    I can't say enough about this shop. Top notch. Freda was able to identify where the problem was coming from and fixed it within seconds! My sewing machine was acting up and she helped me by explaining where the problem was coming from and how to rectify it so I could avoid having issues in the future. I truly appreciate that! They go beyond and above for their customers and know what they're talking about. They've got a new customer and I'll be sure to spread the word to my other designer and stylist friends in town. Thank you for your kindness, expertise and customer service!

    Donating a machine 2022

    On the next-door app I found out that they were requesting sewing machines to be donated to a center in Mexico. I happened to have a used sewing machine laying around in the attic which I wanted to give away without having to toss it in the trash. Luckily this shop will accept the used machines and repair any problems to them before they are donated across the border. It's nice to see people like this that will step in and help those in need.

We are…read moreremodeling a kitchen and a studio apt. and Linda spent time in multiple appointments working with us to specify appliances based on what we wanted and what fit in our budget. She is very knowledgeable on the different brands and their capabilities and performance. She provided us with spec sheets and options so we could finalize our choices. Linda also consulted with other SD experts (Marty)to be sure we had the necessary parts for smooth installation. Linda is also proactive, when we ordered a specific linear drain she also informed us that we would need an additional part to make the drain connection. We are now starting to take delivery on our order. Because of the nature of construction projects/contractors timely delivery from Synder Diamond is critical. Linda has continued to follow through on our order and has helped Courtney to problem solve to be sure we have what we need when the contractors are scheduled to work. We appreciate Linda's sense of urgency. Linda not only sold us the appliances but is also interestedI in making sure we get what we wanted/needed and keeps us informed and always willing to answer our questions and help. Thank you Linda Lopez. I recently took delivery on all of our appliances from Synder Diamond. The scheduling with Courtney went smoothly and she scheduled a time to accommodate the parking restrictions in our area. The delivery team of James and Devone arrived within the scheduled window and communicated when they would arrive closer to the actual delivery. They were very helpful in hauling away old appliances and placing new appliances where we needed them in a secure location. Thank you delivery team.

It didn't -- and we only found out because we had to follow up ourselves four days later. Jesse wasn't available, so Denisse Trejo informed us the items wouldn't ship until the end of May, a full month behind schedule. We had to cancel the order because the delay puts our entire installation timeline at risk. Jesse should have verified stock availability before taking our order. Instead, we were given information that turned out to be inaccurate, with no proactive communication about the delay. This level of service is not acceptable, and we hope steps are taken to prevent this from happening to other customers. We ordered from Fergusson - no issue.

    They responded within minutes and Anton B. Came out the first day within 2 hours and diagnosed…read moresomething, changed a part or two and charged me $250. He wanted me to pay him with Zelle, but I chose credit card, as I preferred that method of payment. He then gave me two more quotes- one for $750 to install an EV charger another $480 quote install a dryer line to the garage wall. I approved the EV quote but not the dryer line. That seemed a bit excessive. He then promised to return Monday evening between 4-5pm. It is now 5:32 pm and no Anton B. My wife left work 2 hours early just to get home for the repairs. When you commit to something following through is a must. I don't think that I was offered the 10% off for being a new customer- it was not even mentioned.

    I feel scammed by these people. (Yelp should really put a…read morenegative star to be a choice) I reached out to these people regarding my dryer that was out of service. I asked if they worked with Samsung dryers and also letting them know a head of time what the issue was, which was the motor. (Back story I already had someone come take a look because the dryer wouldn't turn on right away, it would stall at times, the diagnosis was it needed a new motor. During this time it was late summer weather was hot and we said it can wait let's hang dry. Now November came around and we said it's time. I tried finding the individual that said it was motor to come handle the repair, unfortunately I missed placed the number) I started the search, so these people responded to my inquiry and for me to schedule a service diagnosis. (See attached pictures) Ok I get the diagnosis scheduled on 11/25. Some guy named Anton Boronayev comes and I was immediately was thrown off by his demeanor. First thing he does was opens the dryer door and turned it on and an error code DC comes up. Dude turns to google and then proceeds to tell me that this issue was a sensor. I said no that means the dryer door is open so close it and the error code will disappear truth behold he closes the dryer hits on switch to power it up the dryer turns on, no rattling. Then proceeds to tell me that it's ... "Drier Dram Belt And Dram Rollers Replacement" (his spelling not mine, see attached photo for invoice notes) So it went from being a sensor issue to now the drum belt, and drum rollers. OK i said, he's "the professional", but I messed up. This is what I get for being desperate, and not trusting my gut when this dude turned to Google to Search the DC code bad judgment on myself. I proceed. I pay the invoice repairs are done. OK, now let's fast forward to January, same previous issue is happening all over again. On January 7 I reached out to this company asking for support. (Picture attached) I get appointment for January 9. Same dude. He was in my home for all of two minutes and some how gathered that the it's the motor now. I get an invoice recommendation "Replace dryer drive motor assembly to restore normal operation" (Invoice attached) BS! I I got on the phone. I spoke to Rose I. Gave her my spill, letting her know that how I feel taken advantage of. Especially because I gave them the heads up about the motor being the issue, but it was totally disregarded, with the so-called diagnosis that was done initially. I asked for them to meet me halfway that I don't feel like I should be paying full price for another repair because they couldn't do their job right the first time that they're supposed to be professionals, but they're taking advantage of people. Rose I. Couldn't even have the common decency to give me a call back to relay information from the technicians. All I get was a text message response with the information I already had from the invoice. Bad customer service. But i'm sure you guess by now, they chose not to meet me Halfway to see my side of things, and best Believe I'm not gonna full price for this new invoice. It's the principal. So now I'm back to square one with a broken dryer. So to anyone out there, think twice about hiring these people!
