    Costco delivered my new dishwasher this morning, but neglected to set up the promised installation. I am so glad I stumbled upon Loyal Appliance Repair! Art answered my call right away and arranged to come install it the same day, understanding we were in a bind. And let me tell you, Art is excellent, knowledgeable, meticulous and clean. His expertise shows in his work. He's a perfectionist, which being somewhat OCD myself, I very much appreciate. Anyways, I'd recommend Loyal Appliance Repair for all your appliance repair needs! My refrigerator was acting…read moreup, I have repaired my own refrigerators forever, but I had a spinal injury and now I can't bend and twist my body to work on things like this. My diagnosis was that the drain tube (inaccessible on this small refrigerator) and thermostat were freezing up due to the drain hose being blocked by ice. So I was interested in finding out, and if whoever came would try to "upsell" me unneeded repairs or parts. The phone was answered immediately and the nice lady made me an appointment in about 2 hours from when I called...pretty remarkable. I figured it would be a day or 2. When Sergey arrived, he was totally professional, he had the right small tools to pry the plastic covers off the back of the freezer, and let me watch, and sure enough the whole system of the drain, thermostat, etc, was totally frozen and not working. (I had been using a hairdryer on that area the last few days to thaw things out and keep it working, but I knew that there had to be more area frozen than I could affect with the hair dryer). So my diagnosis was correct. Would Sergey do what I feared most repair guys would try? Tell me it was something else, a part was broken, etc??? Absolutely NOT. He explained what was happening, HONESTLY and went to work, the most important tool he had with him ( I guess because of how I described the problem to the lady on the phone) was a sort of electric water kettle, but it could aim the stream of steam directly on an affected area. He had everything melted in maybe 15 minutes, everything was in working order, he sealed everything back up without cracking any of the plastic (!), and then we advanced to payment. Here, he actually did delete the charge for visit/diagnosis, as advertised, and I paid him a reasonable price, and now a week later everything still perfect. I really needed this fixed if possible , it is for my very small kitchen, the only refrigerator that would ever fit (only 24"x 26"x 62") and I had been shopping around online and could not find any new fridges that were that size, only smaller, and this one is so small that I basically have to go to the store every 2 or 3 days as it is. So high marks for Evotech, something that is getting harder and harder to say nowadays. The only minor niggle is that there was no warranty or anything on the repairs. But because I had never discussed that before he began work, I just accepted the fact and REALLY needed that refrigerator working again, and based on his professionalism and his discussion with me that the problem may have been the insulation on the rear of the plastic panels in the freezer had begun to deteriorate (it's 10 years old) and he could not replace that anyway. Honest, Professional, Friendly, I'm satisfied.

    My washing machine stopped working. I paid the $75 diagnostic fee and when he came back to fix the machine, he applied the fee to the total cost. All in all my machine is working like new again, considering it's a 15 year washer. Surgey is super and and very professional. I would totally use Evotech again!!

Instead, he has to take microwave back to their office and replace wit part that needs to be ordered. While it took awhile for the right and working part to arrive, I appreciate that AMPM stuck to their original quote estimate and ultimately got the job done. I don't remember the technician's name but he was very friendly and courteous. Would definitely use them again. 7/10/26 update: had them come out to fix my Samsung washer. The technician Dorian was really friendly and was very quick to diagnose. Parts were ordered immediately and they returned in 2 days time to repair. It was all done in a very timely manner. Glad to use them again.

    Mr. Boris did a remarkable job fixing my refrigerator. He probably took a couple hours…read moretroubleshooting and fixing the issue. It was the motor in my Samsung refrigerator that was defective. It was not working properly, so my ice maker and frozen foods section stopped freezing. Mr. Boris just happened to have another client's motor in his truck, and he was able to install it into my refrigerator. Lol. The other client was able to wait a bit, so it was fair business. It did take a few hours, if not a whole day for the freezer temperature to go back to normal. I was most happy that my ice maker and water line was working again. Mr. Boris was very knowledgeable in his job. At first when he walked into my house, he seemed hard nose and had a no nonsense attitude... which was fine because he had a busy day, and I expected the work to get done ASAP. In a business sense, he was not the least expensive, but I appreciated his knowledge and his no nonsense attitude to fix it. The best part was him getting the components back together for the redesign, and working again. The company was able to absorb my initial $65.00 service fee. But the parts and labor was in addition. Boris was a funny guy after all. We talked and I got him to joke around a bit. It was good to see his demeanor change from no nonsense to humor. The moral of being funny is to release stress, so we could work to live. Not live to work. Great job Mr. Boris!

    My relationship with Chuck's began in 1982 when I could only afford used appliances. They sold me…read moregood ones, and when I bought an ancient O'Keefe and Merritt stove from my landlord they kept that cumbersome old beauty running for another 35 years. I love that stove, and Chuck's has the increasingly rare technicians who know their way around it. They can find parts in flyover country someplace....Meanwhile they service my modern appliances, and sell me my new ones. My attempt at a quick purchase of a washing machine from Best Buy was a nightmare. I was delighted when that pos died and Chuck's sold me a brand new commercial washer from Speed Queen, like the ones in laundromats.....I'm 78 years old. I just hope the business outlasts me. Just bought a refrigerator. Wouldn't go anyplace else.

    This was possibly the worst experience I have ever had with this appliance company. I have used…read morethem once in the past, the process was an easy one. Had them order and install a microwave, no issues there. But ordering a simple part for my LG fridge has been a nightmare. The technician came for $145.00 for a simple service call. Looked at my fridge for 10 minutes, told me what he would do, order the part and apply the service call fee of $145 to the order and labor. Okay, that's fair. Said it would take six weeks. That's a long time, but okay, I understand, most parts are from China and it takes a long time. Three weeks later, they said they needed my credit card to order the part. Okay, again, I understand. But they should have done that to begin with. Then we wait six more weeks and set up a time for the technician to come out. He comes out and looks at the fridge for 5 minutes and says the part they ordered won't fit. Wrong part was delivered. This is sounding suspect. Okay, we are now told to wait an additional six weeks for the part to be reordered. I hear nothing back from them for six weeks. I call them and leave multiple messages. Get a guy on the phone says he'll relay the message to the owner. Nothing happens. Call back three weeks later. A young lady talks to me and says I will be a priority and will call me back with an ETA. That was three weeks ago. Tonight I left another message. I think I'm done now. They wasted three months of my life calling and complaining. I know I won't be hearing back from them till after the holiday. Would love to complain to BBB. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! This company is bogus! Terrible Customer service! All it takes is communicating to the customer. That would have gone far! Unhappy customer!
