Turns out that they all work remotely and there will not be a brick and mortar place where you can talk to someone. Had a zoom call with a person located in Tennessee who was pleasant and seemed knowledgeable. They reviewed past tax returns and were quick to provide a quote but then when I emailed for clarification several times I received no response. Felt like I could not hire a company where it was virtually impossible to get a timely response and that includes the individual who apparently owns the company and who after several days sent me an email but didn't respond to my response

I could have gone to H&RBlock and had way better service, way better communication, and for WAYYYYYY less money. So it just made sense to find one in town and in this case it's all but a few minutes from our house. The cost for Liberty Tax is much more reasonable and the convenience of not needing to make a business trip to Seattle when we would much rather have fun when we go up there helps too. Liberty Tax has done our taxes about four, maybe five years now and they have been great. They've been very accurate and thorough in the processing of our tax returns and go over our information with us in great detail. We will certainly continue using Liberty Tax as they have provided a great customer experience for us!
