I tell um what I was told da day before, he shrug me off and he said "ah past 3:00pm anyways" (was 3:02pm...I was 2mins late, I get it, but why was I told 3pm da day before) Why no put exact pick up times, for vehicles and other items, on what days, on top of when da shipment gets there, cause I got 2 different answers, from 2 different people, on 2 different days. We never heard anything from them, and when I called 2 months later to discuss it they had no record of a damage report. It trickles from the top down in their organization and they charged us 1500.00 extra for the delivery saying our driveway was inaccessible. If they hired competent help that could navigate a truck it wouldn't be an issue as we have had many many subsequent deliveries of furniture and applicances of trucks of equal or larger size. BUYER BEWARE. They are awful.
