So this may be a bit of an odd review but it needs to be said. Last night i had a first date (it was a blind date). We had decided to meet at the mini golf place because it had mini gold, batting cages, and usually its pretty busy. (So nice public place for a first date). The weather last night was cool and overcast, when I arrived I told the gentleman who ran the center it was a blind date and I was a bit nervous. He joked with me about it and then My date showed up. We did the mini golf, its always clean and the hills of it make it challenging for mini golf. What made this a 5star review was the fact around hole 7, which is out if sight if the main area and up the top back end of the hill, the gentleman that worked there (I wish I had gotten his name) actually walked casually by checking all the sites and holes and pointedly looked at me with the "All good?" Face. The fact that he, not knowing me, would come check on me, it really made me feel safe and comfortable. I just want to say thank you, wnd FYI this is a great first date place. The challenges of the course give you good pause and concentration. But the ease of walking the course give you ample time to chat. I spent many a night at this business on the driving range. For years, the owners promised new matts and balls. Never happened. The matts were so bad that they looked like they were attacked by alligators and the balls literally exploded from rot on contact. The range is neglected and the overhead heaters are dangerously mounted. Also, do not expect to show up during business hours and them being open, it is a crap shoot. If there is a drop of rain, they shut down immediately, even though they are are the only covered range in the area except for the Arundel Golf Park. It is a sad business that is only doing the minimum to be sold to a developer to destroy any last vestige of passable traffic flow on Mountain Road. STAY AWAY. read more

Apparently closing at 8 actually means 7:30. I decided to give this place another try but they still don't care. I even knocked on the window at the female inside and said it's not 8 yet and she just shrugged. I looked at the range as well and the mats all have holes in them and the range is overgrown. This is the second time we have come to this establishment during their working hours and the front door has been locked. Today much like last time we arrived at 4:50 trying to hit a few balls and the doors were shut to us, not allowing us to go get some balls. We were not the only ones disappointed. Either the owners need to see this and step up or the kids working there need to actually unlock the door and do their job. read more

Stopped in to the driving range tonight to hit a bucket of balls. I am by no means a golfer and just use it as a fun activity once in a while. The driving range is clean and I never experienced issues with it. You have to go inside the building to purchase your bucket of balls. The employee was helpful. All social distancing guidlines and the wearing of masks is in effect. read more

Please find somewhere else for batting cages and mini golf. When you first pull in to the parking lot, have fun navigating around all the trailers parked there. $17 for 10 tokens for the batting cage is ridiculous. Granted you are supposed to get 20 pitches per token,but the machines are garbage. You get 3 balls at once and the pitches are crazy inconsistent. We complained to the kid working inside just to be told to keep putting in token and it should eventually work correctly. So the mini golf - the greens look like they havent been cleaned .. well ever. There is so much poison ivy growing right around where people are trying to put its ridiculous. I get it, COVID .. however,as an establishment do not post signs everywhere requiring your customers to wear masks if the workers are not going to be required to wear theirs as well. I got the distinct feeling that they did not want us there. My family and I played minigolf and the old dude was very kurt and then threw my card at me after I paid. After I paid he didnt say a single word. The minigolf course is pretty gross. The algae and moss has grown over the astroturf making it very slippery. It looks like it might have been nice if it was kept up with however there is nothing fun about it. I know it isnt putt putt but you can still have a little more fun with the course than just astroturf with hills. Add some obstacles or tunnels or something. I dont think they will change the course, I think they are making enough money using their parking lot as an rv park. I bet when people stop coming to play mini-golf they will just park more trailers in it. read more

Failing business using shady rezoning practices to try and get local gov to change zoning so they can disinvest themselves from their poor business skills and sell the property to outside developers that would make already deadly local roads even worse. Owners do not care about employees, customers, the business, or the neighborhood. Just greedy landowners trying to cash in on hurting the locals. read more

Bottom Line: A great place for hitting golf balls, baseballs and softballs. The Pasadena Golf Center is a really nice place to expend some energy and have some fun on the miniature golf course, at the covered and heated driving range or in the multi-speed softball and baseball batting cages. There is ample parking, a little pro shop and room to have a birthday party. I personally was very impressed with the well designed, appropriately landscaped and challenging miniature golf course. The 18 Hole astro turf course has a lot of variety to it and I love that the landscaping is very appropriate for the Chesapeake Bay region. There are fountains, water features, water falls, grassy knolls and cat tails. The landscaping makes you feel like you are teeing off in the marshes surrounding the Chesapeake Bay watershed. I certainly don't miss the cheesy Happy Gilmore-ish clowns and pinwheels here! This is a really nice place for families, dates and groups! read more

On a whole, this place gets 3 stars. Based on the mini-golf, driving range and batting cages. But nothing really stands out here as being great or even above average. The driving range is small, but it seems like the hitting mats have been recently updated, which is a plus. The batting cages are hit or miss (no pun intended), but I watched one of the workers have to go out to get the balls moving on two different occasions. In watching little kids in the softball cages, the two varied greatly in height of ball and speed, even though they were both labeled "slow-pitch softball." So it appears that consistency is not their strong suit. The mini-golf course is the jewel of the facility and in terms of looks and spacing, it is well thought out. Water meanders through the entire course, but it never comes into play. There is a lot of space in between the holes to allow people time to wait for the next one on those busy weekend nights in the summer. But the course is unimaginative and boring, with no real thought or skill needed. There aren't any trick or fun holes like they have at the Severna Park Golf Park, so while the carpet is in very good shape and it looks nice, it is boring. Also, the equipment is in horrible shape. Putter heads have been smacked around and there isn't a lot of choice in size. So don't take the place too seriously. I would recommend parents with relatively young children playing here because it wouldn't be too difficult for them. Otherwise, you can always come down for a nice lazy day on the mini-golf course. read more

I've taken my nieces and nephew here for mini golf and always have a great time. What I like is that it's so clean and everyone is very nice. Recently my niece had a birthday here and they went above and beyond to make her day special. The weather was pretty wind and cold for April so they made room in the club/showroom for the party. They also offer batting cages and golf hitting. Awesome local place. read more

Ghetto and Trashy !!! As you pulling into the parking lot you are greeted by a storage yard of campers and motor homes. Unsure if people are living there, but it wouldn't shock me if they were. Second I go in the club house where no one was to greet or help. Stood for a good 5 minutes, during that time I hear yelling from behind some random door marked A. So since no one was there to help I decided to knock on the door to get some service. Door opens and two men come out, with one of them snapped at me and said the golf center is over there and then slammed the door in my face. Finally some kid shows up and tells me they were out of golf balls. How is a "Driving Range" out of golf balls??? Oh but it gets better, if you look behind the counter you will notice shelves with buckets of golf balls. I inquire about those and he just looked over confused and said I can't sell those. Over Priced. Used to be really nice about a decade ago. Looking tired and worn out. Would be nice if they put some money back into cleaning up the place, spruced up the grounds and still offered the Father's and Mother's Day specials that they used to run in the past. Also an improved attitude in the clubhouse would go a long way toward serving the customers that come through the door. There are a Lot of other places to spend your hard earned money folks. My husband and two children went to Pasadena Golf Center for one of my kid's birthday and we had a great time. I bought a family pack special coupon from another site. It included 4 rounds of miniature golf, 10 tokens for the batting cages, and a jumbo bucket of balls for the driving range. We started with miniature golf, which we found fun. The course is very nicely laid out with tons of shrubs and waterfalls and was extremely clean. The holes were not super challenging but that was fine with us because it meant our children could play and not get frustrated. After golf, we used the batting cages. We had 10 tokens and each token gave you 20 pitches, so we had more than enough time between us. The have 10 or so cages that vary in speed from slow to fast and are either softball or baseball. I made the mistake of going into the cage for fast baseball pitches without wearing a glove. So when I hit a few balls, it hurt my hand. But that was my fault because I didn't read the sign on the cage :) We finished up with the driving range and found that the jumbo bucket of golf balls was more than enough for all four of us. It was a very nice family outing. The staff was very nice, the facilities were clean, and the activities were reasonably priced. read more

Went to mini golf on a date night with my husband. Pretty nice mini golf course. Nice scenic little streams and bridges. Just the right amount of challenge. Was somewhat busy but not overcrowded. Staff was pretty cool, and it was cool that they made change for a $100 bill. Good date day/night in Pasadena. read more

This place is awesome! Just had my son's birthday party here and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The mini golf course is beautiful. The landscaping and waterfalls offer a peaceful and fun experience. The kids hit baseballs and softballs in the batting cages as part of the party package and loved it. This is one of the best batting cage's I've seen. The pitching machines were pitching strikes and we didn't have a single problem, which is different from some other batting cages I've visited in the area. Some of the Moms and Dads went to the driving range and commented that they loved the brand new mats. Overall, the experience was terrific. I can't say enough about how friendly the staff was and the restrooms are the cleanest I've ever seen in a family recreation facility like this! read more
