I didn't understand why you had to walk up the stairs or use the ramp to use the facilities until I got up there. It is an amazing view that definitely could not be appreciated from the ground. The rest rooms were clean and nice. I checked out the vending machines and they had my favorite Yoo Hoo in a glass bottle. Unfortunately didn't have my purse on me. Due to the long walk back up and down I had to pass until next time. Notice the beautiful seashells that are around the manicured ornamental grass. This place is immaculate!

I was here early afternoon and did spend the maximum amount of time, first taking a nap and then spending some time working on my laptop to attend a Zoom call and send some emails. The rest area is large enough for bigger vehicles, there's a full service restroom here with some vending machines and there is of course the tremendous view of the water from here. Has 4 stalls (2 handicaps/ 2 regulars) and that's 2 on each side with their own doors. Not a clue on the ladies side but given that there were 4 urinating stations? My guess it has 6ish stalls. There's no paper towels just those machine that dry your hands from super wet to wet. Don't even know why even have em. They're is 24/7 security though. The gentleman did his rounds last night fairly. Smoking area is all over the place, just walk up to the planter looking cement structure n ride the nicotine dependency. I really wished they weren't right up front where kids walk right in front of them. Vending machines have a snack broker that will cut off a finger for you just incase $3 ice cream, $2.50 coffee, $175-2.50 candies and $2.75 soda is to much for you. Guys there's literally infinite amounts of gas stations down the road with better deals than this! Like you can buy a Whole large pizza for $7 at a 7/11!! If a guy stops n buys his 4 kids 2- 3 of each? Don't ya worry old chap! I will take your finger....... The snack broker will cough cough! Lol i'm obviously kidding about the snack broker. When you walk in you can smell the smoke of the cigarettes upon arrival…read more There was a lady working there that was spraying the hotel trying to get the cigarette smell out of the hallway walked in to the room that was prepaid and it smelled just as bad and it was nasty in there. What can you do to improve it? Clean the darn thing. They are trying to keep my money for the three nights stay I walked in, walked right back out told him that the room was unacceptable. The general manager seems to think he deserves to keep two days of the three he only refunded one day I guess he's trying to keep his quota. Not good what he ought to try to do is get that hotel cleaned up. I'm gonna raid it one star only because that's the least amount I can rate. I'm from West Texas had never been in Wesley Chapel. I deal with Choice Rewards all the time. This is the worst Hotel ever. I'm very disappointed with him trying to keep my money.
