So I've had a tires leak air slowly for over a week. I had some spare time and decided to have it fixed finally. I pass Tire Pros multiple times a week, so I decided to give them a try. I walked in to the office and was greeted right away. I explained my issue and they walked back out with me to look at my car. At that point we discovered my car had wheel locks and I was unable to locate the lock (bought the car used with fresh tires.) The Tire Pros employee recommended that I got to the dealer to get the locks removed. At first I thought it was odd that he would want me to go to the dealer to get the locks removed, I thought maybe a oversized socket could be wedged to get them off(old school trick to get wheels off they, there is also a snap on kit). So I followed his advice. So I get to the VW dealer and explain my issue. The service advisor shows me a wheel lock, it was a bolt with a funky splines. Vw told me it was good thing Tire pros sent me to them since attempting to remove the locks with the improper key or tool could result damaging the wheel or breaking the lock and requiring additional labor. So vw removes the locks. So I return to Tire Pros, and they patch up my tire and get this free of charge! I'm glad Tire Pros has great employees that look out for their customers. If I would had gone somewhere else that wasn't as good as Tire Pros I would defiantly been on another boat. read more

I had a nail in my BMW's run-flat tire. I found Tire Pros from yelp because it has 5 stars. I came and agreed to have it fixed. After waiting for a normal period of time, the manager told me that they found the nail didn't go through and it didn't need a fix. And they don't charge for a penny for the work they have done. They tried to charge me $90 to install a thermostat (five minute job) and $20 for the thermostat (which I supplied). And they didn't even install the part.
