Came here because of a screw in my tire. Because the screw was near the shoulder of the tire, it's a borderline replacement case, but I was offered a patch on the chance it would hold because it's a relatively new tire. No telling me that I definitely need a new tire without looking. I'm sitting here waiting for service to be completed, and I'm already impressed with the genuine helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. Heard the guy offer to help a lady put on windshield wipers just because. He greets everyone with a smile and free coffee. If I ever have tire issues again, I'm definitely coming back here. Saw good Yelp reviews. I had a nail in one of the back tires and figured it could be plugged. They immediately pulled off the tire and besides the nail, the tire had worn thin and was balding on the inner rim. We checked and one other tire looked this way. They replaced both quickly and the tires were reasonably priced. The manager/owner explained the warranty and suggested getting the tires balanced to avoid the tire issue. I called ahead to receive a quote for a tire repair (there was a nail in my tire). I received a fair quote (I did my research) and they told me they could take care of me right away, so I drove straight there. They told me it would take about 30 minutes, so we waited. As a bonus, the air conditioning was refreshingly great for a summer day, but we didn't get to enjoy it for too long because they finished the job in less than the estimated time. Found Pasadena Tire Pros on Yelp and decided to try them out because of their stellar reviews! I had a crack in my rim and needed it fixed pretty quickly as the crack was causing it to lose air quite frequently. I brought it on a Friday around 2:00 and they finished it before they closed that day. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful the entire time. Found this place few years ago, I came here many times to fix my car and tires, so I think I should write a review for this Awesome place. The Genteman name is Henry, he is super nice and honest!! I just finished the oil change from car dealership, they told me one of the tire had a nail in it they can't fix it and they suggested me to change a new tire will cost me $165 plus the labor. So I didn't believe the dealership and I called Henry. When I brought my car in he let his technician checked the tires right the way and they found nail and fixed it. Took them less then a half hour to finish the job! That's great service! Save me a lot of money and time! In our busy life style we need to have this kind of honest and fast service. I recently got a flat tire (puncture) and drove to the nearest tire store to get help with it. They told me I needed to replace all tires since they were all losing pressure and tried to sell me on it but I just requested exchanging to spare. On September 1 I was heading out on a camping trip and our motorhome needed air in the tires (not easy to do at a gas station). I pulled in to the lot and James jumped all over the motorhome and got us on our way. I offered to pay Whatever they wanted for saving the day but they said "No money necessary it's the least we can do for you!" That's all it took. I am a customer for life. One week later I sent my son there to purchase four new tires for his car.Today I went and bought six new commercial tires for our motorhome and will be giving Henry and his team ALL of our business from now on. I have been coming to Henry for years! I was referred to him by a friend. He always took care of me, gave me reasonable rates and offered a trustworthy service. I had an older car that needed a lot of work. I had bought the car used with very low miles; after owning the car for nine years, one day it wouldn't start. I had it towed to Henry's, where he estimated it could be several hundred dollars. He called me 15 minutes after I left the shop to tell me to return. When I came back, he informed me that it was not the starter at all. In fact, The previous owner had installed a kill switch that I didn't know about. One day I accidentally kicked it which cause the car not to start. He could've easily lied to me or been dishonest, but instead he showed his integrity and said free of charge. I feel confident that I can trust him. Now I have a newer model car, and I continue to take it to Henry for oil changes and any regular maintenance that it needs. When I had my Corolla, I only went to him and when it was time to sell, he helped me. I trust them completely; always been honest and never told me something to up sell their services. Brought my vehicle in for a oil change and tire repair. The bill was over $118. they needed to replace 4 lug nuts for a total of $32 which seemed way over priced. They also tried up selling me in my belt and hoses which show no sign of needing replacement . What really bothered me is the guy doing the work , which took over an 1 1/2 must have left the key on because as soon as I shut the car off not a mile away , the battery was dead and the car wouldn't start. It's a new battery not even 6 months old. thankfully, because after resting for 30 minutes it started. All the good reviews made me confident to give them a try but my experience made me less than impressed and will not be going back. read more

If I could give Henry and Pasadena tire pros 100 stars I would! Henry is absolutely THE BEST and most honest mechanic I have ever met. I didn't even know mechanics this honest and nice even existed. My husband brought his Jeep we purchased used from a private seller thinking we needed new brakes and a bunch of other things. Henry said no we did not need brakes they had about 75% life left. Any other mechanic would have just put in new brakes and charged us hundreds! He has taken a look at our cars multiple times no charge, even did a transmission fluid top off! He is just amazing and the nicest most honest person. I will NEVER bring my car to any other mechanic as long as Henry is alive even if I move out of Pasadena I will come back for henry!! My senor citizen mom went into this place for a check engime light. She was told her EGR control valve needed replacement and it was URGENT and would cost $1,200.00. When she asked why it was so much they told her it would take 4 hours cause they had to take the motor out........ If you want a laugh google EGR control vavlve replacement, 6 minute jobs..... We aren't laughing though. So much for integrity.... Oh, yes and on the quote sheet is a valve gasket listed at $105.00.... It's a 20.00 dollar part and the EGR Valve for ger car is listed from $20.00 to 200.00 for a high performance valve.... bet I know which one they said costed $600.00. Stay away! read more

I came here with my Honda Civic 2015 this morning bc I have a service past due of code B12!! But I wasn't sure how much it's gonna cost me so I've been waiting to get it to the mechanics. I came here wanting them to take a look of my car to see how much it'll cost to fix it. The people here are so nice!! They said they would take a look at my car for free and let me know if I need to fix anything but it's all up to me! They showed me what's wrong and it turned out that my air filters are really really dirty!!! So I just needed to get an oil change and air filter change.
