, I now understand that. They are very helpful, focused on customer service, and committed to ensuring you leave happy and have a smooth ride. I had a challenging first few months with my bike but I'm glad ATC was the shop untangling it for me. Also if you take your bike on the train I recommend standing by it the whole ride so it doesn't get bashed around.
