Dumplings are perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Chicken salad is also very tasty and love the umami from sesame oil. The fries are crispy and well-seasoned. But the dudes who work there are efficient, nice, and can put together an order of food for 6+ dudes in about 15 minutes (double-check they gave you some salsa and utensils if you need them though). The tinga was sublime, some of the best tinga I've ever had: tangy and spicy though not overwhelmingly so. They gave me some free salsa verde on the side as well and it was a refreshing, mild salsa. I'm eager to go back and try more. Their menu stands out for not being just limited to tacos: they have sopes, gorditas, tortas, nachos, and more. It's honestly really easy to tell whether or not the tongue is done well because it's either tender and delicious with a slight bounce, or it's excessively chewy and bland, and I'm glad to say that this is the former. Everything else is just baseline good quality, from the wrap to the rice and beans and all the fixings inside as well. While definitely not the biggest burrito I've ever had, it's a pretty good size overall so I can't really complain.

In my experience, it's staffed by a lovely lady who doesn't speak much English (one time I was with a buddy who is fluent in Spanish, and she asked him to hop on her phone and give someone directions to the truck in English). However, she doesn't need to speak much English to understand my poorly accented, "Carne asada quesadilla, por favor." Or, "carnitas burrito por favor." Or, "tacos de pastor, por favor." I always add the "por favor" because my mother raised me right, unlike you heathens. They also have huaraches and cemitas and tortas and tostadas and camarones and pescado and cochinita pibil and birria, but I haven't tried much beyond what I already mentioned. What I have tried has been fresh and delicious, served in generous portions that soak up all the alcohol I've consumed, and the nice lady always give me a big smile when I give her a good tip.
